The hotel in Swindon was amazing the people were very nice and polite and the rooms were amazing I would go bk again.

Spent 3 weeks here for work. Hotel is nice and clean. Food is good. Rooms are all modern and comfy and the staff are so lovely. Made my time away from home that bit more bearable. Thanks guys xx.

Disgusting attitudes towards me I'm homeless I put down £20 on the bed and left mistakenly didn't pick it up I then called back and turned up and they said to me there was nowhere to be seen although I know 100% I put it down on the bed I'm homeless and it makes me sick.

Comfortable beds, nice and clean, professional staff.

Everything about Jury’s was A1. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, crisp white bedding, and I slept like a log. Buffet breakfast was excellent. I can’t fault the place.

Nice hotel, staff are lovely. Rooms are not large, but newly refurbished (April 19), but plenty big enough.
location is near the station, but also next to a large regeneration site.
restaurant is reasonably good all things considered.

Cons: Walked in and asked for the cheapest room. Was told £92. This was a lie. Looked online and found a room for £62. Bottom of the bath was as rough as sandpaper and felt very uncomfortable. Also they won't give you a full reciept until you check out. Pros: The bed and bedding was super comfortable and I had a great night's sleep.

Went with national express and its a lovely hotel. I did feel a bit second best when we weren't allowed to eat off the menu in the restaurant though. The food they offer on the national express was really limited. We did eat in the bar and the food was good. Its really close to everything too :)

A nice weekend away, close to the centre of town so no need to use the car to go shopping unless you are going to the outlet which is a 5 minute drive. Room spotless, staff lovely, especially behind the bar, service was fantastic. Only thing I would comment on is breakfast which is £10 each. A bit steep I think when you are paying £70 a night. Food was good and hot and plentiful, think £7.50 would be a better price.

Needed a hotel for 1 night recently for work and this hotel was perfect. The hotel is really nice with rooms that looked brand new and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and all the staff extremely friendly and helpful. It was hot weather so the air con was most welcome. All in all you couldn’t ask for more, will stay again if I’m area.

Good location in sleepy Swindon. Meet up with colleagues before a meeting and the location which is a 5 mins walk from the station and proximity to the town center make it preferable for a quick coffee and bite to grab. Got the pizzas and some wings and all were good. Very clean and comfortable ambience and am sure the rooms would be at par as well. The restrooms on the ground floor stank a but though.

Only reason I'm giving 3 is that we arrived at 2.30. We booked triple room but we got double bed instead. Reception wasn't helpful. They brought another small foldable bed. If you booking room you should be able to get it. Or just don't advertise you have rooms available. That's very cheeky. And it should not happened. We end up going bed very late due to lack of bed in the room. Anyway rooms very nice and clean. Not staying at jurys again. Travel lodge much better.

Attended a corporate training event at the Jury's Inn. The only problem I experienced was in locating a parking space in the hotel car park. If you want my advice, don't even bother trying. There is a multi storey car park directly opposite (The Whalebridge), and the hotel will validate your ticket so the charge is capped at £6. Inside the hotel is clean and neat, with a modern look. Staff were friendly and helpful. The conference rooms met our requirements, with air conditioning and connectivity for projectors. The lunch service was very nice, and there was a constant supply of tea, coffee and biscuits in the conference room lobby area. All in all a very pleasant experience once I had parked. I look forward to returning.

The location of the place is nice as it is quite near to the station and has stores just around the corner. The food was decent and the staff was really nice. Overall the Inn is peaceful, clean and a good place to stay at.

Parking is major problem, small parking was full so had to park in council parking nearby. Hotel offered £2 discount on overnight parking, but it is pain with all luggage and sleepy toddler. They charge for their own parking as well.

Recommend to stay. Nice clean and modern. Good value for money. Right in town centre. Fab breakfast.

Good town centre location with parking available. There is also parking opposite at halfords/The Range, but it has a strict 2 hour maximum period. The hotel is clean and we'll situated with on site bar/restaurant and plenty of meeting rooms and conference space.

Very nice hotel, good location and a very competitive price. Excellent breakfast, good quality clean room's, nice bed. A little noisy, but to be expected in a city location.

