Review of Hyatt Place West London Hayes 4*

First thing first, they accuse us of smoking when we wasnt even smoking! How disgusting! They come waking us up at 3.30am threatening to 'evict' us from the room, we told them to call the police, they said they have but the police didnt even turn up! When we asked for the CCTV footage the manager showed us and we was walking to the lifts to go out for a cigarette and they accusing us of lighting it up in the hotel! When we asked the manager to show us the smoke from the CCTV footage he quickly hid his phone! There was no cigarette smell whatsoever and no complaints from any other customers that we were smoking! Our room electrics wasnt even working! The next morning when we went to check out the receptionist said we wont be getting our deposit back because of the smoking. When we asked to speak to the manager she said he wasn't in. We put in a complaint. Coincidentally, another customer that was at the lobby whilst we were complaining overheard us about the accusations of smoking and told us the same thing had happened to him! What a scam! Ripping off people and keeping their deposits! I have just checked my bank statement, not only have they kept my deposit but taken out an extra £88! I rang the hotel straight away (Christmas day) and spoke to Niki Lornicz, who said she cant see anything on her system, there is no manager and I will need to ring back on Monday. Absolutely disgraceful. I then rang back literally 2minutes later but there was no answer! Hopefully the manager sees this and they definitely know who we are! We will be taking this further.
