Hotel was ok. Room comfy, sort of what you expect from a HI Express which is similar to a Premier Inn. Wasn’t actually meant to be here as I was relocated from a booking at the Mercure up the road. Thankfully being an IHG 1 member I got my free drink & nibbles too.

Great for overnight stay before flying beds very comfortable and everything and more and more.

Had a good stay. Very clean room, plenty of food.

Good clean hotel. Facilities good. Good good.

Great staff, very helpful went out of there way to make us feel welcome definitely be staying there again in the future.

Only just a "yes" recommendation. Check in staff were pleasant, though it was difficult to understand them from behind masks. Room was ok, although we did find an old sweaty t shirt left behind and not taken away by housekeeping, but the real downside was the restaurant. We got to the restaurant only to find it was buffet only with very limited choice. We decided that we would still eat there and asked the staff member for a table for two. "You have to pay first at the bar" he said. I pointed out that they already has my card on file with a pre-authorised amount to cover food and drink. That made no difference to him and we would still need to join the queue at the bar and pay first. This was so wrong on at least three counts, 1. What happens if you pay and then they have ran out of the limited supply of what you want? 2. Why should you have to pay in advance for a meal you may not get? and 3. Why do people need to queue at the bar to pay when there are plenty of empty sests and they have already pre-authorised your credit card? On the plus side the Marks & Spencer at the garage over the road serve a nice assortment of snacks, sandwiches, salads and drinks quite a bit cheaper than the hotel price.

Staff are great, hotel appears to be very clean, lovely quiet room. Bar very poorly stocked. Half pint glasses for a gin and tonic.

Comfortable beds. Very clean. Very pleasant staff.

All the staff I've met so far have been lovely and helpful. From reception to bar and breakfast staff. Room is lovely and clean as is rest of hotel that I've seen. Breakfast was very nice with a decent choice of food both hot and cold. Our air con works by the way. Modern room with very nice bathroom and large shower. Only bad point is that their doesn't appear to be enough parking for how many rooms their are. If you get here later on then you may not get a space! with that in mind though I'd still return. We're here to visit legoland which is only 10 minutes up the m4.

Very easy to get to after a day at Legoland. Food in restaurant was lovely and a nice touch that children eat for free. Busy at breakfast due to covid restrictions but no complaints.
Room was very clean and big enough for a family of 4.

Awful experience, arrived given keys to room, it was someone else’s room, no problem back down changed rooms, room was okay, reported toilet as full to the brim of paper and god knows what, nothing done. Had a voucher for the buffet, along with everyone else as food was not hot, asked the man to bring out the probe, apart from the rice which he just placed in the hot holder al the chicken and fish struggled to get over 42c, manager had left early so couldn’t speak to. Report completed to HSO, thankfully we had to stay here due to Ba delays, but if your wanting to stay in a hotel before flying go else where. Lady on reception was nice, bed was comfy.

A typical HiEx very convenient for Heathrow T5. On Hoppa 55 route. Nice clean and very quiet room with excellent shower.

Stayed here as part of visit to legoland, very friendly staff, especially Lima who worked in the restaurant, my granddaughter loved him. Would recommend this Hotel.

Rooms were so small and needed up grading. Breakfast very bad nothing in vending machines water etc do u had to buy water off them very expensive. Staff rude and car parking nightmare.

Air conditioner is not working! Windows can not be open! Nothing can do for us, only provided a fan!

We booked a family room and the service and preparation of the room with a travel cot provided was superb. Comfortable beds and we slept well even with the kids who are always reluctant with a new sleep environment.
We will definitely return when we are around Heathrow.

Good location 20 min from Heathrow. Front desk very helpful with questions. Price was right. Wakeup call system was inoperative when we were there. Backup call requested from desk never came.

Fine as an overnight stop for early morning flight. Room and bathroom perfectly adequate although sofa bed not very comfortable. Disappointed with level of cleanliness in room; carpeted floor had quite obviously not been vacuumed. Buffet dinner very basic; dining room felt like a canteen. Buffet breakfast very good. Would strongly reccomend allowing plenty of time to get to the airport at peak travel times. A journey time of only ten minutes can easily become much more. We were particularly unfortunate as the Hoppa bus service to the airport did not show up, causing us to almost miss our flight. Overall however would stay again as the price was right.

