No complaints, clean, efficient and good value for money. Friendly reception staff and plenty of choice of food and drink at adjoining restaurants/shops.

As a last resort. No other place to stay for the price when visiting for a local wedding.! Broken bed. Windows with no lock on the ground floor. And trouser press falling off the wall …! Brings faulty towers to real life.

Seems ok quite suitable if you want a cheaper stay rooms are clean and comfortable the exec rooms also have a fridge which is handy if you travel on business. Showers are good unlike most travellodge hotels where you could pee faster. 24 hour reception along with microwave and table and chairs in reception.

Good location and general hotel off the motorway …

Crappy, cold uncomfortable hotel. It's only redeeming feature is the convenient location when you have a long motorway drive.

Set back from services so nice & quiet, really clean. Comfy bed, gorgeous shower & they have smoking rooms for us addicts. What more could you want. A great stay. X.

Rooms are very basic. Clean. Complimentary tea and coffee included. Located next to Waitrose, Starbucks and KFC which is very handy for breakfast.

For a service station hotel, the room was good. Spacious, which with a dog meant not constantly trying to step around her, free Wi-Fi, nice grassy area outside to take the dog out to, very friendly reception staff.

I remember when this was a portable toilet and a caravan selling coffee! Gets a bit crowded but off peak one of the more pleasant service stations.

DO NOT LEAVE CASH OR VALUABLES IN YOUR ROOM! was working in reading an booked in days inn membury, came back from work and £25 had been stolen out of bag, told manager and by his response he was in on it as well!

Money STOLEN OUT OF MY BAG over £25 in change went missing out of my bag Can only assume it was the room cleaners Management says there is not much they can do ITS BAD WHEN YOUR BELONGINGS ARE NOT SAFE IN YOUR ROOM WONT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN.

Worse hotel expirance of my life! Arrived after my hotel was prepaid online to find that no staff that work at the hotel was thier. And that the only person who was thier was a guy from next door who didn't have any customer service training as to how to use the computer or check any rooms for availability or check Me into my room. I had to wait until 6am to be given somone eles room that he shouldn't of given me without being checked inn properly as the first member of staff that actually worked at the hotel started around 6am. The rooms looked tiered and in need of updating like some other days inn hotels that have already been updated. The bed was extremely uncomfortable for me and the pillows were hard and hurt my neck and I slept for less than 1 hour before I had to get up again to drive to an important meeting. I have not had any refund or offer of anything from the hotel. I stay in hotels all over the world and I have never gone into a hotel to check inn before and been met with a person who doesn't work at the hotel who can't Check me inn with my prepaid booking it's absolutely beyond ridiculous and the person at The front desk was clueless as to what to do. I will avoid days inn in future unless it's got the staff and comfort that I would expect!

Great place for break and little shopping on the way.
