Nicer than the pictures. Far from Croydon walking but quick bus ride.
Excellent place if you want to stay in London. Stayed here for couple of months and the rooms are very clean, well maintained and with a good housekeeping team. The guests also have an all day breakfast provided and easy access to a kitchen if you want to cook your meals. Laundry facilities too are provided. The location is very close to the Addiscombe tram stop and it's easy to get to East Croydon for the train service.
