Nice Hotel with a lovely comfortable room. I expected this Hotel to be near the Airport but it isn't, it was also hard to find following the printed off directions! However, its easy to find the Airport from The Hotel as all direction signs say Luton Airport! The Hotel itself is clean and bright, has a nice lounge area, good choice of meals, snacks and drinks. Its very pleasant with a good atmosphere lovely and relaxing. It also has a little shop and snack bar! Friendly, cheerful and efficient staff!

Stayed 3 nights and found the hotel to be really clean. Bed was really comfortable. Facilities were good and all the staff were friendly and polite. Restaurant menu was varied and was served fresh.

Shower was out of this world, room very big hairdryer mini fridge and ice bucket as standard. Lovely comfortable bed. Drinks at a very good price and we had a family meal, this again was very tasty and filling. Highly recommend staying here, we will be using this hotel every time we fly from luton!

Brilliant hotel. Couldnt do enough to help me and the 24/7 gym facilities are more than adequate for a quick workout before your evening meal.

I had a party at Hilton Garden Inn. The food was perfect, the function was perfect for what I wanted. The event was well coordinated. Thanks to Lucy the event manager, Mechus the supervisor and all the team that made my day special.

Went for a work function. Rooms are nice and amenities for business are well thought out and generous. Facilities are of high quality and food was really good.

Staff were warm and friendly however thr room itself was very warm and the air conditioning although we had it on full was useless. Window barely opened. Room its lf clean and tidy and bed was comfortable.

Lovely hotel. Function room was spacious. Great selection of snacks to feed us during our break and coffee was lovely too. Nice spacious reception with friendly staff. Fire was a nice touch, particularly given it was freezing outside.

Staff are very friendly and helpful sorted me out with some extra teabags very nice place to stay staying there for 3 nights on charity work around Luton very nice place.

Food in restaurant really nice, bass could have been a bit bigger for the price. Comfy clean spacious rooms. Friendly helpful staff.

Room excellent value. Great facilities. Breakfast excellent, but no black pudding : (Restaurant also very good, drinks a little pricey though. World stay again if I found myself back in Luton.

Hotel was good. But restaurant was attrocious. 3 hour wait for cold inedible food. Wouldn't go near the place again!

Location for the airport is great. Staff are welcoming and friendly and the rooms are adequate. Just don't aim to eat here. Food is obviously microwaved. Disappointing particularly considering the prices they charge. Staff accepted our comments on returning the food and gave a refund so not a problem in the end. Headed in to Luton for dinner…

Went there for a Christmas event, was too conjugated and the food was average. Music was fine and had an enjoyable night. Good food would have made it even better.

I attended a workshop and I was shocked to be charged 3 pounds for parking for the afternoon. I asked if hotel residents also had to pay for parking and was told yes. Their argument was that many hotels charge for parking and that may be true for hotels in city centres or near airports where space is limited BUT THIS HOTEL IS OUT OF TOWN IN THE STICKS. And they have the affront to display signs stating that you park there at your own risk! A tawdry money making ploy and I would think twice about holding a conference there.

Went for a company doo. Place was very nice and staff helpful. Food was about average, small beer selection and staff weren't organised. They had no idea who had what or where people were sitting and the list of people and want they were having was in no specific order.

Stayed here for a weekend for my birthday and was not disappointed at all! Such a well kept establishment with friendly staff all round. He rooms were spacious compared to a few of the hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at. Luckily we had a decent view from the room. They offer gym facilities with a decent amount of machines for use. Room service is pretty pricey (as expected) and food options aren't that great. We stayed on a bed and breakfast board and the food was lacking a little. The kitchen area is quite small and the food sectioned to one corner which meant it was very busy in the mornings with people stepping over each other's toes. The view from the eating area is decent though. The kitchen staff do cater to individual needs e. G asking for well done sausages etc. I did notice that they have a waffle making machine which (although small) stood out as it's not a common amenity. There were other small things that made a difference like having a guest microwave room for people wanting to heat things up and having ice machines on the floors instead of having to call to have some brought up. There are a few negatives with a whole lot of positives. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Convenient location if using teh business centre across the road. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Beds are comfortable.

I visited on Monday. The food was amazing, but most importantly they have great staff. They were all so lovely. My waitress Alicja came across so genuine and really knows how to give high level customer service. I have been back since and will continue to visit. And this is coming from someone who is very fussy about customer service!

