By actually being a hotel! disgusting, dirty, door locks dont work, room filthy, shower on toilet not attached to shower, this photo is not representative of the rooms, do not stay here, was worried about my own safety as doors do not lock! yet these nice people have taken my card money, what is worse, they have all my card details from my booking via booking. Com!

Been over charged for a room by £45? Manger is never there to speak to, always in meetings or just not there. No one else can deal with this apparently. Been two weeks now and no one can resolve it.

Me and my partner stayed over a few days ago. The staff were lovely and helpful but the owner I think his name was Tagi has no manners or knows how to offer customer service. The guy was screaming at his staff right in front of us and was very rude to us at reception. He cant speak english at all and just because we were asians he assumed we knew his language so he started to speak to us in his language. Im sorry but if you cant communicate with your guests then dont be a the reception. The room we were given was average at best but Tyagi really did annoy us. He is a creepy guy. I feel sorry for the staff who work there.

I stayed for over two weeks and in that two weeks my stay got worse. First problem was that a night member of staff booked another couple in to our room and they gave them a door card and they walked in when we were in bed at 1.30am then a week later they did the same but this time we had stayed the night out so all are stuff was in the room still. Wouldn't go back. The male staff were rude but the female staff were lovely especially the receptionist who seem to be doing her job and everyone else's as well.

Most of the comments on here are quite accurate and the poor ratings effectively spot on. I won’t repeat all the comments around it being somewhat dilapidated and in need of some tlc. My room was clean and towels bedding all good. The hot water was brown for a while but okay temp wise. I felt sorry for the staff and those I saw did their best. I stuck my head into kitchen to see what was cooking and it looked clean enough but the menu was all in the freezer given the chef was pulling out fish and frozen peas etc. I gave it a miss. Had fast but stuck with cereal and toast. The breakfast restaurant room smelt of the burners used to keep hot plates warm. Not quite fabreeze. On the plus side it was only £50 which is a bargain if you are not fuzzy in the slightest and hence my 3 as opposed to a 1 rating.

Staff helpful but room tacky and cracks in walls… window was boarded up smelt of weed.

The price was affordable and there is a decent size car park hidden at the back. However, it is not the most maintained building as our window was cracked and the blinds was not properly attached, but you get what you paid for. So, if you are looking for a cheap hotel room to stay in, within the Luton area then it is worth the price.

Very friendly staff, my TV was broken, they changed my room straight away. Ordered us a taxi, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were comfortable and I slept well. Only downside was on an evening meal the apple crumble was stodgy like raw suet. Breakfast on the other hand was very nice.

Very nice place, comfortable and clean rooms. Very nice and helpful receptionist. Not far from the bus and train station.

Very lovely place in quiet location with great food and perfect customer service.

Nothing quality about the room I stayed in. Whole in the wall, filled but not painted over. Funny looking stains all over carpet. Toilet shoved in between radiator and wall, not enough space for a grown man to sit down. The the window frames in bedroom and bathroom room was in shabby condition also. Room backed on to noise bar, noisee until 1 am. Worth spending a few extra quid for a chain hotel.

Price was good, close to airport, drink and food facilities, was clean No remote for the TV, No plug for the bath and shower didn't work. Lots of noise from the street and from people in the hotel turning showers on, talking, stairs etc.

Stayed there for 1 night on Tuesday yes you get what you pay for but this is NOT 3* hotel. First of all we couldn't get in our room as the key card didn't work (twice) had to be let in by the guy on reception who apologised and said he would get someone to fix it but they never did, carpet in the room was filthy and the quilt was disgusting We took it off the bed and just used the cover. Our room was at the front on the main road so you expect noise from traffic but one of the windows was open and broke so we might as well have been out side. Not a very nice experience and would definitely not recommend this hotel.

This is the worse hotel that I have been unfortunate to have stopped in. Room had not been cleaned and had desk full of empty beer bottles. Alternative room had a faulty door lock and the lift wouldn't come up upon pressing the button. 3rd room was tatty but adequate for the few hour sleep we required. Only saving grace was the help and apologies offered by the night receptionist.

Room was cold. Dirty carpets. Other than that it was ok. Quiet room with toilet and TV.

Quality of furnishings, room comfort, decor, and kitchen service were more in keeping with student digs — but bed was comfy and for budget hotel price wasn't expecting much anyway…

Came for a social function and the room was great and set out Nicley. Didn't use bar, rooms or any other parts.

Contrary to other reviews, my room wasn't dirty, and the area felt fine to me in the evening and the morning. The common areas are a bit run down, but my room was fine. However, fellow guests were very rowdy, and the receptionist told me as I booked that guest frequently smash up rooms to the extent that they routinely ask for a deposit. There were people running up and down the corridors shouting at 1am, and there was a fight in the lobby at 5am, leading to the police being called. I got the sense that this wasn't massively unusual. On the plus side — clean, comfortable, cheap. On the negative side — bit noisy, bit shabby. But it did the trick for a cheap hotel for a short-notice stay in Luton.

Well located for the airport. Service was good and the room was clean. Communal corridors could do with a re-furb though.

Okay hotel. Room was nice although bathroom could use a bit of work. All in all distinctly average and nothing to get too excited about.

Minimum level of service and amenities. Spacious rooms, free parking, good Wi-Fi when it works. Bad bits: dirty hallways (carpets), one of the floor managers with a bad attitude, dirty room (carpet, walls, chair), hanging and missing spot light in the livingroom, toilet with a bad smell, broken tiles. Noisy occupants, all throughout the night (staid over the weekend).

Good value, helpful friendly staff, room was clean and well presented, hallway decor tired and in need of re furbishment.

It was a decent place to sleep for one night. But I wouldn't choose to go back if I could help it. The room was a bit grimy, but it wasn't smoky or anything. The shower didn't drain, and the guest parking was a bit of a mess. Overall, not the worst place ever. They have made an attempt to update the place. There are just a lot of cut corners.

Brilliant hotel, very good facilities and clean throughout. Hotel staff friendly. I consider it expensive at £76 for the night.

Staff great. Room smelled, I think it came from the leaky air conditioning unit, and the carpet was wet. Bed comfortable and room clean. Car park is situated at the rear and is ok.

I attend a private function and the place does cater for food and drink bit at this occasion we had provided our own food and drinks and the place ot self was clean bit could do with more brightness overall it's easy to hold small party's and the car park is very big so I would book it again for small party's.

Facilities were fine but the cleanliness and level of maintenance of the rooms was terrible. Stains on the carpets, broken tiles, chipped wood, broken blinds, limescale-covered shower head and cracked shower tray. Cheap stay, but you get what you pay for.

Not bad, clean hotel although not a high standard but reasonable value for the money (£65) for a booking at very short notice. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was of burger van standard…

Not THAT good. Needs improvement.

First the positive: the staff are nice and helpful.
But The hotel is totally run down: in my room: stained carpet, shower only boiling hot, the bed frame is dissipated on etc. In the lobby: Worn sofas, an improper computer corner frequented by local workers. Everywhere signs of not proper renovations. The Wi-Fi did not work. Continental breakfast consists of canned and reheated for hours coffee only. The full Breakffast was visible save on the use of the goods and the tea was already bitter.

My laptop was destroyed by water seeping through the ceiling. Management offered to replace it (in writing), but as soon as I left the hotel all communication was stopped. They never had the intent of replacing it. Amateurs.
