Stayed here for one night and that was enough. Could not get any sleep due to personal snoring in the room next to me. I was put in another room but it had a boiler and it was very noisy. Wanted a really fund but he said they do not have a real fund policy. Very unlikely helpful and did not care about the customer. It is the worst place I have ever stayed. Do yourself a favour and avoid it at all cost as it is not worth the stress they will put you through it was so glad that I found another place to stay the next day.
Overall we liked this place, first of all it located in the centre of Cornwall, It is only 2 mins away from A30 which is great because you can reach many areas with convenience, many major places are just maximum 40 mins to one hour drive from here, we stayed in Caravan it was nice and clean with full privacy, hospitality was great specially the owner, also there is indian restaurant inside the Califord Tavern, nice play are for kids and also snooker table, great view of lake.

Absolute excellent experience! The food was amazing and the staff were even more superb. We camped and although it was quiet, the toliets were clean and the showers were warm. I highly recommend it for its peacefulness and of course the animals! Will definitely be returning next year! Easy access to all major areas.
