What an amazing place! We loved everything. The quirky decor, the gorgeous rooms, that roll top bath the beautiful garden and the breakfast was amazing. We can’t wait to book to go back.

We stayed here for my husband’s 30th birthday for an evening and had such a lovely stay over. The pub is in an idyllic spot, with beautifully decorated vintage style rooms and amazing food and drink. We couldn’t be happier with our stay!
We’ll definitely be back.

Would love to stay here and have a romantic meal. Beautiful decor very French. Special menu. Meant for a special ocassion. Fab.

Had a lovely family meal here. Very accommodating for people with allergys. And let the dogs in part of the restaurant.

Im sorry but roast lamb on a Sunday with ratatouille instead of Yorkshire puddings is wrong. Dont care if you are the alternative to the bulls head. Give us both options!

Booked as a treat for my husband and I. We were not disappointed. Loved the quirky room, wonderful eclectic decor with a bath at the end of the bed. Dinner was wonderful as was breakfast. Staff were quietly attentive. Thoroughly recommend!

Met up with a pal for lunch, not been to the Roebuck for ages. We sat at a table in the garden watching the doves. Service was excellent & our Gins were brilliant. Our lunch was beautifully cooked to perfection, we even had heart shaped potatoes! Do go.

An updated lovely dog friendly pub with a very good food selection and some good beers. There is ample car parking. Dogs allowed in the bar and the beautiful terraced garden. Staff were attentive and helpful.

Attended a wedding there. Whole pub was booked out for the reception so we had the place to ourselves. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent.

Called for lunch today. The pub is quirky and welcomeing. The music is wacky and a great volume, not too loud. The menu is not the largest but choices for all tastes. The lamb burger was excellent and satisfied my fussy fiancé in flavour and size. The fries were delicious. I loved the mushroom and spinach crepe. Wine was very good served in a large glass, which I like. Overall a great place to visit and we will be back. One note of caution the car park is shared with the Bull opposite, their sister pub and it was full of badly parked cars which nearly made us drive by, Worth the battle though.

Great pub with friendly staff and a wide selection of drink. The found here is also really nice. You are best to book if you want to eat as the address often busy.

A very popular place with apparently good food, although I was only there to drive someone home they confirmed it was top notch.

A lovely pub and restaurant nestled in the country side (expect windy roads and lack of street lighting! ). Came here for a wedding reception and it was such a lovely and perfect venue for a cosy, homely and intimate event. The interior is nicely decorated sometimes quite quirkily. The bar was a bit small though so for a private function event, there was a short queue to get served. Drinks were a bit expensive too! Nonetheless, the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The outdoor areas were pretty cool too and a small marquee was set up outside for dancing and a live band. The late snacks offered were of good quality too. Do note that this place is not great for folks with mobility issues; a lot of steps/stairs and I don't think the entrance is wheelchair friendly.

A little gem tucked in a lovely village. The rooms are quirky but beautifully designed. The food is excellent in a fabulous chilled out atmosphere. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. We had a lovely stay.

As good as it gets in a pub bistro. Rooms are quirky and original, full of well-thought out touches. Interesting garden to rear or sit out at the front and watch the village life. Food is well priced bistro style. Nicely complemented by its sister pub the Bull's Head nearby, great oasis for your social time. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

The garden areas are beautiful and the staff as just as good. Cant believe this is on my door step and never went. I feel like I've wasted time! Well done George and Charlie. Its amazing x.

A real hidden gem in Mobberley! Fantastic food set in an intimate but relaxed atmosphere. Superb friendly staff who have the balance service/chat spot on. A quick visit outside to see the potting shed and garden is must. Great place!

It is a good restaurant has a soup of onion, delicious had a detail that neither of us liked it when we pay the account, and it has been that we have charged you tap water otherwise everything very well.

The perfect destination for a date night with a difference! The food is exceptional and the staff are friendly and welcoming. This will always be my favourite place for a Friday night meal with the other half.

Outstanding food and unique drinks list with beautiful tiered gardens to enjoy them in. The bedrooms are absolutely enchanting and the roll top baths add such an element of luxury! The service was also second to none — undoubtedly my new favourite place!

They didn't have a table because they where busy and hadn't booked. They asked us if we wouldn't mind waiting an hour for a table. We didn't mind because we had spotted a little antiques fair up the road we wanted to visit. So glad we went back the food was gorgeous, well worth the wait. I had the curries lamb and have to say it was excellent! Staff all friendly and atmosphere relaxed. It had a French feel. We are already planning our next visit.
