The worst restaurant I have ever eaten in. I’m only eating the worst burger I have ever eaten because I’m beyond hungry. How you can make a burger this tough, uninteresting and devoid of taste is beyond comprehension. I’m risking the indigestion because I know I’ll have a good sleep in the amazing bed. Other than that never eat here.

Had pre booked to have meal in the restaurant, rather than go out after a long drive to London. I ordered 2 Guinness, then Asked for a steak off menu, no steak asked for other grill meals, there were no meals off the grill menu! OK I thought I would have a pizza off the menu No Pizzas! The staff then went through what was on the menu, which basically was just the curries and burger menus. I Asked for a bacon burger guess what no Bacon. By this time I was irritated as you can imagine, I thought I would drink my Guinness that was still to arrive. You can guess what happened no Guinness! Me and the wife then got up to leave, the staff looked very embarrassed I know it wasn’t their fault. We arrived at a Wetherspoon’s which was 100m down the road. Had excellent Guinness and mixed Grill.

Good water clean room cheap and cheerfull for London this is good.

Stayed here early July, was allocated a room that was already occupied. To make it worse the guest was self isolating for Covid. When I returned to reception, the staff did not know he was even there and thought he had checked out the day before! So much for a clean and Covid safe environment! Appalling service onsite and no response from Premier Inn to a complaint raised over three weeks ago! Do not stay here!

Great cozy place clean experienced operators serious place with efficient services.

Waiting over an hour for food when there is hardly any one here not impressed and still waiting.

Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Great breakfast choice. Dinner menu is varied and cooked well. Will use this hotel ever time we visit Kingston.

We stayed in many Premier Innns over the years. Have to say farewell though, that this is the best. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Always had a great stay.

This is one of the best premier inns I have ever stayed in, the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, they all went above and beyond to make our two nights an absolute pleasure. The rooms were clean, a good size and we had fresh towels put in on our second day. I would highly recommend.

Lovely staff and nice environment.

We stayed over during Easter sunday and bank holiday Monday. The staff were truly amazing and couldnt do enough for us, also the rooms are spotless (I am terrible for checking) We will be back without a doubt.

Very poor service. Asked to speak to management (twice) to discuss. It would appear that they don't really care what their guests think? Not likely to get a response to this post…

If you have been to one of the more modern or recently refurbished Premier Inns you will know what to expect. Spacious air conditioned room, big comfortable bed. A good night's sleep followed by a good breakfast all at a reasonable price. Difficult to get to by car when I visited (August 2018) as the road to the car park was dug up and closed and they didn't warn us. Hopefully things will be back to normal soon but best to check.

Nice hotel when in but road works all around. Difficult to access. Staff v helpful.

Had an issue with my room. Went down in the morning and they arranged for me to have another room. Good service overall.

Great location. Lovely big room. Breakfast very good and Wi-Fi too. Only complaint is that the towels are thin and rough.

Great place, only a short taxi ride to Hampton court palace. Mark the manager could not do enough for us. Very clean hotel and lovely staff.

I love this one. It’s still relatively new and, if you catch the pricing right it is excellent value for such a central location. Easy walk to the train and about 5 stops into Waterloo or get off at Wimbledon to connect with the district line. Parking can get pricey as you’re in the heart of shopping heaven.

Room nice but not let down in the restaurant. First night it took over an hour for our meals to arrive. My husband was happy with his steak but my haddock was disgusting. I don't think it had thawed out properly before being cooked. I did not have to pay for it. No argument. Was offered refund immediately. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly. We both found the bath a bit high and quite difficult to get into and out of when we showered.

The best premier inn we have visited by miles! Staff were fab, food and service was lovely. We are so fussy when it comes to customer service so we thought you were all great. We would definitely stay again and I've recommended it to my friends who are visiting London soon. The car park is an NCP car park but for those moaning about it most premier inn's are NCP parking so I don't see what the shock or fuss is? A special thank you to one of your lovely staff called Nora.

Rooms lovely but we have had the worst service EVER for dinner. We have travelled over 3 hrs today to run Hampton court half marathon. We checked in at 6:30pm was told we couldn’t eat until 8:30pm and the main course has come out at 10:10pm! I have had to go without my dinner as can’t eat that late before a run. Staff just wondering around not knowing what to do. The manager had dealt with 6 complaints while we have been sitting here. Nice rooms just DONT eat here! Very unhappy guests.

Very friendly staff. Good connections away from the hustle and bustle of downtown London. Liked the rooms and restaurant. I recommend it.

Always friendly and always clean. Have stayed here a few times and will carry on doing so. The food also is very good.

Good standard premier inn. Very friendly staff! Parking was a pain and expensive as NCP is closest. Also no signs from the car Park to give you any idea how to get to hotel entrance. Not what you want after a long day at work. Also car park is terrible! Tiny spiral way up, which is likely to destroy your hubcaps.

Hotel as usual, good. Staff so so. Restaurant not so good. Poor food selection, most of menu missing. Breakfast good as long as you don't mind cold food and rubber eggs!

New hotel. Friendly staff. Great bed. Huge TV. For a budget hotel I was very impressed. Also a whole range of multimedia connections to tv.

We were very happy with our stay here. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, there is a wonderful shower. I’d take half a star off if I could because a few times we had to ask for an extra towel as they left only one. We looked out on a construction site, but we weren’t staying there to gaze out the window. I was disappointed with the breakfast — only because I eat very little and all you can eat doesn’t make sense for me. I would have just preferred a full English.

Very nice bed! Wonderful shower. Everyone was very nice. We don't recommend the breakfast, but that's a minor quibble (you can always pop out for breakfast to somewhere very close by).

Nice hotel. The staff friendly and breakfast was great. The kids extra beds were not regular sized beds so if you have teens/ tal kids you need an extra room instead I guess.