As a weekend stop-over between days visiting Legoland Windsor, the Holiday Inn Express was ideally placed, less than 30 minutes drive away. Car parking was included and their family room (2 double beds for a family of 2 adults and 2 children under 10) was clean and comfortable. The shower room was spotlessly clean. Dinner was a buffet where children ate free. The food selection was understandably limited, but everyone enjoyed multiple dishes. Breakfast was included in the price and a very good range of options were on offer. A special mention go to the very friendly and helpful, yet always professional, staff on duty. All were constantly busy, but never too much so to attend to guests. A highlight goes to Jessica on the reception desk, whose badge identified her as a trainee, but whose demeanour exuded that of an experienced staff member. We will happily re-visit here when we next spend a weekend at Legoland Windsor!

Legoland overnight stay. This was a lovely hotel with very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Food in the buffet style restaurant for evening meal and breakfast was very nice. Room very comfortable. The only snag was is that we were cold due to air con being in and despite asking still had difficulty to get the heating to work. Other than that, couldn't find any fault. Would definitely recommend and be happy to visit again.

We booked this hotel as part of a lego land package. Rooms were a good size and clean, the fold out bed not too comfortable but for one night was OK. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, kids eat free with paying adult. Buffet was varied and not bad. Breakfast again was good and varied. I wanted to write this review to say special thanks and recognition to a couple of the restaurant staff, Lima and Ibrahim, who were very helpful with getting some specifics for my children. Although busy, were happy to help with our requests. I would be happy to stay here again.

Stayed for three nights while visiting legoland! Was very happy! Clean and tidy room. Enjoyed complementary breakfast! Would definitely recommend!

This is, so far, my best holiday inn experience. The room is bigger than I expected. The welcome is warm. The soaps smell good, rooms and bathrooms very clean and tidy. You have iron and ironing table in your room. Breakfast is just fantastic and it is complimentary too. Yoi get one hour extra to check out if you are a member of the loyalty club.

I'll start with the positives, good price, friendly staff bedrooms of decent standard and clean. The negative and reason for the 1 star rating: As a family of 4 (2 young children) we ordered our food at 6:30 and it came at 7:45. Considering the food is microwaved there is no excuse for this to happen. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy at the time and most guests were eating off the buffet anyway. Kids barely ate their meals as it was too late and as I had the buffet they had to watch me eat and finish my food. A very expensive meal which ended up being a nightmare. Eat before you get there. Tried to take further with customer services, but just received a generic message in return.

Absolutely loved the room. Super clean neat and organised. There's a vending machine in the lobby for people to buy urgent stuff like charger travel toothpaste kit. Really impressed by the fast checkout process. Would highly recommend.

Wish I didn't have to leave this review but thanks to British Airways for screwing up our flights, we got to stay here. Decent, clean rooms with very soft beds. Bus 55 gets you to terminal 5 in under 15mins.

Excellent stay. Nice spacious room, with no disruptions. Morning breakfast had an excellent choice and catered for all.

We only stop here one night because it was 15 minutes from Legoland and it was a fantastic choice. The rooms are very nice, spacious and comfortable. The staff is lovely, especially Lima the waiter who advises you on the dishes and is very nice. The buffet is not very varied but it is all very rich. Totally recommended.

Stayed in the holiday Inn express with the combined offer for Legoland… couldn't find any fault, staff are welcoming and friendly, room was spotless and ideal for our little family of four. Took the kids eat free option for our evening meal and we were impressed with the fast service as the hotel was very busy. The kids play area yet small kept them entertained! Breakfast was delicious and replenished regularly so you weren't waiting for anything… a fantastic stay and would book again… thank you to all the hard working staff…

It's adequate. But it's position between Heathrow and Legoland makes for a hectic and busy hotel. However the staff are really good and the rooms well kept.

More or less clean, the beds were also not just the hit. The food was quite OK, the service again extremely bad.

We needed somewhere to stay as we were visiting pinewood for a filming the bed was more soft than comfortable parking astronomical and we had to book the Italian restraunt so we used there other restaurant the staff we had spoke with were nice one in particular was very helpful kind. But we spoke to another person who was staying and they were told to avoid eating from a particular part of the buffet or food a it was S*** this from the employees mouth they keep some of this for late or early arrivals the food we ate burger and fries wasn’t great very dry pod and fries like sticks. I feel that because of the nature of the business with passengers using it for quick stop before using the airport. Service which has dissapeard in the uk anyway people were not as friendly or food was a certain way take it or leave it type attitude the hotel looks tired and needs to be friendlier.

