The foods are good, especially their Sunday Roast. It's make us almost go there every Sunday as our family day! The restaurant is pet friendly, highly recommend pet owners for a relaxing afternoon or evening.

Had a lovely stay this weekend, perfect venue for Twickenham Stadium which is easily walkable or accessible by bus. Rooms were super clean, great value for money and Tracy and her team were super friendly and helpful. Thank you hopefully see you again next year!

Stayed Saturday 7th April for the clash at Twickenham. Have to say it was excellent, staff very friendly and most helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Vinyl Disco was great on the night time and the food was excellent thanks to Tracy and her team. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Andy and Donna (room 4)

As a visitor to a Twickenham international The Swan is just beyond the ring of crowded shoulder to shoulder pubs. It has a good atmosphere in homely surroundings, the food is good and it sells London Pride beer!

The swan does the best Roast dinner around really fantastic the only thing is the cost £14.50 each so not every weekend but would recommend it any time :)

Successful local pub which is tastefully decorated and has decent food and a good range of beers. Hosts a popular quiz night on Thursdays; also has a small but characterful garden. It's the sort of pub you would take your family to for a Sunday lunch, in a nutshell. Two of the three bar staff helpful and charming, one rude — otherwise it would have 5 stars.

Had a carvery here today with my family. We came to the swan as we are local and my client recommend it. The roast was good the meats were lovely but the one and only thing that for us badly let it down was the roast potatoes, they were deep fried and were frozen ones. As for the amount you pay per person I would expect home made roast potatoes as this is one of the main ingredients to a good home cooked roast. Sadly disappointed, I would highly recommend you change this asap before you loose out on more customers. Unfortunately I doubt we will be returning.

The swan menu does not change often. The specials do not change every day. Portions of food are getting smaller. This is a shame because used to eat here a lot. The chef's cook good foods compliments to them. Trying other pubs in area. The atmosphere is not the same here and locals sèem to be not drinking here as much.

Fantastic Inn near Richmond ideal for visiting the area. The room was clean and spacious. The pub has a good menu and a family atmosphere.

Room is lovely and clean. Night was quiet so had a good night's sleep. Huuuuge breakfast. Lost a star because they don't have parking permits for guests.

Poor quality food… burgers of mush. Ribeye steak where fat had not been rendered. Over cooked chips… very disappointing. Wll not returning … whitebait was good but probably bought from Bradleys.

This is a review of drinking here, not the hotel or food. The Swan Inn seems to be a great local pub, with nice decor and friendly staff. It's big too, although on the Saturday afternoon I visited it was also quiet. It has a few unique ales on tap, and an above average selection (quality wise) of beers and ciders on tap. If you're in the area, and just want a friendly place to drink (and don't necessarily mind not having a river-side view) then I'd recommend this place highly.

Great pub drinks are pricey but great service. The Carvery is amazing would highly recommend.

Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Like most pubs, Indian food tastes like it has been bought from asda's cheapest ready meals and microwaved. This isn't unique to this pub tho. Perhaps their chefs find it too hard to prepare Indian meals and therefore actually do buy ready meals from asda. However for the prices they charge, they could at least spend a little more and buy better quality ready meals.

Great food unless you are vegetarian which my wife is and for the third time in the last 3-4 months our party of 5 visited, ordered our meals at the bar which you then get a receipt you take that ticket to the carvery and they dish your food direct to you, so 4 of us did that and then sat down with our dinners, but my wife did not get a ticket she was told that the kitchen gets the order and will bring her dinner to the table ok she thought and sat down, 40 minutes later and no dinner arrived the four of us with our meat carvery dinners had finished, she went to complain and they said the kitchen did not receive the order through some cockup or other so my wife got a refund and she left hungry and we were all upset. This has not happened once but 3 times in the last couple of months.

I pretty much only come to this pub for the Sunday carvery, which is obviously very popular. Huge great portions of well cooked meats and vegetables served in a traditional pub environment. Arrive by midday or book in advance if you want any hope of getting a table.

Nice pub could do with some better beers.

This pub is the best and most welcoming in Isleworth by far. I never hesitate bringing my family there. The bar staff Chef and in particular the Pub Manager are fist class in customer care and delivery. And. Always go the extra mile. I would strongly recommend this pub to anyone food is excellent Baz Gard.

Great pre and post Twickenham venue. Super place to meet friends. Friendly and efficient staff.

Food and service was amazing, the only issue I had was the queue time for the carvery is at least 20 minutes. We've been a few times and it always takes ages; so if you have children you can't eat together because one of you will have to wait with the kids while the other queues and if you get your food second, by the time you get back to the table your other half has finished so you eat separately. So if there was a way to remedy that like 2 members of staff serving, that might cut the queue time down which would make it a much much better experience. Other than that, it's a great place to eat with a delicious and very generous roast.
