First time here and had a lovely lunch in the sunshine. Good food, drinks and friendly staff. We will be back.

Amazing food and great value for money. We had a lovely lunch here today and the food was such excellent quality. The staff were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Gorgeous homemade coleslaw.
After both working in the pub/restaurant industry we sometimes think our expectations are too high, however we couldn’t fault The Onley today and we will be back very soon. Highly recommend 10/10 👍🏻😍

We popped in on our walk and got a sausage roll and cake. Def the best sausage roll we have ever had.
The staff were so so friendly and I can’t wait for them to be able to open up properly, to enjoy the place as a whole.

Ordered 4 afternoon teas from the Onley, for my daughters birthday, oh my! such fantastic food, beautiful cakes and sandwiches, sausage rolls are amazing, so much we couldn't eat it all and are having seconds today!
We highly recommend them, the cakes are exquisite! we will definitely be back.

Another takeaway night from The Onley tonight. The pies, mash, veg and gravy were all superb Fresh, hot, tasty and great portion sizes. Thank you!

I highly recommend The Onley. It's a great place to enjoy excellent food, the only problem, you are spoilt for choice as everything is so delicious! The staff are friendly and very welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. A 5 star village pub with a 5 star Farm shop and deli cafe.

I would like to thank all for giving us a relaxing atmosphere for the wake of my dad friendly lovely staff made us welcomed.

Had a lovely cream tea yesterday, nice fresh sandwiches, good selection on cakes, scones plenty of fresh cream, it was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Many thanks to The Onley team a very good idea for a birthday catch up.

We booked here for my sons 18th Birthday meal … We couldn't fault anything … as the service was first class. The food was to die for and everything was just perfect … Thank you to all the lovely staff who went that extra mile as nothing was too much trouble. Even though we was the last to leave … sorry we were all having too much fun and relaxing in front of the fire … didn't want to leave. Thank You again … we all can't wait to come back xx.

Sunday roast today, food was excellent and very pleased to see the pub reopened.

Fantastic food and staff very friendly. Not overpriced, although it is not nice sitting outside to eat, then someone on another table lights a cigarette, really spoils non smokers enjoyment.

Bad bad service. Shown to the table good start all down hill after that took 30 minutes for someone to bring out the drink on a hot evening we were all looking forward to this drink but then told that they had sold the last bottle 2 minutes ago. I did say that we ordered 30 minutes ago not even an apology. Also having to listen to the chef have a rant every time the door opened was not professional at all as was the food not all that either all in all this was a very bad experience for our first visit. Shame but the staff need some professional training as for the chef perhaps tone his voice down and put more effort into his cooking.

Fantastic Food for the Mid-summers night Candle light evening. (although candles not lite until half way through meal? ). Sadly the service was lacking. No greeting on arrival-was told we had to be there at 7pm sharp, when infact other guests turned up at 8/8.30 pm… had to get up and search for a waitress every time we wanted to order a drink… had 3 different waitresses and 1 waiter through out the night asked for a coffee twice then it was cold when it finally arrived. No side plates for cheese board,,. And finally bill did not take into account the meal had already been paid for… seriously a 0 on service… This place could be so so lovely I felt let down as had so many good vibes from friends Felt like we were not valued… I do feel disappointed.

Lovely food, waited a while for it though! Difficult when children are hungry. But apart from that can't fault the staff who looked after us. Would recommend.

I had the best night last night at the onley. My friend and I had a meal and couldn't have been more impressed. The refurb is just beautiful very modern but with a welcoming and warm feeling to it. We could sit and enjoy a drink in the very nice seated area outside before going inside to enjoy our meal which I have to say was top class! The service was excellent too. 5* all round. I cannot rate and recommend this enough!
