Friendly staff and a great atmosphere
Reasonable prices and great rooms.

Lovely area at the edge of Epping Forest with comfortable rooms and excellent and friendly staff. I would personally like to thank Hannah and Shayla and the rest of the staff for their excellent customer service and I go here quite a lot and highly recommend it Superb.

The rooms were so lovely and the staff were so friendly the air conditioning was not working the first night and second night so we got to change rooms the beds are really comfortable and the shower is so nice and warm so is the bath the restaurant is really nice.

Lovely 100 years old building, modern amenities, great service and lovely staff and breakfast.

Comfortable rooms and staff were so lovely. Food let it down slightly at Brewers Fayre but that's not Premier's fault.

Standard accommodation try and eat elsewhere though. Brewers Fayre is very basic and not that high quality food.

Rooms are basic, attached pub hasn't been refubished for quite a while however the location on the edge of the forest is beautiful.

Been there for the last week and it's great and food and staff are very good and some of the staff go the extra mile without being pressured.

Visited London and stayed for 3 nights. Great staff, clean rooms with modern updates.

It was a really nicely kept and clean hotel the staff were kind and helpful and it was a good night there.

The bar staff are so slow. Could get a bus to another bar by the time they have served you. Change bar staff is all that is needed.

Have visited the restaurant with family on serveral occasions and have not been disappointed — great value for money.

Been there for a Christmas party, food was good but service was abysmal. We waited 50 minutes for desert! When it came it was a utter disappointment.

Clean. Comfortable. Good car park nice surroundings nice staff. Food (Brewers Fare) could be better. Always ask no garnish. Yes always arrives with Garnish. The Self service drinks are poor. Hotel fair to good Restaurant fair to poor. Could do much better.

Nice hotel could do with a bit of an update but nothing really bad. Everything you'd expect from a hotel room. Helpful and friendly staff.

Room was usual premier Inn standard, very comfy bed, good shower. We were on the 2nd floor, in the roof so room was a bit smaller than usual but it was just somewhere to sleep after a night out in Chingford so fine. 5 minute walk to Chingford high street and just across the road from the car park for epping forest so location is good too.

Decent food and easy to get a table at any time of the day.

One of the best Premier Inns I've stayed at and due to moving North recently from London we've been regulars at a Premier Inn. The staff were superb, the were extra bits laid on for the kids, the rooms air conditioning unit worked superbly and the room was lovely and spacious. The grounds for the Premier Inn are lovely too, with a lovely pub and easy access to London and some local shops.

Lovely staff, clean, good Wi-Fi, excellent parking. Would recommend and will return.

Had a really nice stay here over the weekend whilst attending a wedding in Central London. There were 11 of us in our party in 4 rooms. Every room was clean, tidy and comfortable. We meet several staff members during our stay & they were all very helpful & efficient. The chap who was working the Saturday night shift went 'above and beyond' when 1 of our party got lost on the way back from the wedding reception to the hotel (it's a long story! ) So… thank you very much.

Whilst the building is very old and looks good, you can see its age where ever you look. There wallpaper is held on by sellotape, some of the glass in the windows is cracked and has holes and there are electrical cables hanging from the ceiling. All of this but they have 40" elctronic poster screens for the menus and offers. A bit of money spent on looking after the place would be a great idea. The good thing is that the food was good. I ordered the steak medium rare and it came out more towards medium well-done BUT it tasted so good that I didnt really mind. It also came with some of the best onion rings I have ever had!

Sticky dirty tables. Filthy chairs so grubby had to sit on serviette. Had to wait ages to be served as staff chatting behind bar guzzling tea/coffee.

Great location for rail access to London, staff excellent, good breakfast.

Nice hotel on edge of Epping forest, great for people who like walking, or like me sitting and enjoying the view, close to railway into London, so best of both worlds,
ajoning a brewers fair resturant and pub, good food at resonable prices, especaly the sunday carvery. Gets busy so book a table or get there early, start serving from 12, great for a family get together as plenty of room indoor and out, also next to a royal hunting lodge and museam.
the hotel is on 3 leavels with a lift only going to the first floor so if you dont do stairs request a first floor room, staff friendly and helpful requested extra milk and the chap was at our room with it at the same time as we were.

We'd booked a room with a walk in shower months ago but there were none available when we arrived. My husband is disabled! They gave us a so called disabled room which had a large enough bathroom to take a wheelchair but the shower was over the bath! How is this any use to a disabled person?! The heating kept going off and I had to keep going down to reception to ask for it to be turned on. The TV was tiny. We won't be staying here again!

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here very much, the room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. The staff could not have been anymore helpful than they were, they were pleasant, friendly and a credit to Premier Inn. The staff at the Royal Forest pub and restaurant were also helpful, friendly and pleasant. We would like to say a special thank you to the staff that assisted us on the morning of our departure, our car wouldn't start and they went that extra mile in helping to get us jump started and on our way… Thank You so so much. One night stay — visiting Chingford on business following day. Would definitely recommend. Very clean and bright air conditioned room. Staff very friendly. Had a very good meal in Royal Forest next door where staff were friendly and attentive but not in your face.

Good hotel but can you please explain why, during a quiet meal with friends on a Saturday night, a small army of cleaners descended around us hoovering and mopping in the Brewers Fayre restaurant at 10.30pm interrupting our meal. Unbelievable! Whose idea was that? Does this happen on a regular basis?
