Clean nice rooms, nice owner Julie, who is always for a little chat to have. Actually too bad to spend only one night there about a longer stay Julie will surely be happy. Breakfast is included in the price. Breakfast is in the guest kitchen, tables are covered and you can take what you want. Great selection, full fridge.
Happy to return.

Stayed here one night when flying from Stansted airport. Absolutely perfect! Spotlessly clean, welcoming host, bed comfortable and kitchen where you help yourself to breakfast was well stocked and much appreciated as we had an early start. Car left at premises for a cost of £ 3 per day worked out a lot cheaper than leaving at the airport. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent stop over before flying from Stansted. Can even leave the car for £3 per day whilst away and take taxi to and from airport (10 minutes away)

Friendly hostess, clean and tidy rooms. My only concern was that the walls are a bit thin. I could hear every word of the conversation and the TV from the room adjacent.

Couldn't ask for more. This b&b is fantastic. Spotlessly clean, welcoming host, continental breakfast is extremely comprehensive including gluten and dairy free items. Little extra touches are lovely we have a 2 year old an d kiddies napkins and tableware were on table along with offer of toys. On site parking and on suite rooms. We will most definitely be staying there again.

The best little b&b ever! We were made to feel so welcome. The whole place was immaculate. Absolutely immaculate. With everything you could need. We left very early so never helped ourselves to the extensive self service breakfast. But the kitchen looked fabulous with lots of choices. Can't praise the place enough. So much calmer than the big noisy airport hotels. We will always come here in the future.

Well priced convenient family room convenient for late night arrival at Stansted. Kids and adults loved breakfast. Nice friendly welcome and late arrival not an issue. Would recommend.

Brilliant! Stayed with my daughter and granddaughter. Made really welcome. Lovely family room. Calming colour scheme, fantastic breakfast choice. Lovely hosts and would definitely stay if that way again.

A lovely place to stay. Julie is a great hostess and has thought of everything! We stayed in a family room with our daughter. She was over the moon to have her own bed which wasn't a put up bed! The room was bright and very clean. Breakfast was lovely and being that we are gluten and lactose free, again Julie had it covered! A comfy bed, a lovely pillow and a lovely quiet room. Thank you Soo much xxx. We will see you again next year!

We stayed here on the night befor our holiday. It's a lovely little place. With everything u could need. One little comment though 'the pillow' take yr own. So uncomfortable…

Good value for an overnight stay prior to airport. Owners lovely. Very convenient and comfortable.

A little out of the way but when you arrive you wouldn't want to go away excellent breakfast.

You couldn't want for any more. Rooms are brilliant and breakfast is amazing. So much choice everyone is catered for regardless of dietary requirements. Attention to detail and people's needs A*. There's even a kids corner of toys, books and games. Can't recommend this enough and I'll be booking again soon.

Fantastic B&B, great hosts who look after you very well. Would highly recommend staying there.

Idyllic farm location. Quiet restful surroundings.

It is about 10 Minutes with the cab to stansted airport. The rooms are little bit "old" but very clean. You have coffee, tea and cacao on your room. The breakfast is Bert good. There is almost nothing I missed. You have toast, a variety of cereals, different juices and hot drinks, few sweets for the toasts.

We had a short stop on our way back home to Sweden, but we will be back and stay longer next time! Clean, friendly, perfect beds and a wonderful rual surrounding — just 6 minutes from Stansted airport! And what a breakfast! Perfect for us who had to catch an early flight. I travel a lot at work. I have seen a lot of hotels and this is a really great place to stay at!
