"It's OK" just about sums this up. Short on car parking, which is charged for if one can find somewhere to park. Check in was the usual good service and friendly welcome, with the desk manned all night. Once arrived went for a walk to find the river Lea shown beside the hotel on maps. Unable to access this due to all being fenced off for development, and the other side of the river being a housing estate. Not a good place for walking, it's all roads around, though I did eventually find a path about 0.5 miles away. Sleep was good as usual as this is a USP. The place is new, with new development being built next door to it. Breakfast wasn't as good as other Premier Inns, since they offer a hot food buffet rather than cooked to order, sloppy scrambled eggs to avoid them drying out, and warm not hot bacon and sausage. Probably would stay again even with these misgivings, though there are other budget options within sight.

Fantastic location and very close to Luton Airport! It's ideal if you are flying early in the morning and do not fancy sleeping at the airport! The staff are friendly, the rooms are great and the food is really nice! 10 minute walk from Luton Airport Parkway train station!

I have no idea why it is called Premier Inn Luton Airport as it's not at the airport. Needed a taxi to get there. But staff was friendly. They even ordered taxi. Generally it was a good stay…

Great hotel. The staff love what they do and are super nice and talkative, they help out the customer with their needs and the layout of items are good. The TV and Free Wi-Fi are an added bonus and kept us busy.

Love staying here when we taking a flight and on our return. The pillows are great we just received ours after going on their site we ordered two. Back again December.

The bed is comfortable, but facilities are very poor. Wi-Fi is the worst I've seen in any hotel anywhere, unless you pay for the premium Wi-Fi, most hotels offer better. Only one coffee sachet in the room, " hot "water is tepid, making it cheaper for them and safer for people that can't be bothered to supervise their kids in the bath, but pointless cold bath for adults, bar across the car park is expensive and poor quality, seems to close early and open late for breakfast. I think this hotel relies entirely on a great location near the train station and hence Luton Airport.

I stayed for a week. Amazingly kind staff, who helped me with all my queries when I couldn't speak English very well. Clean and wide rooms. The breakfast at the restaurant was variated, plentiful and tasty. The treatment from the restaurant staff was exquisite. Good location. 5 minutes walking from downtown, shopping centre and train station.

Recently renovated rooms and really nice staff. So for a budget gotel its good value. However its really far from airport to be called airport hotell.

Absolutely fantastic — the new room design in this hotel is a small step up, lovely big TV, large shower with 4 settings on the head, and nicely soundproofed. It's about 10 minutes walk from Luton Parkway station. Skip the Beefeater for breakfast though…

We decided to visit here on a whim, in order to take our two young daughters on a short trip that involved a train journey, and watching aeroplanes. They were both very excited about their visit to the "moon hotel" after seeing the Premier Inn logo as we approached the building. Dinner and breakfast were good and we also enjoyed the local delights of the shops in the retail park on our walk back to the station. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We'd definitely visit again.

Visited the restaurant, was nice food with very generous portions — I was fit to burst by the time I left. The waiting staff were exceptional, and were always smelling and laughing. A refreshing visit.

A very calm n clean place. I met a very friendly Staff who were eager to help. It is located close to airport and train station and not too far from luton mall also. Walk out to view birds chirping and rabbits jumping around. An amazing week spent at this hotel… will sure return to stay here.

The hotel is close to Luton airport so it can be a little loud at times but nothing too bad. The staff where friendly and happy to help us at all times. Checking in can be done through either an automated machine or through a person at reception, the rooms where clean enough to be satisfied and the beds super comfortable!

A great airport stop-over hotel. Very clean, tidy with very helpful, friendly staff. Will definitely use next time and recommend others to use if you need a stop-over before or after an airport visit!

No Good Night Guarantee due to noisy next door neighbours and people banging and stomping their feet above. Easy check in, easy access to Luton Airport, no one around at check out. Disappointed and not up to usual Premier Inn standards.

A fantastic sleep after a late flight. Breakfast was really good too. My only gripe is as it was so late I forgot to put the do not disturb sign out and at 8am sure enough the cleaning lady was in.

