Friendly welcome after a long journey. Comfy room. Lovely breakfast. Our host have excellent knowledge of the local area and dog friendly places. Will definitely book again.

This very nice hotel was a joy to stay at. Paul and Roz were excellent hosts. Breakfast was excellent and room was spotless. Nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful people. Would definitely come back to stay here again. Thanks for a very comfortable stay.

Loved this B&B, 5 minutes from the harbour front and restaurants. Our room was lovely, the bed was sooo comfortable, a little noisy as it was on the main road but loved it. The breakfast was lovely, just could have done with a little back ground music as there wasn't much atmosphere. A little quiet. Paul & Roz were amazing host, nothing was too much trouble, they even picked us up and dropped us of at the train station. Great B&B Would definitely recommend it.

Lovely place run by a very polite, and helpful couple, six rooms, all very satisfactory, not massive, but it is a b/b after all, so to be expected, breakfast was lovely, and whatever yr need, the owners were always more than happy to try and help out. There are shops, cafe s, restaurants, an indian, Chinese, and a pub within a stone's throw of where we were, we even had a corner shop next door, which was very handy. Very affordable, very nice, we've been to bigger and more expensive, but for a reasonable time away, this is the place, we will be returning.

Very enjoyable stay, will certainly be staying there again when visiting Torquay, dog friendly, such a lovely warm friendly couple and a great breakfast.

Lovely room breakfast and 2 great hosts. Sadly reason for being in Torquay and weather not great but 74 made it special.

I’ve stayed here several times over the last 18 months and couldn’t wish for better hosts.
Roz and Paul are very friendly and have gone out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are beautiful and cleaned to a very high standard.
I’ve also taken my two dogs on a couple occasions and stayed in their dog friendly rooms which are also cleaned and maintained to a very high standard. Couldn’t recommend 74 Belgravia enough.

Excellent hosts, room clean and comfortable breakfast excellent and well presented. Great location. Only stayed one night as going on to a tango festival but definitely would stay again or recommend.

Fabulous… lovely hosts catered for all our needs even gluten free full English breakfast… nothing was too much trouble. Very clean n comfortable rooms. Convenient location close to shops n sea front.

A very warm welcome awaits you at this 6 room Victorian guesthouse. Lovely clean, comfortable accommodation and tasty breakfast. One king size room available for dogs and our 2 were made very welcome. Walking distance from seafront and lots to do in the area. Well worth a visit.

Near the sea, but not too near! We were made exceptionally welcome in this warm and bright guest house. Breakfast was great, and our dogs were as welcome as we were.

Amazing long weekend. Perfect greeting, hospitality and entertainment from James and Karen. Top breakfast and great location, as well as a great nights sleep in the bed in a spacious and comfortable room. Can't recommend enough!

Had a brilliant weekend stay at 74 Belgravia. Greeted with a warm, friendly welcome on arrival. The room was bright, very clean and comfortable with the added small attention to details it made it great value for money. Breakfast included a wide choice of cereals, fruit juice and tasty full English cooked to perfection. Would not hesitate to have a return visit and recommend family and friends to stay at 74 Belgravia. Well Done James and Karen.
