Review of Lobhill Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast and Self Catering Accommodation 4*

This is a truly an outstanding Bed and Breakfast establishment which goes over what one would expect. The proprietor Jane was so warm and welcoming and showed me to my wonderful room which had a lovely balcony over looking the Summer House and the lovely gardens and country side. Jane advised me she was going to bring to my room some fresh milk in a flask for tea and coffee and bake some fresh biscuits which were delightful. Also had some lovely home made fudge in the room too. Delicious. The very large room and bathroom with bath and separate large shower wax spotlessly clean. Plenty of plugs in the room too. The room also had, bathrobes, hairdryer and tea and coffee facilities. I have stayed in many bed and breakfast before however this is truly the best I have stayed in by far. The breakfast was cooked freshly in the lovely designed kitchen/ breakfast room with all local produce and home made bread and it was presented 1st class and tasted as good as it looked. Delicious. I cannot wait to return, however would love to stay for a week as it was so amazing. One point to mention. The bed was so comfortable I could have stayed there till lunch time. Thank you Jane as you have a wonderful Business which you should be very proud of. I prefer Bed and Breakfasts than corporate hotels as the atmosphere is more friendly and personal in a Bed and Breakfast. Lobhill Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast, I will return very soon.
