Really clean and modern. Everything you need. Great location. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Will be staying again.

Our family have booked and stayed at the premiere Inn Tenby every year for the last 4 year's. Good food. Very polite staff. And in a good location.

The hotel was fine. But very little space outside to park while unloading or reloading cars. My girlfriend got a parking ticket because the loading bay in front of the hotel was full. So we pulled into a car park behind the hotel for a few minutes to load suitcases and family. We tried to load the car safely instead of clogging up the street in front of the hotel and we're penalised for it with a parking ticket. We feel the hotel hasn't provided adequate facilities for guests to do this safely.

Perfect location. Wi-Fi. Friendly staff. Good shower. Good breakfast. Multi storey car park is cheap. Perfect.

Beautiful hotel and air con rooms, breakfast and evening meals really tasty. Staff are so very friendly and helpful 10 out of 10 for the long weekend stay. Stayed with daughter and grandson.

Fantastic week stay, room was fantastic, comfortable bed for a good night sleep. Shower room was fantastic as I am disabled and use a wheelchair and need plenty of space. Staff were so friendley and went out of their way to helearn you. Food was amazing with affordable prices. Location was fab with lots of shops. Takeways and just a walk across the road to sit by the harbour. Will be back again next year that for sure x.

Ideally situated for town and beaches. Staff excellent. Car park is chargeable but is very convenient. There is a pull in just outside the hotel, ideal for unloading.

Great location about a minute walk from the sea and shops. Easy check in and staff are friendly. The rooms were nice but had a funny smell.

Overnight stay was again excellent all round. Good nights sleep and great breakfast. Room comfortable and quiet. Checked in without no problem keys for rooms provided within minutes of arrival. Staff all very attentive and welcoming.

First impression is of a very clean, lovely family room with comfy beds (one double, two singles and an impressively clean cot) and good space for all four of us. Large Freeview TV and free Wi-Fi. Tea and coffee. Good bathroom with shower over and hair and body wash provided. Pleasant views of the town from the windows. One star lost for only providing one power point next to the double bed (not even one each side) and for the slightly loud and therefore intrusive heating / ventilation. However, a nice stay and still very good value indeed, I'd say.

Central and convenient position but no free parking on site so add about £5 daily to cost. Helpful friendly staff. Rooms clean with all basic needs. Windows do not open so be sea air.

It is good value for money, a great location and the staff are amazing, they can't help you enough. The beds are comfortable though very noisy. The walls and ceilings are very thin so you can hear people walking about above like a heard of elephants and hear every word of the conversations going on in the other rooms. That been said we have stayed here before and will again due to the great location, value for money and staff.

Great location, good value. Other guests were noisy during our stay but the staff sorted it. Walls are too thin when you can hear next doors conversations.

The location is awesome. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. They do buffet for breakfasts and for a limited time. You pick and choose the desserts from the tables around and make tea and toasts as you like. In mean time, the staff takes your order and cooks everything from scratch. You can order food as many times as you like and they will cook it for you. This place is very cozy. I will recommend it to everyone.

Looks almost brand new, room was small but fine for us. Breakfast was delicious and staff all very friendly. Would 100% stay again if we didnt have the dogs with us.

Had a wonderful 3 night stay. Breakfasts were excellent and staff attentive. Room was quiet if a bit smaller than other Inns. Location was brilliant, literally in the town and near North beach. We had the meal deal 2 evenings which were fantastic value. This Premier Inn is to be commended. Small niggle, no pillow protectors. Apart from that Well done, we'll be back.

Great location and comfortable rooms. Fantastic, friendly staff made this a very comfortable stay. Lots of excellent eateries and bars nearby, and Tenby is a stunningly beautiful place. Overall a very positive experience. If you are driving, there is a car park behind the hotel but this costs £5 for 12 hours and £8 for 24 hours.

Nice hotel. Not impressed with a room where the window looks out onto a blank wall about 3 feet away. Very little natrual light. Eat in restaurant on first night would not do so again. Very poor quality food. Staff first class.

Fantastic location. Restaurants, bars and cafe's just across the road. Beach and main town less than a 5 min walk. The bed was a bit harder than I remember them being but the room was the usual good quality. Only minor downside is the parking. Limited spaces behind the hotel and a multi storey 5 mins away but if both of those are full (if you've gone out for a few hours) you have to park a fair distance away. There is a park and ride bus but on one day there were long queues so we opted to walk the 15-20 mins back.

Clean good value accommodation right in the centre of tenby. Lots of good eating places nearby and shops and beach walking distance. Good base.

Really comfortable, modern and minimalistic room. The staff weren't pretentious just fine. We only stayed for the night but I would definitely come again. Price is so-so but I had hell lot worse rooms for the price. Location of hotel is ideal too.

Modern and comfortable hotel within easy walking distance of the town centre. We had a pleasant breakfast in the small on site restaurant/bar. Be aware that car parking isn't included in the price and the closest option (less than a minute walk) is £8 for 24hrs but I believe there are cheaper alternatives if you're prepared to be further away.

Clean and did the job. People kept knocking on our door looking for someone else which got really annoying as did the screaming kids as it was Easter holidays. Good location.

This is the second time myself and family have stayed overnight, on this occasion a 2 night stay. Booking in was straight forward as did that online before arrival so just needed to pick up our room key. On arrival was told there was a 10 minute wait for room which was fine as we sat in lobby. Room became available as promised, room was more than ample and clean. Beds were great as always and as advertised and everything else to premiere inn standards. The only down side we had a few noisy guests close by which did keep us awake longer than expected. Breakfasts were good and more than ample for what was required. Overall another good stay although vnext time I would go for a room that doesn't have rooms above.

This is a typical premier though a bit smaller than most as it is housed in what was part of a cinema and hall. What sets it apart is the central location in Tenby. You look at the old town wall when you eat breakfast. Cross the road and you are in the town. Turn left and you are looking at the harbour from above. The beaches (2) are both within 10 min walk. Only downside is parking. Drop off point outside and a car park to the right which charges £8 per 24hrs. Or park in the train station £1 a day in winter or £3 a week. A little more in summer… 4 min walk but from the car it is up hill. Fantastic location… will be back.

Lovely clean room. Restaurant clean with very friendly staff. Food great for a hungry family. Situated perfectly to explore Tenby. Would stay again no problems at all.

Nice hotel, nice food and plenty to do in the local area.

Really good premier inn. Same standard/experience as all the others we have stayed at. Which is to say, you know what you're getting. And as they say in their advert, it is a lovely comfy bed and a nice sleep. This hotel is really well positioned and easy to walk everywhere in tenby. It doesn't have a carpark but there are two near by which are very easy to walk to so I didn't mind.

The location very good in the middle of Tenby… Service always good. The room was perfect for my family 2 babies. Great stay.
