From start to finish the whole experience is amazing the staff are very attentive the rooms are perfect and a spa trip is a must been here twice and are planning another visit in a few months this place is outstanding.

Outstanding throughout! From the staff, spa experience, the decor and the food! I took advantage of their fabulous offer and saved £50! I opted for the VIP Golden Truffle experience Luxe top to toe Face and body treatment and took advantage of having a spa day added for free which included a two course lunch, two hours in the spa and a complimentary glass of champagne. I was chaperoned to the dining area and was taken care of throughout the full dining experience. But most of all, the treatment carried out by Lindsay was hands down the most wonderful massage/treatment I’ve ever had! I cannot wait to return!

Having worked in a lot of local spas this is by far the best spa I have been to. All the staff are incredible and was very attentive. Our treatment was done by jaydee and Scott and I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the both of them and how amazing they were throughout our experience at the spa. We were both made to feel very comfortable. Thank you Scott for the best massage 💆🏻‍♀️ Our waiter at the restaurant was lovely and friendly and the food was amazing. Will definitely come back!

Really nice hotel value for money rooms all clean swim pool and spa very nice bar value for money cheaper then a pub, only down full £ 15 a night for parking.

Beautiful hotel and spa. Cannot fault the staff and experience. The hotel is decorated and furnished sympathetically yet contemporary to a very high standard. Room was well equipped and spotless, and the spa was relaxing with a range of sauna and heat rooms, swimming and hydro pools. We had treatments also which were excellent, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Will be returning soon.

Wow what a place! I can't even big this place up as much as it deserves with words. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly which we don't always get being so heavily tattooed (some people judge us)
the food and drink was served so fast! and they was perfect. We could order room service food and drinks 24 hours (we ordered a couple of times and once at midnight) it arrived fast and always with a friendly staff. The building was decorated so stunning and I love how the tree light up at night. And the spa. Wow. It had everything we needed to get fresh and renewed after some long walks and hiking previously. I cant see how anyone could leave a bad review on this place. It's genuinely one of the best places we stayed. I never realised how great hospitality and friendly staff really could make an excellent stay.
also the area had plenty to offer. Many food places and bars. And also stunning walks. It really was 11/10 place and we was sad to leave this place. They even put a little bit of fudge in the room and a balloon for our anniversary. Thanks so much. We will be back and already planning our next visit.

Spotless spa and facilities. Highly recommended. Jaydee was a superb therapist. My massage was amazing. The oils, aromas and ambience perfectly blended for a total experience. A skilled therapist with an intuitive style who reworked stubborn areas and allowed complete silence throughout. My idea of the perfect massage after prosecco in the pool ara, a sauna, steam, ice room and hours of leisurely swimming. Well done Sarah and the spa team. A lovely mum and daughter day. It will certainly be a regular treat day.

A bit dated, no lifts and you have to walk up a steep hill to get there. But on the plus side, the staff were fantastic, the room was clean, the outside pool was heated and the food was good. Would have rated 4.5 but can not give half a star.

Fantastic hotel, decoration and furnishings 5 star the staff are so friendly and helpful. We only had bed and breakfast but will come back and have the evening meal as it looked lovely.
We had a standard room which was a super king bed and bathroom with bath and shower. The toiletries were good. I could find no fault with the hotel can't wait to go back. Well done everyone who works there.

What a wonderful place to stay. My husband booked it as a surprise for my birthday, and I couldn't of asked for more. We were shown to our room which was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable I think I have ever sleep in. The bar food and restaurant had food out of this world. Breakfast was also lovely serve yourself full cooked English, cereals etc and contential which kept you going all day. The town is a 5 minute walk, bit hard going coming back up the hill. All the staff are so friendly make time to speak to you. I was particularly impressed with Susie on reception as we said we were going to see our son at Plymouth university, and then we next saw her she asked how our visit went. On my birthday I had a balloon left in the room with some local fudge such a lovely touch and really appreciated. We will certainly be back for another stay. Thank you.

After disappointment with other accommodation looking for somewhere else to stay we found the Lincombe Hall Hotel. We have throughly enjoyed our stay with all staff being friendly and helpful. Staying here really rescued our holiday making the experience really enjoyable.

