Nice hotel good place to stay.

Very quiet location, very clean room and bathroom. Excellent large choice for breakfast and free Wi-Fi.
Only downside is the car park, it’s far too small and disabled bays should be for disabled badge holders ONLY not people just nipping in to use the bar.

Nice to be greeted and made to feel so welcome upon arrival. We received a free upgrade, the room was perfect! The rainforest shower was to die for. Lots of complimentary goodies, comfy beds, chairs and nice selection of toiletries. If we had paid the upgrade it would have been £30, well worth it in our opinion. Thank you Ramada Finchley! Smiley face.

Nice venue but not the most welcoming hotel I have been to and the sheets had a mosquito on not the best first impression but is a good location and very close to Finchley Central train station.

The rooms are clean and well decorated. The staff have a smile for you and are very helpful. The bar/restaurant area is good and very cool in the current heatwave. Breakfast is good.

We stayed three nights and was very surprised by the quality of the hotel for its price.
Large rooms, with bathtub (and very sparkling gel), large TV, comfortable bed.
And the staff is excellent.
It has a bus stop next door and the metro is a 20-minute walk away.
Better than many 4 star hotels.
Recommended 100%.

We got a tiny room at ground floor, but overall the hotel is good. Breakfast is very good which is complementary.

The hotel rooms are a bit worn, and pretty basic. The staff was not rude, but they were not very kind either. I would say that, if the location suits you, then choosing this hotel would be ok. Otherwise, there are better hotels for a better price closer to the city center.

Standard hotel. Functional and good if you need to be nearby for work.

Place is nice, foid is delicious, even though incredibly small portions, staff member are very disorganised and serving is on a very low level. I am definitely NOT going there again.

Very Greek, very friendly guy in the bar area. Lots of obscene language amongst some employers huddled close-by though. But food was delicious. That bread they served as starter was to die for.

Hotel, although comfortable was a tad tired looking, the curtains dont meet in the middle due to an excess of unused curtain clips blocking complete closure at the top
Dissapointing to have found out that there is a minimum spend of £10 at the bar for card purchases … really do you need to do this? good breakfast in the morning … biggest let down was having a drink in bar at about 10:30 pm having to listen to someone effing and blinding with every breath they took. This was an issue for me as the person concerned was sitting at a table of restaurant and bar staff. So why was this deemed to be acceptable in front of guests? this is enough to make me not want to stay here again if this sort of behaviour is allowed to happen.

Good clean but no give on 7 am breakfast. I was working in London and needed to leave by 7. Just a bacon sandwich and a coffee at 645 would have made a big difference.

Staff super friendly. Decor in need of an update and beds could be more comfortable but overall an okay stay. Free breakfast is a bonus.

Rooms are comfortable but a bit tired. Great shower and bath. Free Wi-Fi. Good selection of hot and cold dishes at breakfast. Plenty of places to eat although they're all chains. Vue Cinema next door too.

The hotel is good, the décor of the rooms comes a little in the years. Food is very good. Employees are nice and helpful. Access to public transport right outside the door. All in all, a cheap hotel that is a little outside and quieter, but you can sleep soundly at night. For city breaks it is highly recommended, for relaxing and not staying in the hotel.

Great place to stay in London for families with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Two nearby tube stations make travel I to the centre effortless. The parking at the hotel always seems to be a problem, especially when the restaurant is busy, which is the only downside.

Decor a bit tired in the bedroom. However the room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Not the best hotel for a Ramada. Very tired and musty. The staff were nice but the car parking was a joke as was the breakfast service. They aren't able to accommodate a lot of people. Only stay if it's cheap and good location. Doesn't live up to their name. Which is a shame.

Clean and modern hotel with large comfortable bed and soft pillows. Pretty quiet even though close to a main road. The morning I had breakfast was very busy with almost all tables full, but staff were attentive and I was quickly shown to table.

Poor car parking facilities. Had to park car on dodgy road on the Saturday night. Rooms dirty and tired. Super hot room as no air con. It was only 20 degrees outside. Also were woken by an unapologetic member of staff very early in the morning, knocking on the door as they had the incorrect room. Wouldn't recommend unless you really need to stay here.

Location was perfect for where I needed to be… However due to it being the hottest summer on record there was no way to cool the rooms down apart from a fan that just blew hot air. Breakfast was good though.

Stayed here whilst doing an exhibition at Ally Pally. Really friendly helpful staff. Plenty of places to eat nearby but that would be doing yourself out of the chance to eat in the excellent restaurant. We had a first class meal with great service, the sea bass was superb. Room was plenty big enough. While we were there they had a party with live music. The duo were very good im not sure if it was Greek music but it was very entertaining. Makes a change from the usual dull dormitory type of motels.

My only complaint is that our room was absolutely freezing & had no heater. When we told reception the room was cold, they looked at us like we were stupid, as they said "You use the heater". Told them the room had none, they came to check, finally believed we were telling the truth & not just being stupid & arranged for a heater to be brought to the room… beds extra comfy, room decor a bit dated, but clean.

I was three nights thanks to a 15% discount offer and the quality of the hotel surprised me a lot for only €26 / night (breakfast not included).

Stayed here 4 years ago was very good stayed 27 8 14 for one night what a change would not stay again the rooms are gruby sids are sticky and don't feel clean. Bathroom tap broken don't turn the bath light on at 3 am it sounds like a plain taking off. Went down to breakfast or should I say the concentration camp staff must have been on a personality corse one word blunt answers. My son wet to the troof to get his breakfast there was no bacon so he said could he have 2 sausages no wsa the sharp answer lucky for him as no one could eat 2 one was a punishment. By then the bacon had com out I think it was bacon must have taken a lot of time and effort to get it to look like that. It was dried up even sauce could not revive it beans were the cheapest on the market the you have to see them not fit for human consumption.

Fine for an over night stay or using as a base, wouldn't be much good for anything else.
