Excellent as normal, getting too use to these.

Nice friendly staff. Room very well presented.

Nice clean room and the bed is super comfy. Staff have all been very pleasant and helpful.

Just stayed here for 2 notes lovely staff, particularly the lady that was on when we arrived so helpful lovely clean room had great stay shame about the restaurant you have connected had bad experience there.

Easy check in clean room and ample parking. Plenty of hand sanitiser and good social distance practiced.

It the normal premier inn hotel rooms are nice and as always the beds are brilliant
good value for the price paid x.

Friendly and helpful staff on arrival. Room was well prepared and clean.

You know what you get. Clean and quite comfy rooms. Not impressed with what they consider accessible, a wider door and a few ill placed grab rails didn't really do it for me. Consider a large walk in shower, a sink high enough to wheel under and enough space in the room to turn a chair around.

Highly recommended. Nice employees, no matter what time of day. Clean rooms. Unfortunately not air-conditioned. But there are fans available. Parking is sufficient.

We have had a great stay here with my partner and son. The staff are lovely and always ready to help and the manager who was on Thursday afternoon on the 9th August was fantastic. After an awful morning we arrived and the manager went above and beyond her duties to give us the best start to our mini break! Thank you very much.

Clean and tidy rooms. Nice touch having fans in the rooms as it was so hot. Check in was short and sweet. Had to ask for details of where to eat and distance into town as receptionist was not interested in volunteering this info after we said we had no meal deal. Missed opportunity to upsell!
Hotel's a bit out of the centre so only option to eat is on site which was not a great experience. After standing for 10mins we were eventually seated, given menus and left. 20 mins later I approached the bar thinking we had to place our order there as no one had come near us. No. It was table service. On returning to the table a very harassed waitress took our order. Can I say it was not overly busy but was very understaffed. The food was good but let down by service. Let's hope our stay in Newcastle is better.

Another great Premier Inn. Spacious and clean room as usual and great value for money on a saver rate. We were able to take our bikes in the room too. The only problem was that instead of twin beds there was a double but a quick request to the receptionist and that was sorted.

Really quick and efficient check in and very plesent staff. Room I had was really clean with lots of storage space and plenty of sockets for laptops and phones. What let it down was a really soft bed. I mean so soft it felt like the mattress was worn out as slept on a bit of an angle. I'm only 12 stone so sinking into the bed wasn't the best but maybe to some people's liking.

Very easy to find, and a first class service. Was everything we expected. With a friendly smile on arriving to leaving. I especially enjoyed the meal that I had from the bar. Was somthing to look forward to after a long day driving.

Place was great. Don't know who was complaining about the restaurant, as it dealt with 9 of us without problem and with really good food. Could do with a little more cooked bdeakfast out in the mornings mind you! Rooms were immaculate, and staff while young couldn't have been more professional. A credit to Premier Inn.

The hotel was ok, what you expect however the adjoining Table Table restaurant is a totally different matter. Having booked a table for an evening meal waited almost 1.5 hours and still my meal didn't arrive, eventually got fed up and left, I paid extra with my hotel booking for breakfast but alas it was no better the breakfast was freezing cold and totally tasteless. I definitely will not return.

Reception staff friendly and helpful. Family area was quiet and orderly. Just what we were looking for for a family night away.

Excellent stay. Room was well kitted out and spotless. Shower was one of the most powerful I have had the pleasure of using. We will definitely use this hotel again. We were in the separate annex which did look newer than the main building. Breakfast was in the pub next door and was spot on, only criticism was that the buffet breakfast was a little cold but that seems to be normal wherever I go. Toasters were as slow as watching paint dry! Would of preferred a fresh hot water supply for my cup of tea rather than a flask.

Excellent safe parking and a very nice room. The restaurant next door apparently has a decent breakfast. However, I believe the dinner sucks… going by most of the other reviews. I think their are much better options in Salisbury for dinner.

Located on the outskirts of Salisbury, the hotel was very handy for local sights with the cathedral only 5 minutes drive and Stonehenge around 15 mins away. The accommodation was clean and comfortable — just what you expect from a Premier Inn.

Standard Premier Inn rooms. Tidy and really comfortable. Only negative that despite the do not disturb sign on the door after working nights, the cleaner woke me up 3 times in two days, totally ignoring the sign. Cheers for that.

