Hotel is nice and clean, they have just had a major revamp but when you say outside looking at the main entrance all the paint is flaking off other than that reception is good very helpful.

Poor quality room, stains on carpet fridge still had last guests stuff in. Train track outside room quite noisy, breakfast expensive but good quality and selection, very hectic with all japanese tourists. Would not recommend unless desperate!

Cotton quilt is with the old heart set white back sleeve, feel strange, in addition to the bathroom there is no handheld Lotus head, only fixed, the use of very inconvenient, breakfast is not delicious, restaurant small, morning dining encountered group guests have to wait to take a seat, not recommended to stay.

I Went for just 2 days to this hotel that supposedly mind is rated with 4 stars and one of the best in the area, and I experienced the worst experience of my life, while I slept to that between 2:00 pm until 10:00 pm someone access with a master card that provides the same hotel For their managers, and theft of my suitcase inside a bag $600 in cash, all this happened while I was sleeping, it is chilling to think that you are sleeping in a hotel for which you paid for security and that a person just between without your account and Adem As you steal cash, this could also do other things, like sleeping, the most chilling of the case is that when I woke up and realized that there was the money in my bag, I found a little pill under the bed, for what? Not…, I made a claim to the hotel insurance, call the police which takes hours to give us at least one mail back, and also made us wait a full day without any response, and the return ticket was paid and I could not enjoy my stay for the first Time in London. They WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE for the THEFT, With the excuse that the hotel does not PROVIDE SECURITY CAMERA and can not have strong evidence of what happened, have been 4 days and the only thing I have said is that if I have a traveler's insurance the hotel can not be done Responsible.

Nice room friendly staff and a reasonable restaurant.

- First of all, the heating system only gives cold air into the room, so the staff brought us an electric radiator. Now is warm in the room but we waited around 40 minutes for someone to come and check the heating sistem. Secound, we had luck to have in the car a extension lead so we were able to charge our phones as in the room are only 2 sockets. Bring your own towels, the hotel smells horrible. + Very big room Big TV Shower and hair gel available.

First class staff and good food. Price respectable for area. Comfortable rooms.

Fantastic hotel and staff. Nice room and very comfy bed. Big shout out to the car park bloke on Thursday morning who was clearing the paths of snow.

Great place to stay and very handy for our visit. :-) highly recommended. Yes as all the other reviews says, there is only one socket but not enough to take a star away.

This is a basic chain hotel. A good way out of central London if you are thinking of sightseeing. Edgware is the closet station, which is about £5 in a taxi to get to. Restaurant has a fair choice although the standard is not great. I had pizza and it was tepid and inedible. On the plus side it's clean. Pillows are hard but if you like that, you're in for a treat. Plenty of hot water. Staff helpful.

Stayed at the hotel for a few nights, rooms were clean, nice and comfortable also very spacious. Breakfast was also great. Reception staff very friendly and helpful especially one of the staff members named Dory very lovely girl as well as a young man at the bar Alex, overall was a good stay.

Great hotel! Just off a services so ideal for travelling too. We stayed here when visiting Harry potter (if it helps anyone) and was only about 10 minutes from the door so was ideal. The rooms are huge for what you pay and the beds massive too and very comfortable. Recommend!

Old outdated. Poor service and even worse that during the night you get woken by passing trains. Major hazard in room as window blew fully open in night, large enough for a toddler to crawl out and fall 3 floors. Very disappointed.

Stayed 3 nights here for work and was very happy with the hotel. The reception staff were friendly and meals were of a good standard. The executive rooms were nice and spacious and were cleaned daily. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm working in London.

Awful. I was turned away because I had a small dog. It's cold and snowing what a joke of a hotel! Horrible staff and won't be returning to this dump!

Happy to help staff of road parking good size rooms and grate food. Staff ate very approachable and will happily leave u alone. Very nice stay.

No window handles at 3 stories up, window swinging in wind, apparently a security feature, the bloody thing is open letting the cold in not to mention the drone of the M1 which on wedging shut with card did block sound until wind blew it bk open. Heater in room was site also and needed that to be good with a cigarette paper thin quilt and open window. Woke every 2 hours freezing, not a happy bunny. TFI it's Friday.

Stayed here for three days and was fine, until I decided I was gonna a take a relaxing bath. The tubs, for some reason, are lifted a fair amount above the actual floor. Long story short, when I got out, I fell, twisted my ankle (badly), bruised my hip, badly bruised my shin, cut my fingers, and my head barely missed the counter but sadly couldn't miss the floor. It was simply unsafe.

On the same M1 freeway. Very comfortable and comfortable. Although very expensive.

Ideally situated just outside London, reasonably priced rooms and ample parking space, the restaurant is reasonably priced also.

The Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good. The location is good to visit Harry Potter Studio. Not to visit London.

Clean rooms, friendly reception but could be more organised/faster, location isn't the best (M1 service point). Rooms are good for a last minute stay and very affordable.

I arrived at the hotel as a guest overnight whilst working in the area, the room was very clean and the staff were great. Very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was nice and unfortunately I never had the chance to have any lunch if dinner. I would definitely stay over again. Very nice.

