Room meticulous, superpulito, comfortable and quiet, would recommend to anyone to stay here!

A towel for two people and a usb connection, which does not work etquand you take the shower all the floor of the bathroom trampe until the next day.

Just back to ireland from a 2 night stay here with a friend… location was perfect as we commuted to london for the 2 days… room on the other hand… you really get what you pay for though… so cramped you literally have to shuffle your way past the bottom of the beds to get by… we had 2 single beds… shower/toilet was a wet room … sink was so tiny and the toilet flushed and kept going until you pressed the button 4 times… mould all over window sills and the windows were manky dirty and cracked in places … serious revamp is needed… pictures on website doesn't correspond with the actual rooms… in pics there are shelves… space… real rooms have neither… a small cabinet between the beds would work perfect… reception was ok girls working there seemed no more interested in their job… early check in and late check out is £10 each (which we didn't mind) £5 to store our luggage on arrival as our plane got in early and we arrived at 10am and wasnt allowed to check on till 12… theres a charge for extra pillows… Wi-Fi etc… vending machines are ridiculous nothing in stock and if it is it looks like it's been there for a while… whole places needs a vamp piles and piles of beer cans behind the wall where the "airport transfer" busses are parked (which looked like they were never moved) … we left our room at 10am on last day to go out to get brekkie only to come back after 11 to find our key card had been cut off and we couldnt get back into our room… we had late check out till 1… girl on desk

No TV No kettle Windows glued shut. The aircon was clogged with dust and the direction vents for the aircon was broke. The shower wasn't fixed to the wall. The toilet seat was wobbly. Their were dried piss stains. The shower head close to breaking. No shower curtain… had to use towels on the floor to stop the water entering the bedroom. The reception guy promised he would get it fixed while we stayed and give us fresh towels. All lies! These rooms don't get maintained at all. The hotel is advertised as newly refurbished… It's far from The bed was comfy though.

Very clean and simple room; excellent location, London is only 20 minutes away by train. Also Sainsbury's is 1 minute away. Friendly service and overall great value. Ideal for short stays.

Disgusting to say the least. Was booked in for six nights, checked out after one night. Staff well aware of problems. No tv… get with the times. No where to put you things, everything sits on the floor, bathroom a nightmare, blocked drains so if you need the toilet you stand in stagnant water. Please don’t stay at this hotel, your health is at risk.

The staff are great people — very friendly and helpful! :) excellent location; well connected to central London and plenty of places nearby to go out & eat. The room had everything I needed (NB: I brought my own kettle, tea, coffee and mugs with me. ) Amazing value for money, especially considering that I booked last minute and in the middle of the summer holidays. The only minus is that windows don't open but the aircon is very good and the air in my room somehow remained fresh throughout my stay. I was staying on top floor so had a great view of London.

Greeted by friendly staff at reception and we were able to check in early. Superb cleanliness, towels and toilet paper provided but that's about what you're only getting. Rooms are air-conditioned which was a lifesaver in this hot weather. The sink in the bathroom is slightly too small, we couldn't wash our hands/face or brush our teeth without spilling any water out and wetting our feet. However, if you're only looking for a place to sleep and shower, this is a good priced place only a few stops from London Victoria station.

Absolutely awful. Room like a matchbox had to climb over bed to get in. Not a shelf or s cupboard to put anything on had to put your belongings on floor. Sink miniscule nowhere to put a toothbrush soap or anything. We were left 3 foot/floor towels to get dried on first day and one towel and one Foot/floor towel for 2 of us to get showered 2nd day. Didn't expect anything special knew it would be basic but scraping around the floor for your phone or bottle of water in a tiny area is well below basic and I didn't bring towels I thought one basic towel per person was a reasonable expectation. Tried it once never again depressing.

Well for the price you need, although the rooms are tiny, they have the bed and already. The access card is needed for everything from turning on the light to use the water or the air conditioning. The staff is very nice. I would repeat? Yes, but traveling alone and less time.

The reason it's getting one star is that there is nothing easy about it. The service is shoddy. The toilets are bad. You get nothing other than a cramped room with a bed. Hell you can't even open the windows and imagine when the outside temperature is 30 degrees. They used to turn off our room ac at night and I had to go down personally to ask them to turn on our unit. There was a fire incident which was a total fiasco. Now I would have been ok with it if it was priced lower than it's other competitors bit it clearly isn't and with extras you end up having to pay more. If you want a comfortable budget experience look elsewhere. Travelodge and ibis maybe. I'm never using easy hotels again.

