We were 100% pleased with this guest house Tim andTeresa were very friendly and generous — everything was spotless Thank you.

Tim and Terresa were great hosts with lots of tips and ideas to do, and thankfully, gave us a "heads up " to book restaurants due to covid restrictions.
Had some lovely meals and a fantastic base to come back to all done to a very high standard, will definitely be back when down Weymouth again.

The Guest House and rooms are stunning, the welcome was lovely, a nice cup of tea and a cookie, the breakfast was just delicious, the most perfect poached eggs. Great hosts, great breakfast, fine location.

This guest house is a nice place There are 3 floors, a nice little community room, with the bar and chess table and fireplace, then a dinning room with a good selection of teas and cereals, the 2nd and 3rd floor are the guest rooms. The room my lady and I stayed in, is rather nice, it has got a Samsung smart tv, Dorset tea & coffee, milk and drinking water in the fridge that they replace daily, a Bluetooth speaker/radio/alarm clock, a nice cosy double bed, the bathroom has a nice shower with marble walls, a nice sink unit and mirror, decent toilet. It is situated in a quiet part of Weymouth about a 10 minute walk from the beach and arcades. Lovely owners very polite, over all 5☆ I would recommend and I would like to go back again sometime In the future.

What can we say other than a fantastic place to stay. Tim and Teresa very welcoming and helpful even before we arrived. Room and all facilities faultless and the most exquisite breakfast. Excellent value for money. Thank you for making our visit to Weymouth so memorable and enjoyable.

We have stayed at Oakland's Guest twice since Tim & Teresa took over from Mike & Jennie. Our last visit was over Easter holidays. We would once again stress that this is first class accommodation with excellent hosts. Tim & Teresa were always ready to help out. Our rooms were of high standard and the decor fresh and innovative. Whenever we come to Weymouth this is where we will always stay.

The best B&B we have ever stayed in. Tim and Teresa are lovely hosts, a very genuine couple who are living their dream and enjoying every minute of it. Great location on a quiet street but within easy walking distance of Weymouth and the Harbour. The lovely extra touches, little fridges in the rooms containing fresh milk and bottled water, the honesty bar in the lounge so you can finish off your evening with a chat before bed. It's been recently renovated and has some great modern touches whilst keeping some of the period features. It is spotless and I mean spotless! We will definitely be coming back!

What a lovely place to come and stay. Tim and Teresa gave us a warm and friendly welcome and made our stay very enjoyable. Oaklands is situated in a quiet street but it is still only a short walk to the seafront and harbour so it's in an ideal spot. Our room was spotless and the furniture was very much in keeping with the house. The bed was great and we had two comfortable nights sleep. Best breakfast I've had at any b&b with piping hot tasty food cooked freshly for us. Well worth a stay to recharge your batteries. We will be going back!