Good situation on the outskirts of Salisbury. Food available from adjacent building. Disappointingly small number of disabled parking spaces only by reception. Rooms quite fresh in the annex at the rear where we stayed. Self book in was in its infancy when we stayed and not entirely successful. However overall this Premier Inn is what you would expect from this group.

Good clean bedrooms and handy restaurant next door. Contintal or full English breakfast both very good. Quiet night assured. Book early for an excellent discount.

Very good. They were able to accommodate my family I adjoining rooms. Well maintained rooms and included a hair dryer. All in all a pleasant stay.

Did not stay at hotel, however popped into restaurant next door for a Sunday roast. Never again. Service was slow, took one hour to get a roast. Only came out when a waitress walked by and my partner started tapping the table. Think forgot about us. When came was cold. Did not send it back as did not want to wait another hour. When went to pay at bar waiting staff were stood by the bar talking. Surely they would walk around to see if customers were ok. Shame!

The bedroom and bathroom were warm and clean. Everything that should have worked did work. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because our evening meal in the adjoining restaurant was rubbish.

A relatively nice hotel, relative in relation to the cost you pay, we had 2 nights and it cost £64 however this was booked a month in advance. The rooms are basic, a TV, a bed and a bathroom. But for the price what more do you expect? There are a few tired points the carpet in the corridor is loose downstairs (outside room 32). All in all a good hotel for the price but a little tlc in some rooms (new light bulbs etc) would not go amiss.

This Premier Inn was well maintained and we were met by friendly staff. The room was clean and well presented. There was a wall heater in the room but no a/c. The dining area is a 30 second walk outside from the main reception. Food was very nice and we were given notice of how long food service would take as we were seated. The location is within 20 mins drive of Stone Henge and there are a couple of supermarkets nearby also. A very pleasant stay overall and would recommend.

Hotel mid-range. Room clean and not too small. The breakfast is well served, multiple choice. Good quality in general. Ideal for a few days.

You simply can't complain, it is clean, still looks new, great shower, comfortable bed and all for only £50 last minute booking. No different between this and rooms I have paid £100+ for. Haven't been to the bar or had breakfast which is why 4 stars.

The staff are great and knowledgeable. Got a taxi in to salisbury town centre for the market. Gave them £10 with a good tip.

Ideal place for visiting the Beautiful city of Salisbury some lovely restraints / good shopping / very friendly people good old traditional pubs.

This was a first visit. This Premier Inn is the first I have encountered with a self check in terminals, following a power cut earlier in the day there were problems but staff were on hand to try and smooth things along. However on following days when I needed to pass through reception there were long queues. There is plenty of parking for this rather large facility. As I am walking impaired I requested a ground floor room. This was arranged in a block behind the main building which has its own parking area but no Blue Badge spaces. These are at the reception of the main building. The cleanliness and facilities were the usual standard for this company. The location was ideal being 5 minutes drive from Salisbury town centre.

Have lost a hat probably in reception, does anyone know how to make an enquiry about lost property, nothing on their website or its well hidden. Generally good Premier Inn standard. Small niggles, one could grow old and die waiting for hot water at the bathroom basin, literally minutes. Heat goes off in bedroom at night. Might be generally a good idea, but very cold weather made this uncomfortably cold overnight. We had a long wait for our food so on second occasion allowed for this.

Good value hotel. We found the temperature a little cool in the room but it was very cold outside. Unfortunately, we left something behind and when we went back for it two hours later, we were unable to recover it from lost property. Good value though for an overnight stop.

Lovely premier inn, 10 mins from city centre, 2 buildings next to each other with parking at each available. No air con or lift but does not ruin your stay.

Hotel and everything was exceptional. The catering associated however was much the opposite and although I know it was not the hotels fault we were still booked dinner by the hotel for a table that didn't exist. Other than that great stay.

Room poor. Grubby and needing fresh paint. Had to ask for a sheet for the bed as it had one sheet and it had a hole in it. We need a second sheet because quilt was too thick and no air conditioner. I asked if it was normal practice to only have one sheet and was told yes. Woman didn't seem to know what I was asking for when I asked for second sheet. I was told they don't change the bedding everyday. I had to clean the mirror in the bathrr because I couldn't see through the smears. Table table next door was a dead loss. Wait half hour for a table and then an hour for your food. Which came out with pie and veg but no potatoes. Staff were nice enough and were helpful and that is the only reason I give it 2. Worst premier we ever stayed in.