We had a refurbished room that had just been completed. So nice and fresh look and feel but they are working through the hotel. We were at the top so they may be working downwards so may be worth asking for a higher floor room. Few issues with breakfast but still enough to eat as they had problems with the gas in the snow. Excellent value and quality overall for the price we paid.

Very comfortable room and great breakfast with both English and continental foods. 5 minutes walk from Station. Highly recommended.

Hotel is fine but restaurant has the worse service ever! They took at least half an hour to get our order, we had to get up to ask someone to come. The food received didn't match the menu. Then, we ordered dessert and coffee, the coffee arrived and at least 20 min later we got just half of the desserts, after about 30 min they told us they didn't have the other desserts, so we changed and again it took ages to get them and again it was not what we ordered. Really terrible! I won't recommend it at all! Completely unreliable and really bad service!

It's really good and high standard, I wouldn't call it posh because it hasn't got really posh rooms but it is high standard because of how the staff are all dressed, the velvet seats everywhere and you can even get room service for them to deliver your food, or a bowl of the finest wine or champagne. But it all costs a fortune, even my dinner for two cost about £50 and that was without all that special treatment.

Lovely room, very comfy bed. I was surprised at how good the shower was! Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint would be lack of parking but that did not affect our stay.

I'm staying at the hotel for 7 days and I've been here for two already. The hotel is currently going through a refurbishment. Rooms are nice, my room has a double and single bed in it. The double comes with four thick pillows which are nice although the sheets are quite rough. Bathroom is reasonable. The food is reasonable, above average prices. The one thing I'm not happy about is the area, in the middle of Swindon it is very busy, you hear cars racing by at all hours, and the double glazing isn't enough to make it unnoticeable. So if you are looking for somewhere quiet, I'd strongly recommend looking further afield, if you want to be within 5-10 mins walk of the town centre and near the train station then it is well located.

Lovely helpful staff. Hotel car park insufficient to cope with number of guests. Municipal car park 150m away but not a place that feels entirely safe. At night the hotel audibly hums, which interrupts my sleep. Superior rooms are OK, and clean.

We had an excellent stay there was a slight problem on our arrival but Adam on reception soon dealt with it very professionally the room was very comfortable and breakfasts was very good. We would definitely stay there again knowing when something goes wrong there is someone there to put it right speedily and professionally. Many thanks.

Nice hotel. Good, clean rooms and nice bathrooms. Bed sheets not fitted properly — fell off as I pulled duvet back. Rooms feel friendly and welcoming, hallways feel psychedelic. Very friendly staff who go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Good bar and food. Location is OK — decent restaurants 10 min walk away, convenience store 3 min walk away.

Such a lovely hotel. Everyone was so friendly from the moment you walked through the door. Room was extremely clean and spacious. Will definitely stay there again.

Receptionist was lovely. Very cheerful and helpful. Room was of a good size and clean. Great location in the town center. Breakfast was not very good. Arrived in the dining room at 10 o'clock. Looked like a bomb had hit it. Not one clean table. The poor woman in charge was running around trying to clear table's. The breakfast itself was awful. Eggs sausages bacon etc swimming in fat. Won't go back in a hurry.

Stayed for two nights, with my wife and a 3 year old son. Hotel exceeded expectations. Spacious and clean rooms. Nice breakfast and very helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

National holidays stay for 2 nights. Excellent rooms for space and cleanliness. All staff very polite and prompt service. Would recommend.

Stayed 3 nights in Swindon at the Jurys Inn. What a would like to say departing from the normal is that the support I got from all the staff in helping me due to the fact that I was on crutches was excellent. Without hesitation the staff would carry items at breakfast etc and deliver room service in an efficient and freidnly manner. Please say thank you to all that helped me. The only thing I would ask is that the auto closing doors werent so strong as with crutches you have to fight against them. Thank you.

Warm, comfortable room with superb bed. Best I've slept in months. Food was excellent, too.

Good place to stay. But they kept losing my laundry and never recovered them even after complaints.

Good sized, clean room with comfy beds. Breakfast was a good selection. Staff were friendly but was difficult to get I'm touch sometimes — calling reception from the room's phone was not picked up and queues at check in were long.

