Staff friendly and very helpful, Well stocked bar with local ales, breakfast was lovely and fresh with plenty of choice would recommend this hotel.

Locality to bars and restaurants, especially along Thames, also for Hampton Court for the concert we attended, what a beautiful setting too. Hotel staff could not do enough for you and the range of items for breakfast was amazing 👍

Beautiful hotel with lovely bar and restaurant. Located in a great location, Kingston has a lot to offer, lovely shopping centre five minutes away. Staff are friendly and attentive, was well looked after when I visit.

Amazing team working here, they literally can’t do enough, so friendly and welcoming.
The hotel it’s self is lovely, amazingly comfortable and spacious room. Excellent location with a short walk to the promenade and centre of Kingston. The food is fantastic and can’t recommend it enough.

A perfect beautiful hotel, one of the best I've stayed in. Very close to town, rail and Thames river walk. Exceptional 10/10. Thankyou to all staff fantastic service.

The room was fine, no cookies on our second room for my daughter and mine disappeared from my room. The live music on the Thursday was awful, way too loud, so loud in fact we left so the restaurant lost out and not just us several others left too, we cancelled our second booking as the food was very limited. Breakfast was nice. One thing that really ticked me off was the ladies had absolutely no toilet roll in any of the four cubicles, none whatsoever and receptions staff could not or would not replace them, siting no cleaners on duty? Luckily I had tissues in my bag. Staff were quite nice, but felt as though the attitude was if its not my job I am not doing it, we put it down to bad management.

Great hotel at a great price. Hotel is just a few blocks from Kingston station and right next to the mall as well as Kingston's city square (check out the outdoor markets). The breakfast buffet was good and well priced, especially if you pre-pay at check-in. The bar had a nice assortment of beers and hard liquor as well. Only ask for this hotel is this: Please put doors on the shower. No matter how I tried to use the shower, water just went everywhere. Yes it makes for a stylish and modern look, in application it was just messy.

Good quality accommodation, unfortunately it got pricier over time and for that reason I reduced by 1 star. Good location with access to Bentall's shopping and restaurants. Near Sainsbury's as well. Nearest parking is OK — £14 overnight with no access during the night. There is also off street parking (limited to 2 hours) that can be used at night. Hotel staff is very nice, everyone is very friendly and professional. Any issue (which is rare) staff will go the lengths to resolve and really tries to resolve very quickly. Overall I highly rate the hotel, had many pleasant stays there and I am returning regularly — almost weekly. I would highly recommend.

So far my favourite hotel in this area! Well kept, great hotel restaurant, and comfy beds. They also treat Hilton Honors members well. Free breakfast vouchers and high floor. Staff very friendly and helpful, offered travel advice and bought toothbrush kits up to the room.

Nice new hotel, makes for a comfortable stay. A few mistakes made by the staff. They were very apologetic after it was pointed out, still didn't stop more mistakes from happening! Hope the management work on that, as it doesn't hold up to the Hilton name. Apart from that it was a great stay. All being said, I would recommend staying here. Food and rooms are all up to standard. Location is great for Kingston town centre and local towns.

Friendly staff! Lovely restaurant — only came in on groupon but they brought me birthday macaroons & little extras & generally made it a lovely day! Very nice food too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay for 3 night stay for work. Brand new hotel so rooms are immaculate and very well finished. My room had some imperfections where the sockets had dropped slightly but overall room as great. The “fitness room” in the hotel is small and any frequent gym enthusiasts may have to get creative using the dumbbells and cable machine. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and welcoming when I came into the hotel. Breakfast was included with the stay and was just what is needed for a quick in and out breakfast to start the day. Would recommend the hotel and will be suggesting to any of my colleagues visiting the site.

My daughters football club hired out one of the rooms for a football presentation evening — the room is lovely but the food was very disappointing — 1 burger and a few chips as they kept running out. The salad consisted of a few sliced tomatoes and a slither of lettuce (which also ran out) — not enough to feed a mouse yet alone an adult!
Drinks are also well overpriced!

A modern and new building in immaculate condition. It's ideally located for access to Kingston town centre; literally a very short walk. Although the hotel could be described as contemporary it retains a certain warmth. I attended a wedding fayre there recently and was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I have no doubt that attention to detail I witnessed would produce a seamless and wonderful day for any couple.

One of the best DoubleTree hotels that I've stayed in. I stayed in room 717. The room was new and immaculate. The lobby was small but low desk and welcoming. When checking out there was no one at the desk but I got someone at the nearby bar to get a staff member. The beer taps in the bar were not working in the first night. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The car park is a short walk away and provided by a different company but with no discount for hotel guests.

Excellent modern hotel, clean rooms with up to date facilities reasonable bar and restaurant. Great location in the centre of Kingston and only a few minutes from the Railway Station means you are just 30 minutes from London Waterloo.

