Love d room facilities and service provided by them. Breakfast buffet was yummy.

We enjoyed our stay here. In terms of service staff is really welcoming and breakfast was good and rooms were spacious. We asked for the mountains view and room on higher floor but initially we were given room on 5th floor with buildings view and then we requested the staff and they accommodated same time and moved us to 10th floor with nice view.

The Nour Arjaan is one of, if not the, nicest hotels I've ever stopped in. Every single staff member is polite, courteous and will go out of their way to help you. If you want somewhere to stay in Fujairah you won't find anywhere nicer.

Fantastic stay. Excellent staff who helped with everything I needed. The hotel offers a mosque view of the grand mosque in fujairah which Is amazing especially at night. The room comes with a small kitchenette including hob, fridge and microwave. Fridge size was quite big.

An amazing place… good service, good rooms & I love the terrace pool side.

Hotel is located in the city not by the beach, area is full of construction. Staff is friendly. Food is nice but the buffet is small though. There is outdoor mixed pool and gym on the top. The sheikh zayed mosque is walkin distance. Nearby there are some food courts and nice restaurants. Rooms are clean, little old furniture.

In short, Good location and good inside the hotel BUT, 1. Valet parking are not guest welcoming or good in there job so better PARK Your OWN CAR. 2. Cleaning the rooms are nice but they do not change ur towels until u ask for. So ask for it.

What an awesome stay, true value for money. The hotel even surprised us since it was our anniversary and we have the Hotel Manager, Mr. Ghyath Fawaz to thank for this. We've traveled across Europe to multiple countries and in multiple hotels, but this was the best. The location was great and peaceful, with an amazing view of the mountains. The breakfast was excellent value for money, with a wide spread and friendly chef. We're definitely coming here again!

It's a nice and good hotel in this location, spacious rooms, large twin beds, with large closet and with iron and board. Nice toilet and bath, small kitchen with medium sized fridge enough for your food, with microwave oven.
Staffs are very polite, kind and helpful for your needs and request.

We were in Fujairah to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had booked standard rooms through dnata travels. We checked in late at around 8 PM. The manager at the reception told us that the standard rooms have twin beds and there were no king size beds. We then had to upgrade our rooms to Classic Suite by paying extra amount of money. The stay was for two days and we had delicious spread for the breakfast each day. (It was complementary). The staff were good and friendly. The manager went ahead and gave a complementary massage coupon to me. We had a good time :)

My friend and I stayed for one night in this hotel and we did not expect the quality of service we experienced. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by a soft spoken Filipino receptionist and she was so accommodating. The hotel room we got was a studio-type for two but it was so spacious, clean and well organized. The toilet is very clean. The room was filled with a lot of amenities needed the stay. I would recommend this to others and I am looking forward for the next opportunity I can stay in this hotel. It is very accessible as its located beside the main road and the bus top for public transport is just in front of the hotel.

As with the other Rotanas we've stayed in, the staff were the strength. Especially Jessa on reception and the new lady in the reception coffee bar. Its's well located on the main road into Fujairah. The room was very comfortable, in fact one of the nicest I've had but the bathroom was very small and I kept scraping my arm on the catch of the door every time I sat on the loo. The pressure in the shower was a little disappointing and the other disappointment was how poorly the kitchen area was equipped. Cutlery missing-there were 2 desert spoons but only one fork and nothing else. 2 cups and saucers, 2 plates but no saucepan if you wanted to boil an egg for breakfast. I found the bar situation a little strange. They advertised cocktails and a happy hour but when we looked into it, the happy hour was in a the pool area and once up there we realised that the pool staff had stacked the chairs and tables so no where to sit. The other choices were to sit in the restaurant which wasn't satisfactory either, or in your room. All in all, I think I'd be tempted to try a different hotel on my next visit which is a surprise because given a choice in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain I'd definitely choose Rotana over any other hotel chain.

We stayed here for an overnight fujairah visit. We loved it! Rooms are big with kitchen. Good amenities and location is close to city centre fujairah.

One of the best tasty food in Fujairah.

As expected, a hotel run by Rotana, the hotel was very good. Room was very big. The scenery outside our balcony was great. Anything we wanted was just a phone away. Only 2 things bothered me. One very important thing for Arabs is that the bathroom is not equipped with a water hose (for the toilet). Their bathrooms are more suitable for Europeans or Americans (just toilet paper). This made me checkout a day earlier than I was supposed to. The other thing is that they took my visa and locked a certain amount in advance. It was the 26th of December and at the end of the month, money was kind of tight. Fortunately my salary was in my account the next day. Other hotels take a deposit and at the end of the stay they take what is left. The parking areas around the hotel are not enough and I was forced to try their 4 story garage. I have a low ride and while trying to park, I damaged my front bumper hitting a stone they put at the end of the parking spot. I think there is no need for that stone there.
