What you see is what you get. Good, clean, basic accommodation that is fit for purpose. Breakfast may be continental but it is plentiful and with a wide selection. Only downside is the parking — not always enough on site (although there is enough near by).

The staffs are very helpful and polite. The room clear and comfort. I am absolutely satisfied.

We stayed here for several nights and the place is clean and staff polite and always very helpful. The rooms are clean and there is everything you need. I would like to say a special thanks to lovely lady who arranged our trip to London and explained where to go and what to do. Originally we looked at some reviews for the hotel and were not sure. PLEASE IGNORE these reviews! they only are a few. Everyday we were there the place was always busy and we spoke to several other guests many of which worked nearby all had been staying for several weeks. Which I believe speaks volumes.

I was really disappointed. So dusty I literally coughed for hours during the night. Couldn't shower because the mould made me feel sick. Didn't go to breakfast as the standard of the room put me off eating. Also was approached outside but a guy with a metal bar. Had to give him the money I had on me. Then Because of the lack of parking and the situation that had happened I ask if I could not take the room. N I was told I still had to. Even tho it was special circumstances. The gentleman at the desk didn't even offer to call the police although I was clearly shaken up. Requesting my money back! Very bad experience ☹

Room was totaly freezing not hot water waited for a hour for water to heat up to find that shower was luke warm bed was uncomfortable wall lights unstable on plus side room was fairly clean but won't be stopping here again but would like to say thank you to the lady on reception she tried her best to help.

Its good value for money, rooms are in process of being refurbished and are kept clean. close to centre, 15 mins walk from train station. Car park is a bit tight but in 8 days here I always managed to get a space. The staff are very very friendly here.

Car park a squeeze. Carpet grippers showing … Found it when one punctured my foot. To much traffic noise… Breakfast is toast and cereal. Nothing cooked… Its so budget you get one sachet of coffee and one sachet of milk… I can't say it's good value for money at all For few quid more you can stay at King William. It's clean. Staff are friendly… But it's not a nice place to stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was bigger than I expected and clean. Very good value for the price paid, with breakfast included. I would happily stay here again.

Low cost residence hotel. Reasonable space. Limited parking. Helpful staff.

Not bad for the price. Small room but comfortable bed. We slept quite well. We needed to be close to the airport.

Cheap and Cheerful. Good Value for the price charged, room was clean. But walls were thin, so could clearly hear what the next door room were up to! ;-)

Very poor, rude manager, only enough parking for 5 cars so basically NO free parking, not child friendly, electrics going twice in an hour! Would not stay here if I was paid, and suggest anyone else thinks twice about it.

Nice staff, decent room. Not enough space to sit comfortably at the desk as the other bed was very close. Bed was good enough, just about. Happy with it given the price. Will stay again.

The first night we stayed there was fine, nothing special, but clean and fine for the night before our flight. They held our suitcase that we couldn't being on the plane, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The second night we stayed, though, or room smelled really bad-sort of musty or like wet clothes left in the washer too long. We were able to change rooms, but the room we switched to was not much better. The room didn't smell, but the bathroom did. I think the smell was due to moisture in the ceiling and walls and cracks in the were releasing the odor. Nevertheless, we had a good night's rest before our next flight and the staff were helpful in finding is the quickest and cheapest way to the airport.

Convenient location to London Luton. Comfortable rooms with adequate water pressure to really give you a good cleaning.

B&B cozy and with all the comforts. One step away from the center.

Lovly hotel smoll and simple good staff and mr ravi helping for evry thig and good help staff is very us full great time.

Looks like I'm not the only person to have a really bad experience at this hotel, the room was dirty the bed were poor quality with springs poking though, I booked on late rooms and was told one price but when I arrived it was another price and it was more. We were cold it was noisy we had such a poor nights sleep that we left early and drove home. Shocking!

Friendly staff and good value for the price. Good alternative to B&Bs in the area and recommended for travelling trades people.

Stayed only for one night. Fantastic, very friendly staff and helpful with our taxis. Had everything we needed and close to a cafe, pub and shop. Very clean.

Terrible attitude. I was on route back after dropping my in laws at Luton airport and I was in a panic situation as my 6 year old son wanted to go for an urgent pee. I drove around for a while until I found Stockwood hotel and I requested the reception to let my son use the toilet. The attitude from the staff was cold and asked me to take a room! I was shocked by the attitude towards a young child. The staff attitude is unacceptable and this place is not meant for children or family. Please stay away.

This place is so bad it should be closed down, staff was so rude even when checking in, the place is dirty, me and my partner got bitten multiple times from bed bugs, bed sheets was dirty, and the morning breakfast was stale, even if you are desperate I beg you please don't stay here.

Clean, Great Location, Polite Staff and best of all Good Value! Would def stay again.
