Very nice place and pizzeria, pizza was so good staff very friendly ☺️

Had a leaflet posted through the door last week for their takeaway service. Decided to try it as getting bored with the usual Indian on a Saturday night. Sooooo glad we did. Ordered a pizza. Calzone. Cheesy garlic bread and mozzarella cheese balls. Not impressed with the cheese balls to be fair as not enough cheese but still tasty but the pizza and calzone were amazing. Garlic bread the best I've had. Not cheap but I can assure you well worth it. Arrived hot and on time. Bought for two of us but enough for three. Thoroughly recommended

Impressed with the hotel, very comfortable room, hotel decor and staff were very friendly and helpful. A strange policy of charging your card way above the rate on arrival, didn't feel to comfortable about that.

Friendly, attentive and efficient staff. Lovely room and great service. Very reasonable priced for an ideal town centre location, with free parking.

Lovely environment, friendly staff. The room was perfectly clean! Convenient location. Just a 10-minute walk from the rail station and central bus stops.

We entered and didn't even get the good morning, reservations were possible but at check-in there was no room, we had k go to another hotel.

Afternoon tea is first rate service very good.

The hotel is well presented and the decor is nice all round. The bar is colourful and well stocked. The rooms and reasonably sized and well layed out, with all the amenities you expect. The bed is very comfortable, however despite ire this, I found noise from the neighbouring room was easily heard — a flaw of having a door that connects the rooms. I would recommend the hotel, however there is a possibility you might not have the best sleep.

Went for afternoon tea yesterday in the Piano bar for a friend's birthday.
The cream tea was fabulous with more than enough. We took some home as we couldn't finish it!
Staff were very friendly and our server Emma was very attentive.

Had an afternoon tea there via Groupon. The staff were extremely polite, place lovely and spotless and the afternoon tea was very, very generous, was unable to complete it all. Would recommend.

We had a family meal in a private dining room for my birthday and the service was wonderful and the food was some of the best I have had.

We booked a private room for a birthday lunch for 9 people, and I couldn't have been more pleased with how it turned out. Rob, the Events Manager, was patient, helpful and — most importantly — really knew how to make us feel comfortable and contented. We were seated in The Aviator Room — a clean, spacious, well-appointed function room, with soft furnishings, some quirky but appropriate decorative touches, a bluetooth speaker for our own music playlist and adequate seating for a large family group. Having made our menu selection ahead of the meal, we thoroughly enjoyed some excellent food, which was freshly cooked and truly delicious. When one books a family meal for a significant birthday, one hopes that everything will be perfect, and I think this was pretty much as good as it could be. Thanks to Rob and the team for making it a wonderful celeberation!

Really sellers, but not really friendly! Use Premier Inn next door, much better service and much friendlier people! Can’t recommend the icon Hotel in Luton!

Really quirky hotel with super friendly staff brilliant stay.

Excellent place to stay for a business traveller or crew with restaurants and malls at a close range (walking distance), good friendly staff nice small cosy rooms.

Had our works Christmas do here, food was good for mass catering. Beers were expensive but most hotels are! Especially if you're used to club prices. Toilets had easy access, as I'm partially sighted.

Nice friendly hotel in central luton. Quiet and comfortable rooms. A small number of reasonably secure parking spaces off road. Small fitness room but rarely used. Limited dinner menu if you’re staying here for long periods of time.

This is a great place to stay or to hold a meeting or party in the heart of Luton. It is centrally located and close to local amenities.

Stayed here a number of times in between travelling around Europe. Staff and service was amazing! Very friendly and always going above and beyond to help. Food was lovely as when you are away from home you can miss it, but always looked forward to eating here when back in England and having a Pint. Will always return as is very close location to shopping, trains and airport so very easy to travel from this location :)

This is a great little hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The food is good and very reasonably priced. You can buy peroni for 4.95 per pint which is cheap for Luton.

My sister had her wedding reception there. Food was cooked well, served on time and hot. Staff were always available and polite nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Good hotel, stayed many times. Rooms are well decorated, decent size and comfortable. Breakfast is good and staff helpful. Only complaint is on a few occasions the water in the shower has not been the hottest.

The best part of this hotel is the staff, competent, diligent and helpful. The rooms are modern but small. There's a coffee machine in the rooms. Small gym. Breakfast could definitely be improved. Works as an airport hotel but doesn't offer a shuttle bus.

Fantastic stay at the Icon in the Linton Suite. The staff were attentive and delightfully friendly. Capello's offered a great mix of modern favourites and we were delighted that the food tasted as good as it looked. Everything about the hotel is first class and I would heartily recommend it. We had our works Christmas party on sat at this lovely place. The staff were very attentive. I must say the Christmas dinner was gorgeous. Great music by DJ Don. A fabulous eve. Thank you Icon hotel from all the staff at Kamsons Chemist x.

We booked this hotel for airport parking and one nights stay before our holiday, we was given the Linton suite which was a fantastic room to share with our little one, we arrived shortly after we could check in at 3 and had dinner which was perfect too, a really good start to our break and liked it that much we stayed on our return the following week too! Staff can't do enough and breakfast was spot on too! Well done Icon team.

Nice little boutique hotel with reasonable bar prices. We've not stayed overnight so I can't personally comment on rooms etc (although friends who have stayed felt they received good value for money).

Staff are great. Rooms are fine and the bar is 24 hours. Too many bloody pilots there though.