Good Hotel, near shopping area.

One of the best of the Doubletree brand around. Staff excellent, particularly in the restaurant. Rooms very good value for money, particularly the corner balcony rooms. Restaurant has simplified the menu and dropped in quality a bit recently, but still good food. Views are from corner room.

Would stay here again next trip. Close to transportation walking distance to Kingston. The subway is right next to the hotel but its not too intrusive. Great place.

Absolute top address and recommendation at the place. Here it is a "by Hilton" but here is everything as you would expect.
The hotel is centrally located but also not in the middle. On the edge of the centre of Kingston. No 5 minutes to the center. Also directly at the train station. Here you can have bad luck with the room if it goes directly to the railway line.

However, there is a star deduction for paid Wi-Fi access. There is also a free but it is underground.
And if you get a room with a shower, which is stylish and at ground level, unfortunately there is a danger of flooding. Seemingly a design flaw. Can also be an isolated case however, after a shower the bath was underwater. This also unfortunately leaves stains on the light grey tiles.
Should I return to Kingston Resedieren then safe in the double tree.

Really nice hotel with nice rooms and a good restaurant.
Housekeeping could be better in my room. She need to learn to vacuum clean every day and also under the table. So cleaning is the only thing I could put a finger on.
Restaurant have nice breakfast and good dinner.

Very comfortable. Best breakfast and rely nice pint. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Our extractor fan didnt work so they offered us another room. But it was no big deal and I liked the room so we stayed put. The lifts are fast and the carpets are not only soft but smell rely nice. Location is perfect. Ill be staying here again!

Have stayed couple of nights in this hotel, let me talk briefly about the pros and cons during my stay. First of all I will talk about Cons: 1 — After checked in I found out the room has no mini bar and I have asked for it and they bring one next day and they place it on inappropriate place even it has a better place where it should. 2 — They don’t offer amenities in the toilet not even a slipper and I asked for it and they bring one. 3 — They don’t offer a complimentary water, at least during check in as most 4 star hotels around the world! 4 — They don’t change Bed Sheets every third nights as said on their official website, they don’t care of the quality of the toilet cleaning nor the new bed sheets cleaning where I notice some spots on them, and they don’t refill tissues daily. 5 — The disturbance of housekeeping in the early morning make it uncomfortable, plus the doors has no soundproof. 6 — During night Christmas the fire alarm goes off on the middle of night, and I don’t receive any written apologies for inconvenience! 7 — They don’t have Room Service actually, all what I notice they transfer the call to “Bar” and they have “Tray charge” which cost £5! 8 — Last night after talking with some receptionist about my stay, once I leave she was saying to her colleague that “This guy want everything straight… ” well I found that some of them need training as they don’t know how to deal with guests.

If I could have given Hawkers Bar & Brasserie 0 stars I would have, but that wasn't an option. There was NO GREETING on arrival. NO SERVICE at all for 45 minutes after arrival (for a booked "Alice in Wonderland" Afternoon Tea for my daughter's birthday). … there was NO DRINK offered, NOT EVEN WATER, in that time. When the finally offered drinks there wasn't any "normal" ENGLISH BREAKFAST TEA as they had ran out of it … ONLY earl grey or fruit teas were offered! The sandwiches were hastily made as the chef wasn't aware of our afternoon tea booking! (Cakes, not home made, ok) We drank champagne with the food as the tea didn't arrive till we'd virtually finished the food. We had to ask for glasses, plates and cutlery! It was AWFUL experience all round — definitely NO magical Alice in Wonderland experience at all.

Fairly new hotel with good spec rooms. Near the train tracks so can hear trains through the night. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable.

Came to reception and no one was there, waited a few minutes as obviously they can't have people there all the time. No one comes so we call the number we have for the hotel, we are redirected and the phone next to us wrings in the empty reception. After a while we ask the barman and he gets a bell boy who books us in. When we get to the room, it's a king sized bed for me and my father, clearly not what we booked. The rooms are dark and all corridors in the hotel smell. The gym looked pretty good tho.

I loved the corner room… great location. However no signature cookies on arrival! N when went to be seated at restaurant was informed there was a problem in kitchen @ no hot food. Salade only!
However breakfast was good, staff friendly… better than staff at check out … obv we already paid for room/dinner/breakfast in advance n clearly didnt eat dinner there. Apparently no one was around to offer refund or even offer an apology! Was informed email will b sent to us… we have received no email…! Phoned chased. But apparently no one around till Monday — I requested a call bk … but no … I have to call them! Would of expected better customer service …
Will be seeking a refund on Monday.

Very good place for remote working. Great bar and coffee facilities. Very strong Wi-Fi connection and comfortable seating area. Good place for informal meetings. The decor is very modern and stylish. Staff are also very friendly. Central location nit far from station and riverside.