Stayed over 1 night august bank holiday in a family room. The room was dusty and toilet was not proper clean. The receptionist was not paying attention as was appeared eager to serve another customer coming after me. He failed to check me in properly and tell me to register my vehicle for parking. Hence I received a parking fine 2 weeks later. After speaking to hotel again was advised to e mail the parking letter to them and they sort it out but unfortunately still received a reminder today. Again called hotel no manager available to speak to me. Instead was told to send another email with letter attached. Was told this happens to other customers and I shd expect to receive another penalty reminder. Reception didn't know if parking company would cancel the ticket. Really let down and worthless customer service. Would never stay at ramada again. Still waiting if I would have to fight the ticket battle.

Nice hotel lovely reception staff food above par great location for Wembley events and London centre rooms ok.

Clean large comfortable room. Full bathroom. Air conditioning working but not extractor fan in bathroom. Considering our room faced the M1 the traffic noise did not affect sleep. Range of food available at hotel or Waitrose Smiths or subway on site. Staff polite and very helpful.

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast buffet was very good and the rooms are good but there is still fields like room service which need improvement.

The hotel is looking a bit tired and dated. That said, probably not a tired as some of the residents. Whilst sat in the bar overheard two blokes talking and hiring a lady of the night. Apparently £80 for an hour was the going rate. Later we were treated to one of said males in his tracksuit creating a well dressed you lady at the door. Like a true gent he shook her hand and said "Do want paying now luv? ". They disappeared down the hallway. She returned an hour later and left. We were pleased to see her return a few hours later with another bloke. This isn't the Ramada… this is clearly the RAMHARDER Hotel.

This Hotel had me going back for a second s stay due to this. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the smell of the room was normal. Response to reception was fast and very professional. Staffs are really friendly. And the food taste good.

Me and my partner and a few family and friends stayed at ramada London north December 2016 and I've never experienced a hotel like it! Exceptionally clean! Very friendly reception staff and the rooms are very spacious! I have high expectations of hotels as I work in one myself. The room was so clean I felt as though we were the only people to have ever been in it, and that's how it should always be! Thanks for a great stay!

The Ramada hotel It was a very large one with spacious hotel rooms. Good enough for a family of 4. The room looked very nice and modern and the view was great out of the window. Everything there was clean except the cups which had bits of dirt on it. The food there was descent but not the best. I ordered a cheese burger with fries but the meat was very dry but it had sauce so it's alright, I would rate it 3.4 out of 5 because it was dry and if you bite into it the fillings will slide away from you. The fries were large, crunchy on the outside but soft and mushy in the inside, I would give it 3 out of 5 because it's texture is strange. Hopefully this was helpful for you.

Conference rooms satisfactory, services good, have to validate vehicle registration.

The hotel is located about 1-2 hours by car from the Centre entfehrnt and up to the next tram you can approximately EUR 10 ordered a taxi, then still an expensive ticket to.
Who comes up with the idea with the car to drive to London be warned that parking is expensive and rare!
The rooms are clean and the bathroom small.
The breakfast is simple.

Rooms large and we'll presented. Staff friendly and bar open 24 hours. Rooms face on to train line which isn't ideal, but not too frequent or noisy, provided you're getting up early ish. Overall not a bad hotel.

Superb location. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a modern feeling. Wi-Fi is slow but free. The bed was comfortable, with a nice sized TV.

Disappointed that there was no 0 star option, my stay at this hotel was absolutely unacceptable. Noises 24/7 coming from other rooms. Comfortable bed but not the cleanest. White curtains were black from the dirt, tap dripping all night and day. Hotel smelt of illegal substances and there was one plug socket at the complete other end of the room, absolutely no compliments for this hotel. I definitely don't suggest staying here.

Horrible experience. Hotel was not clean old and the white netted curtin was black from dirt. Very budget but woukd rather stay in another budget hotel that will be cleaner.

Easy to find by car, quiet conference room, friendly staff the only thing what I have to mention we order some sandwiches and we waited for them over 45 min which is very long time.

Great room, great nights sleep, free parking and the staff were friendly.

Staff started rearranging the meeting rooms opposite my room at 3.45 AM both nights I stayed! Scraping furniture and hoovering! When told people were trying to sleep, the woman said "its my job"! at 3.45 AM? Really! I paid to stay ONLY to sleep there and sleep was the last thing I got. What EXACTLY did I pay for? I was still awake at 6.20 am I was so annoyed. I then had a 200 mile drive back! If you want a good nights sleep, go somewhere else! I tried to complain to the Manager but he wasn't in. I was assured he would ring me first thing the next morning. 2 days later I am still waiting! Poor customer service, very poor!

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice and powerful shower. Could do with power sockets near the bed.

When I went to eat breakfast, my money in room had been stolen. It's not a safe hotel. Watch out!

Super budget, very long way from London centre, only transport is taxi and then underground. Staff totally unknowing but polite.

The lady on the desk was absolutely lovely. Very nice clean room too.

It's quite highly cost effective to live in a hotel in a service zone like this kind, but the only drawback is that the bed is not so comfortable as I thought.
