The price was good, rooms were clean, breakfast was good.

Good location, rubbish breakfast, filthy hotel and staff who don’t care about their customer service what so ever. Avoid like the plague.

I am not that person who likes to bring down a company on internet by writing a bad review but these guys are asking for it as they don't care at all about customer service, so why should I care about them? I was supposed to stay at this hotel but upon arrival they told me they had a problem with the system so took me to Park Hotel Ilford saying that it would be a better hotel and the brkfast too. For my surprise I got disappointed with the smelly room they gave me as the wc… is in it, and one could noticed an intensive smell of sew. I could barely sleep due to the lack of isolation of the rooms as I could hear the neighbor above me snoring… all night! The brkfast well… if you are looking for having a heart attack in the morning, it is the ideal place to go to… greasy and disgusting food (if you can call food) awaits you. But the main reason of this review is the arguing I had with one of the staff upon check-out. I had a deposit for an adapter which was still in the room, as I checked-out earlier than my girlfriend, and said to give the deposit back to her 2h hours later. He said ok! Few hours later I was in the plane when she called me saying that the deposit had already been given back according to the system. She put me on the ph with the guy I talked in the morning (recognized by is voice) and she told me the same. Arguing back and forth I told him I was going to write a back review about the place and he simply said "do whatever you want".

Room was lovely very comfy beds tea & coffee in room own bathroom plus all you can eat breakfast very good price.

Shithole as with all hotels in and around Ilford I have stayed in a few of the hotels around there I work a lot around the area I personally wouldn't stay around Ilford but when you work with your gaffer who is always looking for cheap hotels you get what you pay for as they say the best hotel I have stayed in is the rosalee guest house on argyle road.

Came from the U. S. For our first trip overseas. I blindly picked this hotel based on price alone. I'm glad I did! First off, the staff was VERY accommodating and gave us 2 rooms that were fresh and newly renovated. Clean sheets, clean carpets, clean bathrooms, what more could you want for this price? They are currently remodeling the place, and have over 100 rooms. Breakfast was fine, had a good selection of food. Ate it everyday. I didn't see one reason to complain about anything. If I asked for towels or a fan, they got on it right away. Not one problem at all and I WILL stay here again. The people that complain can probably never be satisfied anyway. You have to realize that this is run by some of the hardest working people I have seen, and they are catering to several hundred people a day. They get the job done, and they did it well. Thank you Park Hotel, you left us with a very good experience!

Nice & freindly great breakfast & plenty of choice, lovely comfortable rooms.