Got sent here by BA as our delayed flight meant we missed our connection. Bus to get there took forever. Dinner was a sad looking buffet which had no options for me (need to be gluten-free). Room had a very small double and was ridiculously warm despite trying to change the temperature. Breakfast was similar to dinner. Then the bus back to the airport was so late we had to get an Uber. Hopefully never have to go back.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Was here due to the beast from the east and was stuck with a number of other delayed people, the staff done the best they could. Some people were gettin ratty with the staff and the dealt with them professionally and dispatched everyone to their rooms quickly. The fish supper at night (paid for by the airline) wasn't very good. Bit dry like. Pints were not bad price like.

Very convenient for Heathrow airport. We used the meet and greet service and drop off was an easy procedure. Hotel corporate but very comfortable.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are a bit small but perfect for a single or for a couple. But didn't like the food as they were not having much options in the buffet also the food was cold. They also do not provide free water bottles in the rooms. If you want water then you have to purchase it or take it from the cafeteria.

I stayed here for 3 nights in January. I would have given them a 5 star as the services were top notch and it was pretty lax not to mention the amazing free breakfast. However, it took this hotel well over a month to refund me the money deducted from my account for pre-authorization. I paid in cash while checking out and they told me the money will be refunded in about 5 business days. However, I didn't get it after a month. I tried to reach them and they kept telling me it will be released ASAP, but they never did till the banking deadline passed and my bank officially collected the money back. It was peeving and honestly discouraging as I hadn't had this issue with other hotels I've visited. Well… maybe it's a one time thing.

Rooms are okay but without fridge breakfast is definitely nothing I would like to eat for 14 days. No buns, just soft toast, scrambled eggs from the pack with water diluted and without salt, sausages and bacon okay, everything else no revelation.

Check in was fast. The room was clean. I went to the buffet and it only had carbs and fish. Ended up getting something from the gas station. The shower was large, and they had huge bottles of shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. Paid parking if you have a car.

Friendly staff, comfortable but basic room. We were there because of a flight getting rescheduled, so BA put us up, the included dinner is okay, but the breakfast the next morning was excellent. It's close to Heathrow, so you don't waste much time on the road, and our room was very clean.

A comfortable though small bed, and some thin walls, the rooms are good for a pit stop before more travel. Dinner and service is average and breakfast is missing a few parts of the full english. I will be trying other hotels nearby if I need to stay near Heathrow airport before I revisit.

Very good hospitality from staff. Good buffet breakfast and dinner. Very good for groups. Very close to Heathrow terminals. Good connectivity to go to the city. There is a hotel hoppa bus stop right outside the hotel. Also a public bus stop just outside the hotel from where you can connect to slow or Hounslow areas. A M&S store just opposite the hotel and a convenient store very close by to buy amenities of daily use.

Not recommended. We didn't even get breakfast or at least a coffee at 6 o'clock in the morning. Dinner Buffet was also not good.

Went there for legoland as it was a partner hotel within a short drive of the resort. Brilliant for what we needed. Clean well attended hotel, free breakfast (although a little manic at peak times) and the buffet had free kids meals. Overall a nice place to stay, I'd have no issues in using this hotel again. (did spot 1 rat as we were leaving in the car park, but hey it's London)

Had the big disabled room. Water was way too hot and I couldn't make it cold. Breakfast was busy from 7am and often there was no food or cutlery out ready. Parking was excessive! Other than that the place was clean and the staff were very nice.

Right to spend the night. No more.

The National Express Hoppa Bus connects this hotel to Heathrow Airport which is very convenient. It is a standard Holiday Inn Express. Comfortable with minimal but enough amenities. I would (only) recommend this hotel if you have an early flight or connecting in Heathrow. Breakfast was ok. Overall the room was clean but one of the bed covers was very dirty, that is something that should be improved.

We used the Holiday Inn Express for an overnight stay after a trip to Legoland. We booked a family room and there was plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children. The breakfast on offer was lovely and we were seated easily. This is the second time we've stayed here and will definitely stay again in the future.

