Nice friendly owners and a good breakfast.

Very friendly people, great value for money, lovely food and a perfect position in town.

Very friendly and familiar guest house. Quite close to the sea. I liked being here.

A lot of hair on the pillow, duvet and sheet. Floor carpet does not look vacuumed properly. The house probably has a dog thus it is filled with cheap fragrance to hide the pet smell. Washing handbasin in the room is not cleaned properly. Towels provided that still have full of soap that were not rinsed properly. Room next door played music whole night loudly, the owner did not say anything to them… OMG and walls do not have any sound insulation so I could hear everything. Awaful!, honestly, avoid if you can.

Been here twice now and I have been very satisfied with the welcome, staff and room. Nice and warm cost family run place I would recommend it to all.

Our first choice Harrys Hotel double booked us, so they recommended this place but was very disappointed. I booked two rooms, but was shocked to find one room was in another building in another road! The breakfast was very poor, used wrappers left in the self service section, you make you own tea and coffee with cheap brand sachets, The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired with half empty beauty products left in bathroom, also the carpet had not been hoovered. The owner was in the dining area bare footed which did not seem very hygienic, so overall very disappointing.

It was a very pleasent stay. At first I thought it would be a disaster as the room was cold and the shower was moldy. But I spoke with the owners and an hour later the shower was in tip top condition and they had helped me to manage the radiator (it's easy but in Sweden most hostels preset the radiators to maximum so I didn't think of checking it myself). For the next 6 days I have really enjoyed the place and also had a very good time with the owners. So if you want to enjoy a really nice Welsh guest house. Then come here.

Had a lovely stay in aberystwyth thanks to tjink bed and breakfast.

At first the place seemed to be nice, that was until we were served breakfast. The food was uneatable to say the least. Dripping with grease, on dirty plates and the owner serving breakfast looked like she was still drunk from the night before. I would recommend to stay in this hotel only for those who lived in India not less then 6 months or those who want to spend the rest of their holiday in a hospital.