I visited the restaurant on Sunday for the full continental breakfast they offer and was impressed with the choice on offer. With two car parks next door parking isn't a problem and lifts in the foyer take you straight to reception on the first floor and the restaurant is just behind this. The restaurant and bar is open to anyone. The staff were very attentive to stock levels of food and cleared vacated tables quickly. The breakfast set up is a buffet style affair with cereals, juices, croissants and jam, yogurts, fruit & of course the english breakfast components of eggs (scrambled & fried), bacon, hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes, black pudding, baked beans & sausages. Not the rubbish stuff either. Cumberland sausage and what tastes like heinz baked beans. Coffee, tea and fruit juices are unlimited too. White or brown bread is next to toaster. There is enough choice there to satisfy anyone. For £8.99 its a bargain but be aware to not leave it to late if going as this is only on till mid morning so leave yourself time to sample everything on offer.

One of the better premier inns. Although don't be fooled by the signs. The reception is NOT on the first floor. I found this out by following the signs and taking the stairs. It has a nice restaurant but I would question the experience some of the staff have as they were not the best saying that one gentleman in the restaurant was brilliant, he knew service and how to give it. Well done that person just doesn't quite make up for the others. Room was standard but no complaints.

We were particularly impressed with this Premier, having stayed in a few this was one of the nicer ones! My other half suffers from coeliac disease which severely limits options when eating but the staff were so helpful and accommodating. On top of this the rooms and especially the bathroom were immaculate. Would 100% stay again!

It was very clean, secure and safe. I liked the bed and the bed sheets in the bed. The bed room was a nice area.

This hotel is really nice when you eventually find it, the one way system and the traffic was horrendous. Parking in the NCP is very tight and expensive at £9.50 and no clear signs to where the hotel is the lifts are very small and smell awful, when you come down in the lift turn right and follow the road along and you will find the entrance to the hotel. The automated check in is not simple to use and is a poor substitute for a member of staff, I expect more from premier inn a cost saving that is inappropriate. The food in the restaurant is really good and only let down by the slow service, and poor attention to customer satisfaction. The breakfast service was much better. I will probably not return to this hotel due to the lack of parking facilities and difficulty in locating.

This is a nice enough hotel, it does what it needs to and isn't much different from any other Premier Inn. The only thing I would say is don't come here expecting nice views and quaint decor. It's in the centre of town beside a main road. Overall though it was a nice place with friendly staff.

I arrived late in the afternoon, a polite receptionist made a booking for me. I was given a room for disabled, only ones available. The room was clean but some papers in the bin from the previous guest. The mattress was going towards in the middle. I had to use air-condition since windows weren't opening on 6th floor. Checkout was quick.

Lovely room. The challenge is the dining room. It seems that if there are too many people, even though there are plenty of tables one must wait to be seated.

I frequent a lot of Premier Inns on business and I've got to say this one is my favourite so far. The restaurant was classy and the staff were fantastic. There was a lady named fahria on reception who I have to mention, she had a smile on her face every day and helped on the two occasions I lost my key!

This is a great Premier Inn! The rooms are more spacious than normal and comfortable as usual. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is no free parking at this hotel, but the cattle market parking across the street is a secure and reasonably priced option. There are a plethora of shops and restaurants nearby and Hampton Court Palace is only a 5 minute drive away.

Location of the hotel is very hidden, it was difficult to find as there is another Travel lodge 2mins away. Very confusing. Overall experience was pleasant bed was extremely comfortable.

Clean and tidy rooms including basic extras such as really and coffee. Only issue would be for anyone staying over the weekend there is limited sound proofing from the street outside so the night life cab be quite loud.

Clean, cheap and tidy. Can get load as right next to the main club though but would happily go back.

Stayed here for four nights and wasn't expecting much but was very pleasantly surprised. Staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms very clean and the hotel itself was very quiet. We stayed over a weekend and were worried as it's very close to a nightclub but this didn't affect our sleep at all. There was a little noise on the Saturday night from the street but as you are in London and the centre of a town then it's to be expected. I'm a very light sleeper but slept right through every night we were there. Could not recommend it enough and am looking forward to staying there again in the next few months. Many thanks to the lovely staff.

Had a wonderful time, ate dinner in the restaurant, drank half priced drinks in the Happy Hour, and had a huuuuuuge breakfast before leaving this fabulous place. It was clean, comfortable and convenient and the staff went the extra mile to ensure our brief stay was a memorable one. Thanks so much, would love to come back.

It is a very centrally located hotel in Kingston. Adequate price/quality ratio.

Excellent Hotel! Very clean room, superb service! Hotel breakfast is mediocre but just a few steps down the street you can find Lana's Cafe. Highly recommended, very comfortable beds, unbelievably helpful staff! A+

Love the hotel. Very clean. Nice bed. Lots of room. Staff is awesome! Would be nice if they had a mini fridge and provided nicer toiletries (shampoo and conditioner instead of just the wall shampoo/bodywash). Have stayed many times and would recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable and had a pleasant 3 night stay. Fairfields car park is attached to the hotel and costs £12 per night (cheaper than other car parks nearby). The hotel is located close to the main shopping and eating/drinking areas and Kingston train station.

It was fine apart from that u can hear everyone from any room.

The hotel is very central so ideally located and has a couple of car parks close by with very reasonable rates overnight. I didn't eat at the hotel as there is plethora of nearby choices but the food looked nice. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant and the hotel is very clean and we'll kept. Overall good experience, a bit pricey but to be expected due to location.

Excellent stay for the family and really good value for money. Only 20 minutes into London by train & tube. Staff were really friendly and helpfull, nothing was to much trouble, they are a credit to Premier Inn. Lastly the best supprise was happy hour or was it 2hr anyway enjoyed it.