Have come here numerous times for many years now and have always enjoyed our stay. The staff are the best out of any hotels we have stayed in, the food is delicious, the rooms are of a very high standard and the hotel is within easy walking distance to the harbour, shops, restaurants or the quiet beach area at Meadfoot Bay. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Torquay.

Booked for my mother in law's 80th birthday. They loved the room even had some fudge and a balloon waiting for her in the room. Lovely.

What an lovely hotel everything first class and nothing is any trouble for the staff. The staff are excellent and a few of them have been there a while they are all very efficient and friendly and go out of their way to make you feel important. The rooms are well appointed and have everything that you need. We stayed in a patio room which was lovely and light and clean. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are lovely and warm and kept clean. We had the half board option the breakfast is excellent with a good choice for all needs. The evening meals are of a high standard and tasty and well presented. I have been coming to this hotel for a good few years and I am never disappointed. I would throughly recommend a visit. Their policy of no young children is refreshing and this does help the clients to relax.

Definitely one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in a long time. It would be easy to pic holes in any hotel of this age but the Lincombe copes well… what stood out was the excellent customer service, girl on reception, Barman, right through to David the manager, all went above and beyond. We stayed for Saturday night, ate in the restaurant then relaxed in the bar listening to the beautiful voice of Paris that evenings entertainment. Overall I definitely recommend and we will definitely return.

On our last night of a 3 nite deal, first time at this hotel and certainly won't be our last (it was recommended by family) excellent service from all staff, great room, great facilities. Highly recommend.

Excellent atmosphere for drinks/food. Staff were exemplary. Food tasted great.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Heated outdoor pool is great on a sunny day. Only negatives were small room (I think the bathroom was bigger than the bedroom) and the walk up the hill back from the town centre, but they can't be blamed for that.

Although my stay was short nothing about the Lincombe Hall Hotel lead me to belive that it wasn't a debt little place to stay.

Fantastic 7 night stay. Staff are wonderful and cannot do enough for you. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Food great, great value for money.

Stayed there for 1 night whilst celebrating a birthday. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was in a separate building, connected by a fully enclosed walkway, and was very well appointed, great furnishings and, most importantly, very clean throughout including the bathroom (a common fault in hotels I find). Everything worked as it should and the bed was comfortable. There is a small, but very welcome, indoor pool and jacuzzi which we enjoyed using. It is a short walk from the town centre but is up a hill that may be too much for some guests, however, it is a short taxi ride and there is a bus stop almost outside. We had dinner in Torquay but enjoyed the bar when we got back later in the evening. Breakfast was very nice the next morning — it is a buffet so some items are never quite home cooking i. E. The bacon is not crispy but that is a small point. Will almost certainly be back when we want to stay in Torquay.

The apartment was run down and the patio was dirty. I was charged twice as much as they had book me for 2 instead of 1, and would not refund anything. It says it has swimming pools, be warned the indoor pool is not much bigger than a bath, the changing area is not in the pool area either. The view from the apartment was depressing, also very dark. I wouldn't waste your money. The coffee at breakfast was a pot made up of Nescafe instant not fresh coffee as you would expect. I feel like I have been robbed.

Just returned from lincombe hall we booked 7 days then we booked another 3 days as we had a lovely time the staff are helpful and you are made welcome from the minute you arrive till the minute you leave we stayed in a gold room which had a patio and king size bed the food is very good so is the entertainment in the evening there is also a small indoor pool if you like a swim before breakfast we will surely return.

Stayed at this Hotel lots of times, last two stays were not up to the usual standards, but this time was definately the last time we will be staying. They say you only get what you pay for, in this case it is true, the standards have certainly slipped, room needed a good cleaning the clean towels had been used, service in the restaurant was pathetic on one occasion we left without having a dessert, menu choice is not as good as it used to be, especially if you are a vegetarian. The meat was undercooked especially the lamb, and the pears poached in red wine you couldn't cut through them, however they were used the following day in the pear and chocolate crumble, this was the best edible dessert we had in the four days we stayed. Really disappointed, this place was the place to be four years ago when the new owner took over but he doesn't seem to be as interested in the hotel now, pity as he had loyal customers, we talked to a few of the residents, all said they would not be staying again, not recommended until they get their act together.
