Usual premier inn quality, staff on reception were great. Brewees Fare breakfast next door wasn't great if I'm honest, not worth £8.99.

Good location on small retail park, lots of parking.

Stopped here many times as it's easy access to bristol if you dont mind using the good bus service the room was warm but you can turn it down lovely and clean very comfy bed phone charger next to bed good size TV walk in shower was great.

Great staff and clean rooms.

The helpfulness of the Reception Staff was excellent; even a blocked toilet at 11pm at night was rectified within 5 minutes.

Room was great checking in took 20 minutes which is unacceptable.

We stayed in a nice, clean, modern, refurbished room but it was on a 2nd floor and on a hot summer day there was 33 °C in our room, we couldn't open the windows fully (safety standards). They gave us a small fan (the effort is appreciated), but it only made our eyes swallen, we couldn't sleep much. The hotel staff was ok — some of them nice, kind, helpful, some of them couldn't care less. The breakfast next morning was ok, but not the best we've had. The people at the restorant weren't working organised or effectively, we didn't feel their hospitality, felt like they didn't pay any attention to customers, we had to hunt them down for interaction after 10 min of waiting at the front "wait here" sign. Not sure if 90% of them had a bad day at 9 am already or this is the norm, but this was a terrible first impression. So even if it's a last minute trip — like this was — we'll never stay with them again, you can get a lot better for £140/night.

Stopped off to break the journey to Cornwall from Scotland. £53 for a family room with breakfast for 4. Ideal; comfy bed, cool, dark room, good shower. Really close to the motorway too so easy to get to/ get going in the morning.

Well worth a visit the whole area is full of history,, shame about beggers and hassle before you get through the gates. Also a small bar with a shop in the far left hand corner of the whole area… well worth a visit and staff great… Oh yes Keep off the Grass. Well most of it.

This hotel is just awesome! Quiet, helpful staff, modern up to high spec room, clean, out of the way of the main city life. I booked here 2 months in advanced. 3 nights for £120 Bloody bargain! Would recommend.

Nice hotel but the shower has no power in it. The mattress is to die for but the pillows are very soft for my liking. Great for an overnight stay.

Stayed one night, very comfortable and pleasant. Love Premier Inn beds! Reception staff welcoming and pleasant. Room immaculately clean and cosy. Very quiet — my room next to busy road and I never heard any noise — good soundproofing! Will happily stay here again; excellent value.

An ok hotel with good local parking that is free of you register your vehicle. My room was next to a busy road so it was quite noisy during the night. Would stay again though as the location is good for access to local businesses.

Stayed here 2 nights while visiting relatives nearby. Found reception staff pleasant and efficient. Room was clean and quiet. Plenty of free parking. Did not use the catering facilities. Only enough towels for one on arrival. We had booked for two. Rectified immediately upon contacting reception.

Had a very enjoyable stay there was very quiet even though it was close to a main road. Very convenient for Cribbs Causeway.

Unfortunately had a noisy visitors above our room that woke us up at 6.40am Saturday morning. Having been woken by sirens the previous night until 2am we didn't get much sleep. Final straw was the cleaners entering our room at 8.40am knowing we were booked for another night. We complained to reception and have been passed on to head office. Still awaiting to see if we will receive some sort of compensation from their guaranteed sleep policy. I have had numerous visits to premier Inns around the country and no problems till now. So let's see if they stick to their word and I will up the stars.

This place has comfortable rooms and a good location for the engineering businesses. The lack of an elevator may be an inconvenience to some. Air conditioning would also help on some days.

Convenient location and not too noisy considering next to main road. Very helpful staff. Restaurant was fine, and one small problem was dealt with without fuss.

Easy to get to. Free parking. The staff are lovely n decent Wi-Fi and got brewers fayre next door for food.

Comfortable large clean rooms, but thin ceilings mean sound between floors travels. Footsteps above sound amplifies, so ask for an upstairs room. Our room only had a shower, which is a personal preference. Breakfast is served in a separate building, so be warned if you like to wear a onesie while you fill up on pastries.

