We had a great over night stay. It was clean and warm. Beds are comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. Thank you — we would definitely recommend.

We stayed in the studio apartment for a mid week break. Free parking, perfect location close to station and town. Fabulous staff and lovely and clean! Highly recommend. We will be back.

We’ve just spent 1 night in Salisbury and it was great! Fantastic accommodation close to the station and all that Salisbury has to offer. We we’ll definitely be back for a longer stay very soon. Very clean, well equipped apartment and the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful, thank you!

The lady at the front desk showed us a map of the area and was very polite and helpful. The rooms we stayed in were very clean and had plenty of amenities available, including coffee, tea, milk and sugar, as well as breakfast cereal. The bathrooms had amazing towels, great shower pressure and the lighting in the rooms was superb. The rooms each have a TV as well. Overall I wish we stayed more then a night as this was probably one of the best hotels we stayed at.

This is probably the best place I've ever stayed at. It offers far more than just a room, you get a lovely little mini-apartment complete with kitchenette and all appliances. It's clean, modern, well furnished, and they have anticipated everything you might need. After a long day of walking and sight-seeing, coming back to the Peartree felt like coming home. Staff are friendly and accommodating, and the place is located right next to the train station so you are only a short 2 minute walk to anywhere you want to go. Very highly recommended.

Great place to stay with excellent facilities. The little kitchen was a nice surprise and all the added little touches were much appreciated. It was very clean and comfortable.

I only got to stay one night (Declaration: I was on a trip hosted by VisitWiltshire) but I loved it. Good facilities with nice touches. I'm determined to return and actually make use of it as a base!

Peartree is a gem. Friendly staff, good parking, clean facilities and good location. They have a free (shared) washer and dryer and even have a little library to exchange books. They graciously offered a free breakfast: coffee and croissants, yogurt, jams. We would certainly recommend and stay again.

Location is central but backs onto the train station — don't leave your windows open! That said, quality is there, staff are very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and thoroughly recommend it. Traffic was the only downside to Salisbury. Beautiful place.

Quiet, nice setup, great staff.

We felt right at home at Salisbury thanks to our accommodation within Peartree and our magnificent host, Sally! The apartment was above and beyond what we expected with a separate bedroom, living room with a full kitchen. Our kitchen was stocked with enough breakfast treats and teas to last us our entire stay (4 days) for the two of us. Sally is an amazing host in helping us finally locating and getting our delayed baggage back. She is also incredibly knowledgeable in sharing… some of the best places to visit. Peartree is perfectly located within walking distance of all you would like to see within Salisbury, including being less than 5 mins walk away from the tram to travel to other cities such as, Bath. The owners have also taken extra measures to ensure that all of us guests are safe, offer free parking, free self service laundry, and free Wi-Fi. A successful stay involves location, accommodation, and wisdom and friendliness of the host. And Peartree Serviced Apartments has all of these lovely attributes!

A comfortable place to stay in a great location near the train station, and a short walk from the centre of Salisbury. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The appartment was well equipped and clean. Thanks for a great holiday.
