Near to a great buffet — would definitely recommend Hong buffet. Hotel was fine for a nights stay. Nice staff.

Somewhat noisy rooms if you are facing the main road, but otherwise a very sensible place to stay.

Very impressed with our one night stay on May 12th 2018. Extremely reasonable rates followed by impeccable customer service. Breakfast was very good value for money and I would highly recommend anyone to stay there.

Hotel really clean and as familiar as all Premier Inns. Evening food is fine, cooked breakfast ok, but fried eggs have been raw on the top surface recently.

Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable and well priced. Breakfast a great add on for the price and selection. Will definitely use this Premier Inn again in the future.

A nice Premier Inn. Clean and comfortable. They have the self check in machines here which are really easy to use. Had breakfast which was a nice spread. Would recommend if you are ever in Luton.

Our room was lovely, beds were very comfy, staff were always helpful friendly and smiley. The food was amazing and a great value for money, we will most definitely be returning in the future.

The rooms were as standard that you expect from Premier Inn. Comfortable and clean. The food and service in the thyme restaurant left a lot to be desired. Two nights meals had firstly burnt chips, then second night burnt sweet potatoes. Together with a 10 minutes wait after asking for dessert menu while the staff member stood chatting to a colleague. At breakfast bith mornings there was no asking if I would like anything outwith the buffet, it was " pick a table and enjoy". A far lower standard than I would usually expect.

I only spent any time there in my room and in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was delicious and has bumped my review up and extra star as a result. The room was very standard, what you'd expect in a premier Inn. However my bed was not very comfortable. I was in the 'spare' and my friend in the double. My bed was sloping to one side and the mattress wasn't up to the normal standard, this is the reason I have taken the stars away. We did not have the breakfast as we left before they started to serve, so I can not comment on it.

Exactly what you'd expect, priced well, confident for the motorway and train station. We stayed here and then travelled into London to keep costs down.

Clean and modern but restaurant menu very limited for customers with food alergys. They charge extra to make any of the very limited number of items suitable to eat.

The hotel itself was up to Premier Inns usual high standards, fast check-in and clean comfy rooms. It was a surprise, however, that the bar had no scotch. We noticed this at the bar and when at the table my husband asked for a Famous Grouse the waitress went and asked the batstaff for a Famous Goose. We gave up at that point and had wine.

Very friendly staff and comfortable bed. Building a little dated in areas but all in all great value and service.

Very friendly staff when checking in and out. Room was clean only little gripe was the bar shut at 11pm we came back at 11.15 couldn't get a drink. Thought the bar might stay open for guests but not a big deal. Overall enjoyed our stay will stay again.

Pretty standard Premium Inn. Only a couple of beers on tap. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff are pleasant. Nice big TV in all the rooms. Cleaned daily.

Friendly staff but service was slow and the food was mediocre (surprisingly as I have found other Premier Inn Thyme restaurants to be very good). Expensive for the quality offered.

The staff are very friendly, informative and helpful. The rooms are kept to a very good standard and parking in the NCP next door is free. Slept like a log too as the beds are very comfortable.

Quality service from arrival. Lady at check in offering to get me a drink before she closed the bar. Great breakfast and caring staff taking an interest and catering for our needs. First class.

Lovely rooms, lovely breakfast and happy staff. We only had a one night stay but our experience here means that we would quite happy consider this hotel again in the future. The distance is not too far at all from the city centre and all of the restaurants, pubs, etc. The NCP car park next door had lots of free spaces and the hotel validate your ticket so you don't pay anything for parking. Few noises overnight but not too many and not too bad, especially considering how near a city centre it is. Breakfast was very nice with a chilled atmosphere and lots of room between tables and not busy at all. It seems recently I have got used to the squeezing between breakfast tables and the scrum for the cooked breakfast whenever I stop in a hotel and so it was a welcome break to be able to saunter to the buffet, take my time and not have to elbow the old lady out of the way to get to the last hash brown. All in all, a very nice stay in a very nice hotel.

Very good service, very welcoming, they make you feel comfortable. The only issue is that they don't have a fridge in the room! Also they don't have a phone in the room to contact reception! It's really convenient!

Great hotel with a handy location & adjacent car park. Good high quality rooms which achieve exactly what they promise. Very comfy bed. Little noise from outside. Massive breakfast with many freshly cooked to order items.

Checking in was very easy and quick. Room was very spacious with a king size bed, a desk & chair, sofa and a lot of floor space. Bathroom was also very nice. Breakfast in the morning was ok. Less variety of food than I expected but was good. I haf enough to last me the morning. The price was a bit pricey for me.

Clean hotel. Food was nice. Staff friendly. Unfortunately the thermostat in the room wouldnt drop below 24deg and the windows were sealed for my safety and a sticker informed me that fresh air was being pumped in to the room — seems as though they were pumping the air in from hell itself and it was boiling and made for a bad nights sleep. When I mentioned it at reception on check out it would a pear they knew about this and in fairness they refunded my stay.

Location ideal for town centre and plenty of parking in the adjacent multistorey car park. Hotel / restaurant decor very good and staff very helpful and friendly.

Very fiendly service and very comfortable rooms.

The staff are polite, have a great sense of humour & will engage you in conversation. The rooms are a decent size, with a shower or bath. If you are driving, make use of the NCP car park, which is to the left hand side of the hotel. Each time you enter the car park, you will collect a ticket, which can be validated by reception staff & means your parking is free. The food in the ground floor restaurant is acceptable. Serving times during evening meals can mean you are waiting longer than you would prefer, so try to book a table & make it as early as possible.

Service in restaurant poor every night kitchen can't cope with 25 people orders taking 1-2 hours.

Nice hotel with very comfy rooms let down by a poor restaurant. Staff very friendly but waiting times for food were much too long. Restaurant also lacks atmosphere.

Great value fir Money. The room was clean and comfortable and location is perfect.

There where actually two issues if I am to be critical. After check in we had an issue using the key cards. After many attempts trying to call the lift, we asked for assistance from a member of staff who managed to use the card first time. Then trying to open the door to our room it failed again many times. I had to go all the way to reception from the top floor to get cards changed. Second issue, was regarding our room. Despite it looking very clean and tidy, it did not smell fresh. There was a very sour smell like stale urine. Had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times. Tolerable but noticeable. The same goes for the smell in the corridors; Clean and tidy but could smell fresher! My experience suffered a small technicality hence 4 stars. Nothing to put me off staying here again. This is a very good, well presented hotel and the staff were very accommodating. Buffet breakfast will get your mornings off to a good start and the parking was easy as it was a multi-storey next to the hotel… cost me nothing for one night stay.

The beds were perfect, so comfortable, clean and everything looked luxurious. The 42" HD television on the wall was a bonus. Room has air conditioning but I would of liked to of been able to open the window for air. Well definitely be staying again.