The hotel is good however the brewers fayre next-door is dreadful short staffed and the food is awful first time I have had a greasy salad.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Staff was helpful and such a lovely cosey room. Mattresses are like clouds so comfy. Plenty of room for my wheelchair and the rails in the bathroom were just perfect. Very clean. Loved it. Only negative was that the room was waaaaay to hot but it was a massive relief that your windows opened. Thank you again. Definitely coming back.

Nice little hotel, very clean and friendly situated on a small shopping complex. Although it's next to a restaurant, KFC and many other ships is actually really quiet. There is no disabled access or lift to 1st & 2nd floors but ground floor is suitable.

Walked into reception and felt like I was in a hostel rather than a hotel, which didn't fill me with hope as I was staying there for 5 nights! But once I was checked in, the room was great, quite spacious, very clean and very modern (USB ports next to bed, HDMI port underneath the TV on the wall) Staff were lovely and the hotel was close to loads of shops and a couple of pubs, all in all I was very happy to have stayed there.

The place was modern and newly decorated. Large flat screen TV you could connect various gadgets too. Would of got 5 ⭐ but room was way too hot.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Just need to have proper fans in room until they decide to invest in air con. It was what it was, but I would recommend finding somewhere else to eat.

Typical premier inn. Good quality, very clean rooms with all the basic facilities you need. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The room was slightly too warm but the bed was incredibly comfortable. Parking is free but part of a retail park.

Items considered luxuries in other hotels (hairdryers, hair and shower products) are included as standard. Very clean, modern rooms, although lack of wardrobe space can be a problem. It seems like these rooms are meant for those staying for only a night or two, however I enjoyed it very much even though I stayed longer. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Hotel was clean and tidy as per usual at a Premier Inn. However, when I got home I had a parking charge notice of £100 for stopping overnight in the retail car park despite the hotel providing free parking. Since had to chase this up with the hotel for them to sort out, not sure why I got the ticket and seems nobody can give me an answer. Shame as there is nothing wrong with the hotel but coming home to a parking charge ruined it for me.

Fantastic place staff are always very helpful and friendly can not do enough for you the best one we have stayed in.

Good clean room. Comfortable bed and large flat screen TV. No lift, so could be a problem. With heavy bags if on the top (3rd) floor. Free parking in the retail park where the hotel is located.

Great location for a flying stop off the m5. Huge room as modern as you can get at the price. Great nights kip. Top lady on reception too.

We paid for a family room with a cot for our 4 month baby daughter. We were on the first floor and the hotel has no lift so we had to carry all out luggage, pram etc up 2 flights of stairs. There was only a shower in the room so I had nowhere to bath my baby daughter… To be expected to shower a baby is ridiculous! Breakfast was really uninspiring as we're the staff serving you. No air-conditioning in the room just a fan which isn't great when you're faced with either a sweltering room with a baby or a fan blowing a draught round the room disturbing her. Will not be returning or recommending… Worst premier Inn we've stayed in.

This the worst PI with Brewers Fare attached I've ever stayed in, I was booked in for 3 nights, No air conditioning, room smells weird, the sink is blocked and toilet doesn't flush fully, Brewers Fare is shocking, I can't begin to explain how bad, I have refused to eat there despite being paid for, you can smell ransid fat outside in the car park, the staff were polite but the food wasn't fit for consumption, shame on PI hope the next inn I stay in restores my opinion.

Friendly helpful staff and a nice area. Bed and facilities were fantastic, only let down by a very limited number of plug sockets in the room preventing charging of devices.

Spotlessly clean, easy free parking, excellent staff, especially on reception on arrival but also later too. Some comments we had read stated noisy as situated in a Retail Park, but we found it to be very quiet.

Location is great on the ring road minutes from the motorway and a short taxi ride from Bristol Parkway. The rung Road is busy of a morning so take that into consideration. Rooms are fine, good noise insulation so you can shut out the traffic noise mostly. Staff are friendly and cheerful, they say everything premier Inn say they should, like they are reading a script.

Hôtel is what you world expect. Food next door! Ordered tex mex buffet nearly all bowls empty and others containing food looking tired to say the least, another guest walked past and muttered scrag ends to his friend, they weren't wrong. Even had to ask the girl to top up the nachos. Waited ten minutes and still no rice, chilli etc. Nobody could tell me how long it was going to take. 2nd premier inn in the last 2 week's where food next door has been disappointing! Maybe time to stay at another hotel chain.