This hotel is conveniently located in the city centre and a short walk from the main shops. There is a car park for guests. We enjoyed our overnight stay here, our family room was ideal for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children). The room was clean and the bed and sofabed were comfortable. The highlight was probably the buffet breakfast, all the components for a really good full English plus cereals, yogurts, fruit salad jars, pastries etc. The hotel is great considering it's only 3 stars, it's very family friendly, staff were friendly and helpful and we had everything we needed. I've only marked it down as we had a bit of a wait for our room, not ideal after a long drive and had 2 tired children. I would recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights with a coach party. The reception area, bar area and restaurant we're all nice and modern. The rooms were nice and the beds and bedding were lovely! I didn't want to get out of bed! At the breakfast there was loads of choice. A full cooked breakfast, cereals, porridge, fruit, cheese, meat and pastries. The first night's evening meal was very nice too. But when it came to the second night I looked at the menu and panicked because there wasn't anything I could eat (due to suffering with painful bowel obstructions due to crohns disease I have to eat a low residue diet) I don't normally ask for anything special as there's normally always something I can find to eat! I spoke to the waiter who was so helpful and with no prior notice asked what I could eat and got it sent to me! (So thankyou to that waiter and the chef) All the staff were very friendly and helpful from the reception staff who gave me a toothbrush because I'd forgotten mine to the bar staff who told us where was best to go for a few beers! So if I ever go to Swindon again I would definitely stay here again.

Great room. Spotless and so much better than other chains. Lovely hotel and the staff treated guests very well. Evening meal last night was cooked and presented very well. Breakfast great and a lovely touch to have mini. Smoothies and them grenolas lol. Is that how you spend it. Can the manager than all the wonderful staff especially the restaurant / waitress staff. Professional but human. Credit to you.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Am here for work and are in the meeting rooms, snacks and drinks for breaks and 3 courses for lunch and dinner and don't have a bad word to say about the food. Rooms were comfortable and very clean will definitely stay again.

Staff were excelent helpful friendly. On arrival though took 15mins to queue and check in. Room was clean but carpet was grubby nice touch with a plate of fudge brownies in the room … got it in a last minute deal so good value although would have been disapointed if i. D payed full price.

Good price to quality ratio, proper room size, comfortable bed, good breakfast… all you need!

Upgraded to an executive room as the hotel had already sold the room we booked so that was a plus but like a lot of hotels they overbook which really shouldn't happen. Nice bar although I remained invisible to the barman who cheerfully served those around me although I had been patiently waiting. I did offer to hand back Harry Potters cloak of invisibility but you just never know when you'll need it do you?

It's all fine. Friendly Stuff. Continental breakfast also.

I had a great stay lovely breakfast and lovely room.

Stayed for a week. Comfy beds, immaculate rooms, nice to have a bath in a hotel! Breakfast buffet wasn't great, limited choice and dried up bread. The evening meal options however were brilliant. Fantastic range of dishes cooked beautifully. Little bit of inconsistency with the menu but the staff were excellent and accommodating.

Visited the place for official meeting. It was quite good. Overall decent ambience. Costa Coffee gives you good coffee as well.

The staff were friendly, the place was clean and tidy and the rooms comfortable. Unfortunately the walls to the rooms weren't very thick and you good easily here peoples conversations.

It was a pleasant experience. All the staff were friendly and let me know of any available resources that I may use or wish to use for the duration of my stay. The rooms were extremely pleasant and clean and had a range of items that were useful for me and my friends. Everything was near spotless and I enjoyed my stay very much.

Not the best location, but much of Swindon isn't that great to look at, and the rooms are a bit dated. But service was good, food very nice and it wasn't expensive.

After a long trip and a late arrival it was great to find the staff (Simon and Nicola) flexible on my room requirements which had not been picked up via my online booking, Jurys have always been my favourite hotel chain and they have again surpassed themselves, even to the point of changing my room so as to avoid late night party goers.

Excellent food all round. One thing I must say though, as the hotel is next to offices, why dosen't the compeny arranged to use their car parks after say six o'clock in the evening when the offices are empty and no cars in their car parks. Would help more so at weekends. Staff are very helpfull with a smile x.

The room was very nice, but the food was pathetic.

We booked this hotel as it was just £39 online and we just wanted to find somewhere to sleep for one night. Hotel was excellent very clean an nice modern with flat screen telly! staff was nice too and the bar was very cosy! really enjoyed it! will stay inmore of jurys definitely.