Very convenient location. A fair variety of rooms, with a choice of window or no window. The rooms are small and only have a bed and a small shower room. The bed was comfortable. Prices reasonable for central Croydon. No luxury but fine for somebody who needs an overnight stay.

Their room rates could be unnecessarily high sometimes, rooms appear being cleaned up in a hurry. No TV, No Swimming pool, and one may need to squeeze through the small space in the room when moving things around in the room. I wonder why the room rates are at par with hotels providing those things they do not provide. Heating problem appears to have come to stay. Their Beds are okay no doubt.

Room was clean, not too big, but enough for 2 people that want to rest. Clean shower in room. Always accessible, nice staff. Nothing to be worried about. Just pop in, pay a good price, take a shower and go rest. What else tired man need?

Different. Or bedside tables. It is one thing to have a concept of the hotel quickly and another is a shortage of amenities minimal.

Very cheap. Parking is a bit of a nightmare. Very basic rooms. Close to restaurants and pubs.

For the price what do u want altho a little small and no bed side table to put anything on but as it states value hotel pay 43 pound a night to that of the others at 70 plus then I wouldn't moan it's clean and warm and what more do u need for what u pay. Overall no problems found was comfortable.

There was a strong vomit like smell coming from the bathroom drains (I'm not exaggerating how bad it was), the room had poor ventilation after having a shower. Poor soundproofing, walls made of plasterboard, I could hear people in the room next over, such as a slight cough and people walking in the corridor, you have to hope your neighbours are respectful. There didn't appear to be any heating. Beds were quite hard. My belongings were stolen by cleaning staff, and two weeks later haven't received word about where my stuff is, any form of apology or compensation. I keep ringing about it but just get empty responses (someone will look into it, etc). A false alarm went off near midnight forcing the whole hotel to evacuate, and then was told it was caused by a steamy shower in someone's room. No apology or compensation. Pros: Shower was strong and you could turn up to a hot temperature. Reception staff seemed reasonably friendly.

Zero-star hotel far outside of London, near East Croydon Station. There are absolutely no facilities available in this hotel. No table, no chair, no wardrobe in the room. Cannot recommend it!

We occupied several rooms and some were very good but others were depressing, I don't know if they were going to reform but should not make them, had mold, dirty walls put shoes in them, to shed some mucus, bath curtains removed by be the supports broken, a disaster.

Functional and clean, no more. Little water pressure and a bit claustrophobic because you can not open the windows of the rooms. Otherwise well located, very close to the train.

It's a fairly basic and straightforward concept. I've stayed there a couple of times. It's a room with a toilet and shower. Could it be anymore special. Probably. But this is more ideal for a night Croydon, no bells or whistles, for the one that needs to travel to Gatwick the next morning or one that's been out to late and needs a nap before the morning starts. Service is basic. Coffee machine downstairs. They really should replace the shower curtains.

This I can't actually call a hotel there was damp in the room no heating and no hot water I'm sure there are better conditions in prison than there were here. Now I have stayed in a easy hotel before in Amsterdam and it was amazing clean and had facilities that were standard so I don't get why this was soooo bad.

Room is very basic, there is just a bed and wash room. There is no soap in the bathroom. Key card didn't always work straight away. There is a window but you are unable to open it. I could hear people shouting in the other rooms throughout the night. I also got no cleaning service so had to empty my own.

Positively the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to visit. Reeks of damp.

On road at a good place but very tiny room. Can get better room for a bit more price.

Basic room for the night. No thrills or spills, friendly staff and close to tram, rail and buses.

I just wish I could post a picture of the dried period blood and pubic hair that I found on my bed. Windows barricaded with Perspex glass. Regulations of businesses states that the room has to have an option for ventilation with restricted windows, so breaking the law to begin with. Rude staff too — suggest hiring staff that were raise around human beings and not wild horses.

