Very quaint, friendly staff and with a typical English pub on the ground floor. Very close to Luton Airport.

Nice friendly place and very comfortable rooms.

Arrived late and had to walk through reception and an ongoing battle with drunken spillage from the bar, room was small, door lock not secure and would benifit from a refurb, would not visit again, staff friendly though.

Excellent service… great atmosphere… pleasant staff… thoroughly recommend. Note this is not high end. Just great value and service…

What a place. Lovely staff. Great pint and nice rooms.

Had a lovely stay. Didn't have chance to try out the bar. One negative is that my room was directly above the bar and heard loud shouting during the night.

Normally 4 star at least but couple bad pints last night lol.

Place is horrible. Full of drunks. Bed was damp and smells horrible. Windows diddnt lock and there was a set of ladders there so diddnt want to leave any valuables in our room. Wated 50mins for a burger and when it came it tasted like dog meat. Wouldnt stay there for free. Avoid. Dump.

The customer service that we recieved from this hotel was very poor. I am very disappointed as we booked this hotel over the phone in advance travelled from very far, got given the keys to room after 15 minutes as we just got settled in to the room we recieved a phone call from the landlord saying we had to get out of the room as it was sold to someone else and that we had to get out we told him to wait 5 minutes while we tried to grab our things and he was so impatient that he came up banging on the door then barged in to the room asking to get out. He did not provide us with another room instead was telling us to go to another hotel in town. He was so rude and ill mannered and I would definately not reccomend this hotel to anyone.
