This hotel is great for its modern rooms and location. Although the car park is actually in the building next door and you have to pay for a special rate, it is still reasonably located for either central London or just locality. I like the Diamond reward including the club lounge and breakfast. It is great for Hilton honors members. And most importantly there is Sky Sports in the in room TV for the sports especially EPL fans.

Fantastic location. Staff friendly and interested in your stay and experience. Rooms and bathrooms a very good size and well maintained. Very good breakfast. Well recommended for a stay. I've used it a few times and look forward to going back.

I stayed here for the FA Cup semi final, the location for any event at Wembley couldn't be anymore perfect as it literally right outside the stadium and only 5-10 mins walk to the pubs and their is a factory outlet shopping arcade next to the hotel and plenty of restaurants. This Hilton is very new so it nice and modern and very clean. I'd definitely stay there again.

Definitely dropped massively from it's high standards it set itself when it first opened. Some staff were shocking would recommend customer service training and then the rooms are again not what you expect from the Hilton group! Televisions not working, Air Conditioning not working on one of the hottest days and nights of the year! Bathrooms sink and bath plug holes not working. From someone who stays here at least 6 nights a month, it is extremely unacceptable!

It's about 15 miles from London. The Metro is 500 meters and takes about 45 minutes. Far away for my taste. To be a Hilton the habotaciones are very normal. Air conditioning making noise at night. Very rich breakfast. Look for something closer to visit London.

Luxury Hotel in front of Wembley Stadium. A few meters there is an amazing outlet.

Literally a stone's throw from the stadium. New and the line with the Hilton hotel chain.

Everything was lovely apart from the bar food. £10 + £1 service charge for a cheap chicken burger and chips. At that price the burger should have been a chicken fillet. Not what you would expect from a Hilton hotel. Breakfast on the other hand was very good.

Superb hotel. Had a relaxed night in the bar, a leisurely swim in the pool and a comfortable night's rest after a long day. Great views of Wembley stadium, and walking distance from my client's office. The only downside was the parking arrangements: not the cost, that's par for the course these days, more like the distance from the hotel to the car park two buildings away. Still, nothing's perfect. This hotel comes near enough though.

Wow wow wow, exceeded our expectations on all levels, hip but relaxed. There were 8 of us (2 families). We all loved it. Kids were made to feel welcome. Friendly reception, event security and breakfast staff. A big pat on the back to all involved. Really got a good balance between professional and friendly. Staff show personality whilst getting the job done. Can't recommend enough! Well done.

The location was a bit far away but you have the subway next door. The staff were very friendly and helpful. PD: The price of the hotel is worth it.

Nice great view in the terrace.

Great hotel, nice facilities. The only criticism is that, having gone to the sky bar for a drink with its very exclusive prices, it then turned into a cheap feeling sports bar as the football crowd literally flooded in. Not so exclusive… shame as there is another larger bar that crowd could have been served.

Attending a conference. Great facilities. Easy to get to. Good and catering was also great. Staff really helpful. Free wi fi provided was also reliable and quick.

A very cozy and quiet place to be. It's just a door step away from Wembley Stadium. It's good for a family holiday. Receptionists are friendly. They have good restaurant and executive lounge. Just that executive lounge doesn't have nuts as I expected. I also suggest they change their towels; not that the towels are old but not that new and classy as I expected. But generally, you'll enjoy your stay here. I felt at home and recommend it for people who like to lodge in Hilton, or the members to check it out. The staff are all friendly here and well trained.

Lovely hotel, clean and tidy, well designed and wonderfully located right next to Wembley stadium. Staff all really helpful. Roof top bar an excellent addition. Rooms were spacious, beds huge and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Location is fantastic for Wembley arena or stadium events and for shopping in the outlet next door. Room was great and the beds really comfortable. Overall a great couple nights stay.

This is my third time staying at Hilton hotel, Wembley and We always have a marvelous stay. Wonderful staffs, very good service at the reception, restaurant and health centre. A very big thank you to Jonathan at the reception and Paul the engineer for assisting me with my car when I had a flat battery, these two guys took their time to provide me the help I needed to get the car running again. I highly recommend this Hotel. 5 stars — EXCELLENT.

Excellent location, excellent value.

My family stayed at Hilton Wembley to attend a function. We are very impressed with the service we received, with the facilities and fantastic rooms. Very good location, associated parking is easy and convenient, given they are based in busy Wembley. Food was great too! My daughter left her glasses behind and the customer service we received from the hotel was fantastic. Emma McGuane went out of her way to help us. Overall a fantastic hotel. We have stayed in a lot of hotels in Europe and feel that this hotel is really good and will recommend highly.

Super clean and tidy. Staff really friendly and helpful. Totally enjoyed my stay there.