The restaurant always provides a lovely meal in clean tidy surroundings. Staff give you time to eat and rest between meals if they notice you are chatting lots, and I've observed them acting quickly when people finish and want to leave prompt. Always have good service here.

Nice rooms but food and service really poor for the price.

Rooms are decent enough, pretty clean and well maintained. Food at the restaurant is another matter entirely. The food we ordered was terrible and tasted like it had been cooked and left in the fridge for a few days. Definitely go elsewhere to eat.

Lovely clean, well appointed accomodation, the restaurant was reasonably priced and family friendly too. We stayed here one night before an early flight from Luton; we left our car here for 8 nights and had complementary taxi transfers to and from the airport for a very reasonable £105. My only real criticism is that the room was pretty hot and stuffy and adjusting the room heating and ventilation control in any direction made no difference.

Great breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, easy check in and out, clean room, overall an enjoyable stay. The only things that let them down for me personally are that the room was a bit cold, the TV signal was a bit weak at times and not enough soap for the another of people in the room. Apart from that would definitely return. Thank you to the housekeeping, reception, bar and restaurant staff for looking after us.

Nice pleasant and relaxing bar and coffee area, unfortunately it only has one hour of free parking. It really needs two hours of free parking to allow people to relax.

Very convenient for the airport. Nice restaurant, very comfortable beds.

Clean room, bed was cosy and I had good night sleep. Staff courteous and helpful. Overall ambience super cool.

Comfy rooms and good location for the airport. We had a good meal in the evening and a good breakfast the next day. The staff were very helpful too.

Hotel is fine, and the room was fine. The staff couldn't answer my questions, and just kept repeating the same answer back which didn't tell me anything! All I wanted to know is if it was possible to check in early? to which I was just told "check in time is 3pm", can I check in early if the room happens to be ready? "check in time is 3pm". The actual answer was "yes, if the room is ready". Then it was similar when we actually arrived a little early and tried to check in we had a similarly confusing conversation, but we did eventually get to check in (and a little early! ).

Friendly check in. Room was very clean and spacious. Restaurant and bar menu was lacking many options; no jacket potatoes and no gluten free options which was frustrating considering there's very little else in the area.

Had to repeat and spell my name at check in. Draft bad through windows. TV screen dirty. Toilet door makes noise and open it self. Hair in shower. Light switches filthy. Coffee stain down side of table… I will not risk staying there again not if it was free.

The listed postcode lu2 8dd will take you to the wrong location, and whilst myself and my neighbours would love to meet you, we are growing a tad tired of giving directions to the Hotel :-) especially at 1am in the morning! Clearly the Hotel management seem unconcerned that you will have problems locating them as they have made no attempt (in the last 5 years) to resolve this issue. Enjoy your stay at the Hotel and please use LU2 8DL in your Sat Nav :-).

The lobby is nice, the stall is friendly, the bar is a nice touch, but the condition of the bathroom was pretty bad. The tiles rocked under my feet, the grout was missing from multiple shower tiles and the mold had a formidable hold on the shower. It had a distinctly musty smell to it. I will choose the Hampton inn next time.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights whilst visiting family from Australia. Must say the Hotel from the outside looks tired and clinical. But on the inside it is fabulous — especially the welcoming open gas fire in the casual lounge/bar area. What wonderful service we had from all of the staff. Do yourself a favour and go for the full breakfast deal. Well worth it. We dined a few times and couldn't fault the food. Probably a little pricey, but very pleasant. The rooms were nice enough. Adjustable bed firming dial on side of bed — unusual but find it when you first book in. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel postcode is incorrect — use LU2 8DL and you wont get lost like almost everyone! Why they cannot sort out that basic with Royal Mail is beyond me.

I spent a weekend here last year. I loved the coziness of this Hotel. It is well located just 15 mins drive from Luton Airport and on the leafy and quiet Hertfordshire part of Luton. The food here is excellent and the Hilton standards are amazingly upheld here. I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend and the Manager is a credit to the Organisation.

Great hotel for either airport stop overs or business meetings. I've stayed on both occasions. Staff were flawless and always with a warm smile. Rooms were spotless, the only downfall was the time that it took for the food to arrive as we were eating at the restaurant, but I think that it was a one time thing. I'll surely visit again.

Nice and serene environment. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, situated perfectly. Nice room and good service. Nothing memorable but nothing to complain about apart from the internet which wasn't quite straightforward to set up.