Lovely hotel although F&d staff not friendly at all. Breakfast selection ok but not usual hilton standard. Reception staff very good beds super comfy.

Very comfortable hotel. Large beds in rooms with air conditioning and shower in a wet room. Shame there was no bath, but the high quality breakfast more than made up for it. Bar downstairs has outdoor seating. Hope to return.

Good Hotel. Nice rooms. Good breakfast. Near to Kingston railway station. Malls and shops nearby.

No on site parking which is a bit of a pain and instructed to park in a multistorey nearby which when you turn up has signs saying no parking overnight. Anyway, we ignored them and all was fine. Room was way to hot for us and AC struggled to bring it down to a reasonable temperature (automatically turns itself off too after a period). Decour was lovely, bed was comfortable and breakfast was good so not all bad.

I attended the DoubleTree in Kingston for a Work Event. The venue is lovely and finished toa high quality as you would expect. The staff were very helpful and friendly and did all they could to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The food was also of a high standard. As I suffer with Dairy and Gluten allergies I was delighted that they were able to cater for me and really looked after my needs.

Warm cookies on arrival set the stage for a great stay at DoubleTree. The room had a very large bed especially for one and the pillows a delight. My room only had a shower but a large one at that. Had dinner in the restaurant and the staff were very attentive and friendly, same at breakfast. Parking is off site but just across the road so only a couple of minutes walk. Overall, a very nice, clean, spacious, friendly hotel and in a good location.

Location and room we were in for our event were good. Food was fine, it wasn't the best food but it was edible. Bar staff were difficult to get hold of at times.

Reception staff friendly and efficient, restaurant staff friendly but very slow and manager seems to walk around plays with computers but does not notice or serve customers. He walked right past our table 5 times last night without serving us and we had to wait nearly 20 minutes to be served even though we had menus and had to be seated in a quiet restaurant. Menu was good and food very nice. Bad nights sleep though due to very noisy air-conditioninng equipment.

As a local I am writing about the bar and restaurant. Waiter service is terrible here. They don't understand the menu, v. Slow inattentive service and they are talking to each other all the time. It's a shame because the bar and restaurant areas are very well designed and create a pleasant ambience. Food is good but nothing to shout about.

Modern hotel, recently opened, with upscale facilities. Free breakfast available with room. Breakfast is great, and bar service is good. However, dinner is expensive. Nevertheless, a good, upscale hotel.

A comedy of errors made the hotel stay challenging. What was remarkable was how the Management dealt with five separate issues promptly, effectively and professionally.

Good service. Great for working. Good Wi-Fi and lots of power points. Beef sandwich was basic.

Clean and modern. Upgrade on arrival as Hilton Honors member. Very polite friendly and helpful staff. Good location towards the main car park opposite bentalls Centre (near TGI Friday). Only negative is there is no hotel parking. You need to use the one opposite and pay for overnight stay — downside there is it is shut between 10pm and 7am so if you need an early start with your car, be aware and you'll have to move your car to the street. For us this was a minor issue as we had a late start on the Saturday so it didn't spoil our stay. Would stay again!

New, stylish, well located and comfortable.

Great location outside of London. Within a 5 minutes walk there are great places to eat and shop. Also, about a 5 minutes walk to the Kingston station that takes you to downtown London. They have an amazing breakfast bar with a lot to offer. The people here are very friendly and will be nothing short of amazing.

This hotel is super! The Brasserie style restaurant was very enjoyable; I suggest the puff pie! The bedrooms were modern and the shower fantastic. The bed was really comfy and the room quiet. I'll be staying there again if I'm in that area.

We stayed over night for my birthday on the 3rd of Jan. Lovely and warm hotel with great design and decorations in public areas. Very friendly and attentive staff. Special mention to the guy in restaurant/bar. Forgot his name, half Spanish half English I think, he worked also next day in breakfast area. He was excellent. Great service, nice chat and great knowledge of bar menu and food. He deserves a bonus or two dear hotel's manager.
The room was stunning and impressed with the space, decoration and a 43' LG smart tele? Brilliant!
Food and drinks were really good at reasonable prices. Try the local draft ale with the Pie. The ultimate London's local delicious experience. We ll be back. We wish you all the best although am sure you ll have a great business. Suggestions: We found the pillows very soft but am sure it wouldn't be a problem to change them. Perhaps u could provide in the room as a standard a couple hard or medium pillows as well?
Car Park. A few options in the local area with Thames Side the best one although is a bit tricky how to get there. The prices are good but the deal work for 12 hours fix rate from 19 to 7 and we had to call them at 7 in the morning to extend it. Perhaps you could reach out a deal with the car parking companies and include an optional 24rs basis car park deal for your guests?