Bed was comfy and large, possibly too big if you're drunk and trying to get off it to the toilet. Headboard was solid, for all the perks that brings. Complementary biscuit was delicious. Complimentary shower toiletries did the trick, though couldn't place the smell of the shampoo — spent a while trying to work it out and came up short. Shower was nice and hot with good flow. Ice making machine by the lift and included wine bucket in the room were fantastic. Free gym and pool access were welcome bonuses though the bubble pool wasn't great, was too cool as it's part of the main pool and the bubble jets were arguably too aggressive. Ended up with more on my face than gently bubbling around me. Didn't order and food but given it is a room service the pricing didn't look too bad for London. Would recommend.

Best location for an event at Wembley stadium or the Wembley arena. Stayed here for both NFL game Sundays. Great location and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel with amazing location adjacent to Wembley stadium for events and London Designer Outlet for shopping at a reduced rate. Loads of food choices outside the hotel within 5 minutes walk at a variety of budgets, from fine dining to kebab shops. Public transport is very close too. Hotel offers a nice restaurant and cafe with a view. The hotel has a modern luxurious decor that's very stylish.

Had a king executive room. Very spacious, modern rooms and design. Staff very friendly and attentive. View on Wembley Stadium. Nice lounge. Overall great Hotel!

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Really good breakfast. Rooms clean, but air con wasn't working, fixed within 40 mins of reporting. Good location, right next to stadium and outlet shopping centre. Good for underground access.

Good location and connectivity.
If you catch a good offer, it is a good place to sleep and be well connected with the center of the city.

Fantastic customer service and some good snacks/food at the idol bar. Brownies are cold though so bear that in mind if you were feeling the need to have a brownie.

Small tip, because you can often get cheap rooms. But as soon as the Wembley stadium is an Event, then it is the usual Hilton price level. The staff here is extremely good, attentive and customer. The entire Hotel is very modern and has a great roof terrace with views of the stadium.

Room service is good. Rooms are a nice size for London and are nice and clean. The hotel loses a point for not providing free bottled water in rooms. The only bottle provided costs £3.95, which for water is ridiculous. The TV has a variety of channels including all the main sports channels. We enjoyed our stay.

An excellent hotel with the greatest staff. I wish every hotel in London would use the Wembley Hilton as their benchmark for a perfect stay. I really cant praise them highly enough as they made my family and I feel like superstars.

Nice Christmas decor. Went for a drink at the bar on the 3rd floor. Not the cheapest but a nice and friendly atmosphere.

The hotel and to was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Located in the perfect place 10mins from Wembley park, right next to the Wembley stadium and Wembley arena.

Staff were very polite and helpful, the room was an ok size for a central London place… The bed was great and even the pillows were pretty good. There was only occasional little niggle like not enough sugar for even two cups of coffee, things like that. Another couple that stayed there had a similar room but from the window could only see the side of the arena… Breakfast was a generous buffet, but the bacon was a bit tasteless… Basically I have to really look to nit pick issues… Front desk staff were great and the room service was fairly fast, but a bit bland. Overall, I'll be using the place again and again, I just wish they'd tidy up a few little bits to make it perfect.

The bar on level three is pretty sweet. Great service, nice drinks and an awesome view of wembley! There is outdoor seating too!

4 star hotel, well away from the Center. Good rooms and service.

Drinks after a Coldplay concert. Heavy rain outside and the Hilton was the only place open. They let us into the top bar (which was very busy) with a smile for a drink and food while we waited for the traffic to ease up for our taxi.

View of Wembley stadium was amazing and the shopping nearby was varied. I'd definitely stay there again and Although a little pricey, the hotel is worth it. I stayed for a conference and the facilities are also very good and meeting rooms and catering very good. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend!

We went here for drinks after a huge concert at Wembley stadium since the train station would have been overcrowded as hell. Beer and a burger is about 15 pounds which isn't too expensive for a Hilton and the food wasn't bad either. Check it out if you're in need of sustenance after an event next door ;-)

The bar on the third floor is a very nice bar, with a relaxing setting and a very nice view of Wembley Stadium. Sitting outside on the balcony would be very nice in summer. My suggestion for improvement is the speed of service. It took a while to get drinks even when there was plenty of staff around and no standing orders.

You have to work hard if you're stuck in the middle of Wembley and this Hilton works it's socks off for guest satisfaction. A good modern Hilton with a great Executive lounge on the top floor which you should sell your grandma for access to. Highly recommended for a modern, comfortable stay and experiencing the best of what Hilton has to offer.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in in London. Staff are polite and will go out of their way to get you what you want. The rooms are spacious and very clean and modern. The pool with sauna and steam room is a great way to unwind after a long day.

Great accessible location. My Uber stopped right outside the entrance, the theme was nice and luxurious, everything was clean. The staff were friendly and professional, drinks were served well. Toilets were also nice. Nice view from the rooftop bar.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. Incredible views of the stadium with any amount of shops and restaurants literally on its doorstep. I wouldn't think twice about staying here again.

