2 nights in next room loud music. Head board banging to… and dope smoking. Will not be back…

It is awful, the rooms are awful, the decor is awful, the tvs got a smaller screen than my nokia n64, the walls are made of paper machè, the beds in pen are more comfortable than these glorified potato sacks, the bathrooms awful, the fact you have to run the hot tap from the sink first is shocking, if they were to charge me £10 a night they would've had my pants down let alone £200 for 3 nights, wouldnt stay there again if they paid me!

Very good hotel and very good customer services. I will definately go there again.

Do Not Stay Here! Absolutely disgusting Hotel! The rooms are filthy beyond belief! No Wi-Fi. Freezing cold showers. Broken TV, Lampshade, light fitting, wardrobe and massive chunks missing from the walls/doors. A member of staff eventually came to our room to try and fix the TV. After telling him not to open the Bathroom door, he did so and walked in on a member of our party getting out of the shower! He then went on to make racist comments regarding the owners of the hotel. I have never dealt with such a despicable human being. Oh and don't bother trying to complain as the owner will claim she is not the owner and then try to threaten you with charging for none existing damages! She also tried to threaten another group with noise charges when they tried to complain! All members of our party woke up covered in bites — so pretty sure they have bed bugs too!

We had a family room but no bath for kids the shower mixer did not work so had extremley hot water so had to wash kids with wipes! £200 a night no breakfast included you could pay for breakfast however everyone had the same there were no options… the decor was dated the carpet worn and old. The lino was ruffled and fitted by a professional. They also need get another cleaner as the dust was bad. Looks like the owners are to tight to spend money on it. The staff were really lovely however we will not be going back.

The term you get what you pay for definitely resonates with this place. A very attractive building but once inside the place is quite run down and in need of a makeover, The carpet itself definitely needs replacing. I spent 3 nights here and had a couple of issues, the bathroom door in our room didn't really shut properly and was flimsy, the shower had decent water pressure but unfortunately fluctuated between hot and cold quite quickly, However the positives are that the staff were pleasant and friendly and our room was kept clean on a daily basis.

Booked a double room when arrived was advised they had no double rooms so gave us a twin room could of had the courtesy to call and advise us but nothing.

Convenient location for town and beach but shabby and dubious cleanliness. Significantly I was the only one staying that night! Friendly welcome however.

Wouldn't recommend to stay here. Rooms disgusting and needed a thorough deep clean. Curtains hanging off the rail, shower falling off the wall and if you want a scalding hot shower look no more. Beers cans still on the window ledge. Don't get me started on the state of the bed linen and I wouldn't even use the towels for my dogs, disgusting. Hidden charges of £25 deposit apparently hidden in the fine print required before you even set foot in the room. The delightful Chinese owners who obviously have no idea how to run a hotel and don't tell you that you need to book breakfast before 6pm or you can't have one. Obviously I didn't have my mind reading act with me this weekend. I think giving just the one star was being generous. Good luck fellow travellers if you stay here!

The rooms were lovely and modern, staff was really nice and helpful, only bad points were the lack of noise, we were woken up numerous times during the night due to other guests being loud and inconsiderate but apart from that it was a nice hotel.

Nice affordable but blanket was very dirty so bring your own blanket or duvet.

Very clean hotel and lovely staff, shower was poor with very little pressure. Decor is interesting with 70s theme and very pink. Great for a budget stay.

Beautiful hotel, lovely and helpful staff, couldnt fault this hotel at all.

I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights for a good price. The Beautiful Ellis and the rest of the staff are very lovely and so welcoming. Room was really pretty and spotless. No issues with car parking, Wi-Fi was so so and the town and beaches is about 5-10 minutes walk away. When I come back to Bournemouth, I will definitely be staying here. ♡

Wi-Fi in the room! Room wasn't too bad! Just used It as base really but good place too just get your head down!

Staff very friendly, breakfast was good value but bed was uncomfortable and shower poor.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet, ensuring parking in car park and facilitating an early check in. If nothing else had gone right with hotel this lady (called Alice) ensured I would have left with a good impression. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean and very roomy with excellent service in the bar. The breakfast was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The building and the decor is a bit dated however the rooms are clean and tidy and kept to a good standard. What you would expect from a 3 star establishment.

It would be a 4 star if the shower was OK. At the price room was good and bathroom wasn't tiny. Shower was lukewarm with no pressure despite working well floor below us.

I booked a room at this hotel and never even went to it cancelled with plenty of time but was charged £25 which I had not been told about my credit card was being taken to hold the booking only, that is what I was told by Mr. Jenkins and yet they proceeded to take money out of my card without my consent and now they refuse to refund it. I cancelled my booking with enough time for cancellation I want my money back.
