Keeping quarantine guests like prisoners without food, not delivering meals for hours, no adequate cleaning supplies provided and people left helpless without anybody answering phone in isolation.

People in quarantine not getting decent food on time. Friends with kids given food at 10pm way past dinner time. Pests in the room. Unclean. Horrible service please improve so others don't dread coming here for quarantine.

In the middle of nowhere in Milton Keynes but a short ride from everywhere! Billy basic without being cheap and tacky. Stayed here many times and return always as I find the entire staff such a great and friendly team. They are a credit to the brand!

Pleasant enough hotel in a good location. Staff are attentive without being in your face. We stayed in a family room. The sofa bed was quite small/narrow and was uncomfortable, even for our 7 and 10 year old. Breakfast was a bit of a scrum, but perfectly adequate.

I recently stayed here and I thought the service, rooms, everything was excellent! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. 5 stars I definitely would stay here again. In would definitely reccomend!

5 stars amazing! The service and food were great the room was a good size with a sofa and large TV as well. It was very practical with a suitcase holder desk and all the usual facilities. Room was very clean as well and all staff were very pleasant.

An over night stay here was enjoyable. Rooms clean and tidy, beds comfortable central location for all areas, shopping and motorway. Staff friendly and professional. Lovely restaurant or additionally a nice relaxing harvester pub, restaurant with a sun trap of a garden. Highly recommended would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, friendly staff, only let down was the time to wait for food and the fish being breaded and grey oven baked not battered as on the menu otherwise well worth the stay.

This is a very nice Holiday Inn Express especially if you need to be in Milton Keynes. On arrival one can’t help but be impressed check in was very well done, I was recognised as a IHG Spire Elite rewards club member by James, who gave me a very warm welcome and upgraded me to a lovely room on a high floor away from lifts, which I requested in my IHG Rewards profile. If you join the IHG rewards program you are guaranteed the best possible room rate online beating all other o…nline companies. Also on the front desk were other wonderful representatives of the hotel and they all make one feel welcome and at home. The rooms, are kept an ambient temperature by very good air conditioning, the rooms are very clean and well kept by an efficient house keeping, with the rooms made up brilliantly everyday. The curtains in the room are block out, so a sleep in is possible, the amenities very good for those that you might get at HIE and the shower was excellent, hot and strong water supply. The hotel has a large lovely lounge area with a bar where we were superbly served by Great team of staff, unfortunately I didn’t get the name of a service star, but I think she was from India originally, she was a absolute delight. There is a great restaurant which is where the excellent included buffet breakfast is also served. It is very good with an wonderful selection of all sorts foods and good variety of scrabbled eggs. Bacon, sausage, yogurts, fruits.

The staff are polite and treat you with respect without being patronising which a lot of organisations do once they know you are disabled. The accessible rooms are beautiful and a quick tidy given each day even without you having to ask and the bed made and turned down. The breakfast is to die for with a wide variety and is help yourself style of service. The bed was that comfy that I actually slept through my alarm and someone accidentally slammed a door and was the only door I heard slam in my entire stay there which woke me up and I got to where I needed to be with a couple of minutes to spare. I would most probably if I have my way stop there again when visiting Milton Keynes for anything.

Our room was lovely, apparently it was one of their new rooms. Big shower, and large TV screen in the room. We did have to phone down to reception for towels as none were in our room. But they were brought up to us quickly. Tea/ coffee making in our room. Breakfast was complementary.

I have stayed here probably 30 times now and never have an issue. The staff are really good, friendly and helpfully. Some rooms are newer than others but all in good, clean order. Food available 24/7 and they now have fantastic coffee brand in a bean to cup machine that makes barista beating drinks.

I came here many years ago, and I see that it has been refurbished since then! I really enjoyed my stay, it was very clean and more importantly, the staff were very friendly and professional! Three separate and different standards by holiday inn in Milton Keynes. Each as good as the other. The express just refurbished to a high standard. The East great location for peace and quiet. The central for city and nightlife. All very good. Recommend each depending on taste.

The staff here couldn't do more to help. They are friendly, accomodating and very attentive. The hotel is very clean with modern comfortable rooms. They gavey little one an activity pack when we arrived and have been so good with him. Can't fault the service!

Well priced nights stay while visiting the area! The customer service given by the staff was second to none. And the hotel is well located for exploring the area.

I don't think you ever expect too much from a Holiday Inn Express but I was actually really impressed. Nice food (especially the breakfast), clean, nice rooms etc. But most of all, the staff were amazing. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and all with a smile. Our kids loved the staff there too. Anything we asked was never an issue and they all went out of their way to be helpful. Made the stay really enjoyable.

Our one night stay before visiting Bletchley Park can only be described as excellent. From the warm and informative welcome at check in to the delicious hot breakfast and free newspaper, the service and comfort were faultless. There was even an option to bag a bacon bap to take with us! We have stayed in many 5* hotels that did not meet the standard of this one. Having a new Harvester restaurant on the doorstep was a plus on what was a cool and rainy night.