We only stayed for one night but were well treated from start to finish. Allowed to check in early and given an upgraded room. The breakfast was also superb. Such a difference staying in a decent hotel.

Have stayed here several times its one of the nicest Hilton's in the London area. Very competitively priced. Have had a few issues that were always sorted.

The hotel reception was very helpful and pleasant, the room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and again spacious, the bar and restaurant was very well presented, the staff were attractive but could of offered more drinks at the end of the meal, breakfast was very well set out, and there was plenty of choice, all in all a very pleasant visit.

Room was for 2 of us, 1 night. No problems with the room. Bar staff were more than polite — until closing it early as the vips were complaining about how long it was taking to receive service. Then to add insult to injury it felt like we were lined up for being one of the last 6 in the bar who wern't wearing ViP bands while someone who was said if we could stay just judging us on appearance. I asked one of the other bar staff if a friend of mine whom was issued a Vip wristband was in the roped off section and was quickly ushered out with my drink whilst being told he wasn't. Whilst finishing my drink outside the bar, attempting to avoid a rather unsavoury gentleman offering melyself and others a variety of narcotics my friend whom was a Vip came out to use the restrooms and told me to accompany him back inside the bar. I believe it was the manager who ejected myself the first time attempted to stop me from entering again until my friend told him that it was OK. Other than that the service recieved by everyone was more than pleasing and I shall probably be staying again next year.

My partner and I booked an executive suite with access to the executive bar as a treat. We were attending a show in Wembley Arena. Check-in was seamless. Our room was lovely. The Executive Lounge provided us with complimentary drinks and buffet before the show. Staying at the Hilton allowed us to arrive in Wembley early, relax with a swim, go to the show (a few steps from the Hilton entrance) and walk straight back after the show. The following day we explored the outlet stores a few minutes walk away. I highly recommend the Hilton and would do this again all over.

I don't want to give this one star as well because the manager on duty at around 2:30 am 14 Dec 2015 … Was excruciating rude and racist, I will suggest Asian people not to go there because of racial profiling and even for everyone. I forgot the name but the name starts with v, I hope my review will be taken in consideration.

The room was clean, light and had plenty of space. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that let the visit down is that the water went off, but this was fixed pretty quickly.

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms, good facilities and great food. Only lacking car park which has proven to be a hassle for me.

Made a telephone booking for 6 for the 15th of September 2015 with the bar manager as it was a special occasion and made the necessary requirements, for The Associate a few days before but upon arrival they had no clue that there was a booking made and there was an event at The Associate which we were not informed while making the booking there was a big miscommunication and we were asked to be seated at the bar and wait as our table that wasn't set up. After about 20 minutes we were asked to be seated and were presented with the wrong menu when we had already requested for a set menu. The food was really good but we had to wait 20 minutes for our starters as I am guessing the kitchen were not expecting us at the end we had requested for a birthday plate with the message Happy 60th Birthday Grandpa but received a delicious cake only saying Happy Birthday. We had guest come over for a holiday and wanted to impress them the food was great but the experience wasn't good and was a big let down as we had high expectations from Hilton restaurants in London designer outlet provide better service than that would definitely not recommend and will not be back…

Good hotel Should improve service.

The srevice was good only the beds were horrible. A wooden board would be better to sleep on. While checking in I payed 100 pounds for the case I might book smething on my roomnumber. The last night we ate in the restaurant but the waiter was not able to book the ammount on my roomnumber so I payed the bill. Now I´m still waiting for the monay that I payed in advance to be booked on my account.

The staff, accommodation, bar (the one on 3th floor) decent, but nothing more than that; expectations were far greater. Furniture basically outdated, staff friendly but without a special sense for the customer (the customer is only one of many). Remark's: charging Wi-Fi (significant drawback), charging a bottle of water (why not a gift; it's Hilton) ; long way from/to the lifts; sky bar closing time (to early).

Luxurious hotel right next to Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena. Nice bar with a terrace overlooking the arena. Close to Wembley Park underground station, and Wembley stadium main line station, with a car park next to the hotel. Also next to an outlet shopping centre with wide range of shops and restaurants.

Great hotel and great staff. I unfortunately FORGOT my iPHONE in my room (Left the hotel yesterday morning) Room 706. Called the house keeping and am waiting for a call back.

Based on a one night stay, very clean and fresh, large comfortable rooms. Overall a pleasant experience.

Stayed her for my London trip last year while watching Wimbledon. It's not exactly located nearby central London, but it's very close to a tube station (that's what they call subway there). The hotel is directly next to the glorious Wembley stadium, and if you're lucky enough to have access to the executive lounge, you'll be able to see the view from above. As a soccer. I mean. Football fan, I absolutely loved it. The staffs were courteous and helpful, and the room is super nice. I would definitely consider staying there again for my next London trip.

Love this hotel. Amazing prices for the great stadium view and the executive rooms are so comfy. Great view from the executive lounge in the evenings and a TGI Fridays right next door.