As rooms go it was pretty nice room and I would score higher was it not for the hassle involved. We stayed here as a over night stop between flights. We had requested a family room for me, wife and the kids first room we were given only had 2 single beds in it then took a good 15-20 minutes to get us another room that consisted of a double bed and a sofa bed. It was all far from ideal. We only had 5 and a bit hours to the flight the following morning so this combined with not a great nights sleep as the air con seemed to be stuck at an uncomfortably warm temperature resulted in a few hours of less than ideal sleep before a early rise later that same morning.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean & fresh with lovely bathrooms. A very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

This is my first visit and I will certainly be visiting again. The rooms are clean and comfortable and furnished to a high standard, modern and well equipped. Despite being in a busy location, road sounds is very minimal (and I am a light sleeper so I can assure you it is minimal! ) and I haven't heard s single aeroplane. Parking hasn't been a problem at all during my stay and it's only 10 minutes from Legoland (the purpose of our visit). Staff seem lovely and friendly and the food is good too. Five out of five stars from us!

Clean and good buffet dinner.

Room was nice. Bedside table was broken though. Apart from that, no complaints really. Cleaner decide to open the door at 8:30am without knocking while I was in the bathroom brushing my teeth. Seems a bit soon to be assuming guests are no longer in the their rooms, especially when they hadn't checked out yet. Food was okay, however none of the staff spoke English very well at all. And for a jug of water and the staff thought I was making a "joke".

Arrived after a ten hour working day, been up since 4am to drive down from Cambridge. On arrival I find that my only option for parking is to pay the hotels £10 a night charge, no other options available and was certainly not made aware of when booking. Reception staff were polite despite my disappointment of feeling ripped off. Despite my long day all I was looking forward to was a sit down to relax with a cup of tea. Found the kettle but no tea bags, coffee or sugar so no tea, The internet which is widely advertised is slower than something I used 17 years ago. I take it the hotel wants me to spend the extra to upgrade. Can't say I will use Holiday Inn express again.

Been here plenty of times. The staff are always polite and friendly. As a regular user of the Holiday Inn chain, the cooked breakfast is to the usual standard for an Express — i. E. The hotel's choice of bacon OR sausage, with scrambled egg and beans. The evening meal menu is limited (again, most Expresses are similar) and the evening buffet that they put on at busy times is best avoided. I normally eat at Tratts, at the far end of the building.

Bar and Restaurant (both internal and adjoining) really scarce, but besides an Italian in Great Britain can not hope much…
Beware of those who can annoy: the windows are fixed and you can not open and obviously in the bathroom there is no bidet.

Service was very prompt. Place was clean and organized. Internet was reliable. Bus schedule wasn't always on time but that may no be the hotel's fault. Overall I enjoyed the experience there.

Don't come here. Pay a bit more for a better Hotel or a local B&B. Staff are unfriendly, not that good with the language (English) and the food is, well, lets not get into that.

I was shocked at how good this place was! Under the previous chain (Quilty hotels), I had passed this hotel and thought it looked a little shabby and dated, so when I booked at what I saw as a very low price, I expected a real budget feel, but didn’t get it! The room wasn’t very big, but was nicely decorated, clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was no bath, but a good power shower, in a large shower cubicle, with very modern and nice blue lighting (As well as a normal light, if you prefer). There was a large flat-screen TV, with normal and pay TV. If sleeping in the day, the curtains fully block out the light In addition, the budget price included a buffet style, all you can eat breakfast, with cereals, rolls, pastries and fruit, in addition to the cooked breakfast as well. The welcome was friendly, with a fast check-in and the many staff in the building, all seemed very professional. I expected very little and for the price, would have been happy with far less. Instead, I was very impressed.

The took us just for the day and gave us a deal. It was amazing, they gave us a nice room and even threw in the continental breakfast. Our 16 hour layover became the easiest thing inn the world.

Stayed there for 2 nights and the room was hot, air conditioning absolutely hopeless, couldnt open a window because they are all sealed units. The shower stank, hair in and around the room from previous guests. The plus side, a female staff member was excellent, courteous, helped out with my guest parking, carnt praise her enough. Overall they ate better hotels around the area cleaner, and with cool, (as in temp) rooms.

Zero charm, but did its job.