We were allocated a 'new' room. Fabulous shower. Room was usual good Premier Inn standard. Beefeater restaurant next door expensive but good. Not too noisy, although air con keeps kicking in noisily — we removed the door key from the power slot which solved the problem. Would use again.

Really nice hotel. I've stayed here about 15 times and have no complaints. The restaurant next door is good but mostly very busy, last time the waiting Time for food was 2 hours. But I would recommend this hotel. I've had to stay over again for a couple of nights, they put me in the new room's, really good very good.

Extremely helpful staff. Restaurant attached is Beefeater. Good food and again, helpful staff. Only downside, didnt sleep well as duvet too heavy and hot. Pity they don't have a sheet under duvet to just use that.

Very nice hotel near Luton airport. Family room was very nice and modern. Beefeater pub next to it was very nice as well that served a great all you can eat breeakfast.

The hotel was conveniently located close to my meeting place. Double room was ok and affordable. Courteous staff. Good menu range. Filthy car park and entrance though.

This is a nice hotel. Stayed in a family room on the 28th June and it was clean and spacious. The bathroom had a full size bath and the room had a double and a single bed rather than the usual sofa bed. The Beefeater on the grounds is modern and recently refurbished. Breakfast was good with a great choice. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the distance from the airport, I felt a bit misled as although there is a shuttle bus to Luton Parkway Train Station (not free) there was still a 5 — 7 min walk to the hotel. Not a big deal if you are travelling without kids but with a tired 3 year old it was an unwanted extra walk.

Poor Hotel, comfortable bed and soundproof room. The location is good and center and station are within walking distance in 10/15 minutes. Staff courteous enough.

This is a modern premier Inn, so as you'd expect there's really not a lot wrong with it. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, there's a large hdtv and air conditioning in every room. There's also ample parking which is free if you're a guest of the hotel. This hotel is directly underneath the flight path of the airport so do expect some noise. That said, a really good job of sound proofing has been done. I wouldn't come to Luton for leisure, I am here on business. As an overnight stay before taking a flight it's great. It's also one of the cheaper hotels in the area, but be warned it does get booked up quite quickly. The hotel is next to a beefeater restaurant which provides a decent meal and a good breakfast service. If you're staying here for the airport service, the hotel is not far from Luton Airport Parkway train station, although the walk would be along main roads. It's about 5-10 minutes away from the actual airport by car or taxi.

Rooms were modern (50" TV with ports built into the walls), very comfortable bed and spare pillows. No noise whatsoever. Happily rebook here.

Not very quite could here other person above me walking around at 5am rooms OK staff very friendly and beefeater food OK bit slow on service sometimes but always polity.

We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. All the receptionists, and other staff were very helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, and we would be only too happy to stay here when we return to Luton. Thankyou for everything. Mr. And Mrs Tremblin. Not happy we have party 80 brithday order food where food come out I was told that there have ran out of lamb roast and I could order a burger did not enjoy this so lady say that I dont have to pay of it this spiot the day we not be going back to here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well presented rooms. Next to luton airport flight path but cannont hear the aircraft when inside due to additional window fixture. Would definitely stop here again.

Nicely decorated and spacious rooms. Big telly and tea/coffee facilities. Comfy beds. No telephone in room, and no other facilities in the building itself. Free car parking and a Beefeater Restaurant next to it to go for breakfast and meals.

PLEASE AVOID the hotel restaurant at all costs. The food is atrocious, the service rude and obstrusive, the sound level is unbearable and. I had to wait 90 minutes for a burger. Never, ever again.

Good value for good money. Also close to the airport. You can walk even on foot. Recommend.

Needs Free Wi-Fi and thoroughly Cooked breakfast (Bacon and eggs) but we rather enjoy our stays at all Premier Inn Locations.

Reasonably priced of course. Spotlessly clean. Lovely helpful staff. Restaurant attached was very nice. One small criticism would be a very limited range of vegetarian dishes on their menu. But all in all I would definitely stay there again.