Had to give 1 star as 0 isn't an option. Vile doesn't come close to describing this place. Holes in the wall, rough shoddy plaster job over a previous hole, dirty marks on the wall, one plug socket that worked, no way of winding the blackout blind up, mould on the walls, chipped paint (due to damp), loose fitting frames on the toilet door, ill fitting panels in the toilet, gap big enough to fit a newspaper under at the room door and an air con unit that was barely attached to the wall. Absolutely appalling place and staff no-where to be found to complain to, oh and a pile of filthy laundry & rubbish in the landing outside the 1 lift that worked.

I stayed in room 713. It stunk really bad due to the fact that you couldn't open a window. So after every shower there was a smell of damp which you couldn't escape. Whats the deal with not being able to open a window? The shower also had no power and would randomly stop working. Awful hotel!

Just awful. Room stunk of cleaning chemicals so had to be moved. Second room the shower did not work and then I started to get toilet smells coming up from the shower drain. Never again!

There was nothing easy about this hotel. The first room it wasn't even easy to breathe because it smelt so strongly of cleaning chemicals. My second room was less smelly but with no ability to open any of the windows still left me feeling uncomfortable especially in such a small room. I struggled to get wet under the shower and had to wait a few minutes just for a few drips to start coming out! You had to hold the shower hose in your hand because if left in the holder it was literally impossible to get wet. The staff were friendly and polite but in hindsight it's definitely worth spending the money to stay somewhere else.

This is disgusting. Literally disgusting. My first room had dirt and hand prints all up the walls. The wet room stunk of fust. After complaining I was moved to a new room in which the aircon did not heat up. When complaining again I was told they are no other rooms. They have nothing at all in them but your bed and wet room and have no local access to the underground. All rooms very noisy and I think may be frequently used by local 'working ladies' which may explain the hand prints and smudges of fake tan on the walls of my first room. Seriously, a dump is too polite if a word to describe this utter abortion of a hotel.

This is a very basic hotel. Will not recommend it. I did not get any sleep. It was very noisy. It felt like everyone was in my room just talking at the top of their voices. Then around 11pm they begun some building work; banging and drilling. Than the fire alarm went off which had everyone running out the building. Very bad experience. The room was very small. No table.

Location was easy to get to but no parking facilities. Room is tiny and feels like a prison cell. Can't open windows and there isn't even a table to lay phones, watches etc on. Literally a bed in a box. Never staying there again.

Overall good nights stay nice sized room and bathroom basic but that's what you get if your paying £22 for one night and &19.90 for the other. Comfy bed very quite. Only thing that would have made it better would have maybe been a TV in the room and more pillows but I can live without that at the price we made for a mid week stay. Will be returning as this is one of the better ones.

Utter disgrace. A halfway house for drunks that stinks of raw sewage. Burn the place down.

Dirty and smelly rooms, mold on the walls, blood stains on the sheets, spunk of sperm on the curtains of the room with unable to raise them because of broken, sealed windows, leaking vater and bathroom suitable only for disabled. Lack of furniture in the room, apart from the bed… No TV and free Wi-fi, cold rooms and non-adjustable air conditioning, as well as shower water, the environment is similar to a mortuary room. The reception is not up to par, dirty and dingy and the staff questionable. I paid in advance and I left after a few days, of course I have not been compensated for the days not taken advantage. The location is convenient for transportation and shops but this is not enough to justify an overnight stay.
Dulcis in Fundo you access the escape routes with the magnetic card, which probably in case of fire does not work. Hotel very dangerous in case of fire and for the risk of contracting skin and lung diseases due to poor ventilation (none of the Windows is open! They're all hermetically sealed! )

Hello everyone, do not recommend it for nothing really dirty and smelly, the bathroom seems that of the trains, the sink is as wide as a cake plate, from the discharge of the shower comes on a beastly odor, mold in the shower curtain, abandoned objects under the bed, tires Attached to the windows, White Room light from alienation, space is the right one to enter the room and sleep no bedside table or resting objects, Wi-Fi Forget it costs 5 pounds per phone a day, personally I tell you choose a place more expensive and Cleaner and stay one or two days less in London, bad experience I don't want to repeat.

A real catastrophe a room that smells the sewers, a mattress without bed pads all stained, the shower a hot blow a cold blow, the contour of bed Sal and the window do not talk about it. Home not very top. Cheap and expensive Wifi. Basically disappointed with this hotel.
