Budget accommodation but cleanses is ok, rooms are tidy and big enough.

A basic get comfortable place at a very good price comma friendly staff I'm very helpful comma the hotels in a brilliant location I revisit this hotel all the time.

I can't give anything less than 1 star. Staff are friendly but rooms are not up to standard. Worst hotel I've stayed at. Rather stay at Travel Lodge, same price and better standards.

+ Transport connection + Wi-Fi + reasonably busy staff window all broken and it pulls purely-through mattresses-no toilet brush and not clean ashtrays right in front of the window in the EC and all the smoke moved into the room.

This sensation has nothing to do with the English breakfast … but with the quality, the preparation and the hygiene …

Probably the best out of the chain but modest at best.

It was an awesome experience living here as it suited my budget as well as they had fantastic room services with a very warming breakfast. Kids friendly area, very respectful staff and a yummy breakfast and a very nice parking area. Halal food is easily available as well as vegetarian options are numerous.

We hear the adjoining rooms and the bathroom is very simple. No storage and moisture.

This hotel is dirty and very noise. I use to look forward to my stay here but this weekend experience was terrible. The place was so noisy I could not sleep at all and the room needed a spring cleaning with hovering. Mould and dust everywhere in the bathroom. The place needs a revamp and the breakfast was closed before we could even come downstairs. This place should be a dirty short time stay for prosititue activities. Disgusting atmosphere to take your family or an executive. I will never stay here never. Be careful of the deceiving pictures. Money not well spent.

Firstly it smelled when we got there. The shared bathroom is disgusting. The privet rooms have insects not cleaned properly hair in the breakfast… honestly your better off paying a little extra and going to a hotel well known if you know what I mean. Some staff are ok some are rude can’t speak English. Not like professional hotels basically…

Really nice welcoming staff! Visited on a Tuesday and night duty staff was very professional and welcoming.

It's okay if you just need somewhere quick but it's not the nicest place to stay or in the best neighbourhood. The breakfast is great though!

Staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was tasty and self serve which is always a bonus. Our room was clean and tidy although very small and a bit dated. It was also the one right next to reception, so was noisy. Not that the hotel staff could help it, but the windows were open due to the hot weather and there was constant noise outside. They could invest in some air conditioning to reduce this, but as I say it's wasn't their fault, they can't help noisy people in the neighbourhood.

Room was discounted from 60 to 45 but for that's money u we got windows on top off door closed by papers and no toilet or bathroom in room, all building stank, disgusting.

I was happiest when it was time to leave. The employees were unfriendly, unhelpful, and completely unapologetic for any problems I experienced. When I checked in, I gave them my confirmation number and they told me they were unable to use confirmation numbers but only the name on the credit card… weird! Then why offer them? They wanted me to give my card number and pin information, but I declined, saying I would enter it into the machine myself. The beds and sheets had stains on them, including blood on one and pubic hairs on another and who knows what else. They claimed to have Wifi but it did not work… when I inquired about it, they offered no solution or apology. The floors seemed unsanitary, so I wore shoes my entire stay. The breakfast was sufficient but simple and not tasty. The only good thing about it was its access to the Tube, but even the walk to that at night was spooky. And don't even think you will be comfortable with temperature because you have no access to change it, so I sweat it out every night. Completely uncomfortable situation! I used to say "all I really need out of a hotel is a bed and a shower. " I will never say that again. I could deal with some problems, but when the employees were entirely unhelpful, I gave up. I could hardly wait to get to my next destination.

Rooms are basic but clean cleaning service comes when your gone to clean bathroom is clean 24hr service very nice people location is ok 30 sec walk and your beside plenty of shops overall value was great food however in morning was dissappointing only availble btw 07:30 — 09:00 not worth getting up for and was burnt on burnt but good value overall.

— when we arrived at 12.30 in the afternoon, we had to wait for more than an hour, because the room had to be cleaned. We did not get so much as an apology. — the room was not very clean — there was no shelf or hook in the bathroom to keep toiletries — the antenna of the TV was broken, we could not get a picture — the bedding on 1 of the beds was dirty — we paid cash and found out later that our credit card was also charged. We still don't have the money back and they are not being very cooperative — breakfast is limited + location is good, nearby a trainstation and some shops.

For the cheap price of Hotel. Clean rooms, the bathroom cleaned every day and the towels were changed. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. The situation, especially in the case of the arrival via Stansted, including some of the fanciest area of London. The Breakfast was in relation to the price. Deductions for the terminal door, as well as an E-Mail in advance, which unfortunately remained unanswered. To recommend otherwise, for a London Trip.

We stayed here at the weekend. The Hotel was really clean and although our room was small it was more than adequate. The breakfast was really nice and as one of the first ones up there was plenty of it. I had the misfortune of losing a gold pendant and chain in my room and when I phoned later the receptionist went and spoke to the cleaner who phoned me back later to let me know that it had been found. Would definitely recommend and use this hotel again.