Its a lovely place to stay! Everything was fantastic! I would love to visited again! Everyone was friendly! Clean room's, nice breakfast and the place so quietly… Thank you for everything!

If you want guaranteed exceptional customer service then Milton Keynes Holiday Inn is the place to go! Manager's and staff are so professional and can tell how repeated purchase of their service means! A massive thank you to all for making our 2nights so close to home. No one is too busy to ask, Day or night its easy to approach and you are greeted with a smile. Not many hotels can do what we experienced. You all stars for your hard work. We cant thank you enough is the honest truth!

Clean, good sized rooms, great selection for breakfast. But not so much for the bar menu. Very comfortable beds, the heating/AC system is the room can be noisy, I can sleep through anything so it didnt bother me, but it would be an issue for light-sleepers. Overall I would still give it 5 stars.

Great rooms around £50 for 2 a night with breakfast, modern clean and tidy, shame we can’t get this value down south along coast, would stay out in hotels more often. Only complaint is the breakfast plates are to small, I get the idea of stopping people overfilling their plates but that’s a minority and for the rest of us normal majority we have to contend with food falling off plate all over the table and hopefully not getting on your clothes, for that reason I will only be scoring the breakfast a 4, lol otherwise hotel a good 8 and worth the money.

Very pleasantly greeted upon arrival, check-in was quick and easy and the room was immaculate. I also had a very comfortable night's sleep, and very much enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. It's great to see that Holiday Inn Express has added bacon to the breakfast selection.

The rooms were very nice and clean and the staff were extremely helpful. There are also good transport links if you want to take the bus into the city as well as the hotel itself being in a very nice area close to the lake. Will definitely be coming here again :)

An exceptionally good Hotel with welcoming staff and a relaxed atmosphere. You won't find any other hotels with the same facilities available at the same prices. This one is local enough to allow access to all of MK by taxi. Being next to Willen Lake means that it's possible to enjoy walking, running or cycling around the secluded and dedicated pathways. A taxi into the centre is about £6 each way and takes just 10 mins. That's cheaper than driving into the shopping centre and parking for the day!

Actually, I would give the hotel more stars. But in this day and age, and since many business people stay in the hotel, I can't understand how to provide such a poor Wi-Fi connection. Incredibly…

Lovely hotel, very clean bedrooms, booked for myself, husband and 1 year old daughter (she loved the long corridors to run up and down in! ) On arrival a bed was made up for our daughter but upon checking in they soon came straight up and took that out and swapped it for a travel cot, breakfast was good, little cold by the time you had picked and got back to your seat but use the microwave to give it a warm up! We had some issues with other guests coming home at 3am screaming their faces off drunk for about 40 mins in the corridor, reception dealt with it very quickly which was nice. Very friendly staff, would most definitely stay again.

Very beautifully designed room, limited space but brilliant design. The room was very clean and I am impressed with the 2 way door for the toilet and bathroom, it gives you privacy when there are 4 people sharing! The breakfast was brilliant, almost as much options as a full English breakfast, hot food available. The ambience of the reception area, room and restaurant was brilliant. The price was also shockingly low. I can't fault this hotel, its the best Holiday Inn I've ever been.

We have stayed here several times and find the hotel extremely good value at the weekends. We have always been given one of the newer rooms, which are very clean and well laid out with pretty much everything you need. The free breakfast is quite good and like I said it's free. The only comment I would make is that they could do with putting a small fridge in the room.

A lovely hotel which comes with a very reasonable price tag. Myself, my wife and my son stayed here for one night with breakfast included and it was less than £50. The hotel itself is situated on what looks like a business park and it is a modern looking building so you don't get any feeling that you are staying in a quaint historic place yet, if like myself, the hotel is just a base for the night then it is perfect. The breakfast provided is to a good standard, buffet style but with all of the expected items such as sausage, bacon, croissants, etc. There is a Harvester across the parking lot which is handy for an evening meal as well.

Nice hotel. Only stayed for 1 night but had no complaints. Lovely, helpful staff and breakfast appears to be recently upgraded. When we booked we were only offered continental b/fast but when we stayed, there was the offer of an almost full english as well. Welcome addition, especially as it was included in booking price.

Breakfast buffet, which is not self-evident in England. Extensive Lakes and parkland for various leisure activities. Plenty of parking spaces directly in front of the entrance.

Not bad, pleasant enough, but even if it was the same price (not £50 more expensive), I would still choose the Premier Inn every time. It's OK.

Room was good and comfortable, although there seemed to be a mystery heater in my room somewhere that turned it into a sauna whenever I left the room. The air con was reasonably quiet, but still distracting at night and I ended up sleeping with the window open (which the hotel had restricted from opening too far). The location of the hotel from the main roads meant that even with the window open, there still wasn't much noise, which meant for a reasonably good rest.

Excellent location, clean rooms, very friendly staff at reception, we booked 2 rooms, one double and one twin, but been given 2 double rooms. Went to reception and got swap for what we booked immediately, Excellent service.