This hotel is a couple of miles from anywhere so need a dedicated driver to go elsewhere. Room was the usual Premier inn standard. But the restaurant was something else. Table was ordered for 7.00pm, finally got meal at 9.02 pm. Ordered Thai red chicken which was a measly serving, also ordered an extra portion of chips just in case which was also a measly serving. We are not big eaters but I would say it was a child portion. Not happy when the bill was over £20!

Clean and well run as usual. Location better for business people than for tourists as it is a ten minute taxi ride into the centre.

Hotel OK, no air con so and heating switches have batteries removed over summer so room gets very warm. Restaurant food good but service is poor, some staff seemed confused with orders. Extra item was added to the top of the bill that no one ordered so had to get bill updated.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of town, with modest parking. It is located next to a restaurant where you go to get breakfast in the morning. The rooms are spacious with an en suite toilet and double beds and a sofa.

Staff who greeted us was extremely helpful and polite. Room was the standard you would expect at a Premier Inn. Unfortunately, we were located above reception, next to the main exit door and stairs. Very noisy in the morning so woken up earlier than I would have liked.

Helpful staff but looks a little grubby in places ex. Toilet bowls were dirty and stained, carpets were dirty. But apart from this a nice stay overall.

Standard Premier Inn. We arrived at 2300hrs and the lady at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well presented and the bed was very comfortable. However we were located at the nearest end of the corridor to the stairwell so there was a lot of banging doors and loud people in the early hours so we did not manage a great nights sleep!

Friendly staff, comfy rooms, very clean. As good as you get with Premier Inn. Free Wi-Fi is perfectly fine for browsing, email etc. This Premier Inn is good for visiting Stonehenge, which is about 20 mins away.

Room was very comfortable and generally clean. Good beds and quiet overnight. Only disappointment was the on site restaurant. I'm vegan and they had no options and no capacity to adjust their menu to accommodate. I was on a business trip with no control over the hotel chosen. It's a shame they haven't caught up with the times yet and started providing more variety with their menus. That being said the staff were friendly and apologetic.

Checked in on line and reception staff happy to swap our room for a ground floor. Bathroom a bit grubby, skirting boards dirty and tiles needed a good clean. Table table breakfast good apart from cold coffee in those so called thermos jugs. When will you serve Costa coffee on tap!

Friendly staff at the hotel & restaurant, rooms nice & clean typical Premier Inn lay out. The room I was in was starting to look a bit shabby (wear & tear can be seen) Food at the restaurant was standard nothing special but in all nice. Hotel location was nice & quiet area. Building work on the hotel at the moment (May 2016) but not hampering my stay here.

Convenient location, helpful staff. Will be even better when the refurbishment is finished.

Location was very convenient. Room was nice big clean. View was of construction which wasn't pleasant, but did not bother me too much as only there for none night. Reception staff friendly.

Standard (good) Premier Inn furnishings in the room but the rest of the building is a bit shabby. Plenty of parking and a quiet area.

Hotel and staff very good, nice clean room, comfortable bed. Didn't really like the pillows just not firm enough but overall it was fine and nice and quiet. But the restaurant service and food at dinner were dreadful. An hour from when I entered the restaurant to getting my first course, that was over cooked. In fact nobody took an order for drink or food for nearly half an hour. 2nd course was steak and again was overcooked and took half an hour to arrive. Stay here but make plans to eat elsewhere.

Not too bad for the price, family room was clean and tidy, bathroom clean. Pleasantly surprised as it looked pretty basic when we booked online. Restaurant right next to the reception outside. Fantastically impressed with the breakfast in morning, plus kids eat free breakies! Would defo come again if visiting Salisbury in future.

Very good value for £70 per room per night: surprisingly large, and very clean room with spotless bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast (full) was very good and again good value. Have stayed in much more expensive hotels that have not been up to this standard.

Awful! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Absolutely no organisation at all! Will not be comibg back.

Very pleasant hotel with nice surroundings. Everything was at the usual standard for this chain, but the service was above par in the attached restaurant.
