Waited and wasted almost 3 hours just to check in. The receptionist is rude and keep on telling silly stories why we are yet to check in.

Worst experience ever, room not clean, 2 hours of complaints till they change the room, stains on chairs,, they said they cleaned and sanitized the room without any proof at leats sticker or label on the door to show that they did! Closet have dust inside. They changee the room to another one cleaned. But anyway bad experience, one of the maintenance guys was without even mask (all other stuff with mask). I didn't like it and I will never try that hotel again. I am surprised how this is 5 stars hotel I have been to many 5 stars hotel no comparison to that one at all.

I like how friendly and helpful the staffs are. From the hotel reception, gym receptionist and swimming instructors. I love Angel from the gym, the most friendly and helpful receptionist ever!

I have only used there pool facilities. It's a good place to teach your kids swimming. They have good instructor.

Besides the room everything else here irks me. Having stayed here on two occasions over time. On my last visit the room boy entered our room without permission to clean it. The hospitality is substandard. Having gone again to book a room for 4 nights and arrived at 11 am I requested them to give me a room atleast by 1230 however they told me I have to pay 100 dhms extra for being before 2 pm. This is not the case at any other hotel even a genuine 5 Star hotel. I chose not to complain or write reviews about the breakfast being served more than 2 hours late on my last visit. Never going here again.

The worst Hotel I have ever seen. Very dirty rooms. Pillows and blankets were looking like used. Rooms are very smelly and dusty. The service and staff is pathetic. Pool is in their parking building. For which we have to walk alot. I don't know how are they qualified in 5 star hotel category.

One of the best hotel I ever stayed, once I arrived the main gate, there is the friendly stuff give u the valet parking! mosque view is amazing! The room was quite cozy with good service! Breakfast so good, this is the only place you can eat fresh made falafel I think! Staff very friendly, super good for family and tourist!

Buffet of VIEW BELLE RESTAURANT is amazingly have a lot of very delicious items especially during Ramadan iftar.

From the time we arrived, we had a terrible experience. We have a 5 month old baby and was told we couldn't get a baby crib, meaning I had to sleep on the floor. We had 2 adults and 3 children and whenever they cleaned the room they'd only give us 2 towels. There was no fridge in the room to store food. They said there was going to be a magic show starting at 1pm, which our kids were excited about. It started at 2pm and was just face painting and juggling. No magic! I won't be coming back.

The room is not clean. And old. Swimming pool is far from the guest room. No towel at swimming pool. And the breakfast could be better.

My Family's Preferred Choice In Fujariah Nice, Clean and professionally run hotel. The perfect choice for families. With ample parking underground and behind the hotel. There is even a nice swimming pool and Gym located in a purpose build annex to the hotel. Breakfast Buffet is plenty and well worth the extra money you pay for. Staff are wonderful people Tip: Breakfast Buffet is worth the money.

Check-in was efficient and quick. Elevators a little slow to arrive. Room facilities were not what was stated: tumble drier, fully equipped kitchen (only a few plates and cutlery) had to call for extra cups, so notice wasn't taken about the number of guests in room, kettle was broken, windows were extremely dirty on outside — ruined the view of the Mosque. The beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were very large and spacious. Towels were rock solid. Pool was great on about 4th floor, not 26th as it looks on hotel website! Parking was secure in guarded car park with great walkway to hotel. Didn't eat the food so cannot comment. Great location for malls and routes out of Fujairah. Would visit the hotel again if kitchen was equipped for self catering.

The hotel and amenities are lovely, rooms are spacious and parking is available. Close to all malls, restuarants and Fujairah sights. We went on a UAE long weekend and unfortunately as a result the pool was very full and towels were not readily available however, swimming after 7pm was wonderful as the pool closes at 9pm.

Unfortunately the staff especially Egyptian they don't have experience how to talk with customers, no chance to stay again for this reasons. Otherwise the guys who park the car and cleaner opposite them mashallah. Good luck with such a nice hotel.

This not my first time to book this hotel my last review about the hotel was 2012 and this is the last one because I haven't seen any improvement it's getting worse, please find my comment below. 1-room smell so bad 2-stander facility wasn't available like glasses, hotel information book & room service menus, When I asked for it staff replied if you want to eat come down to the restaurant and I know the breakfast fast buffet close @10:30am as per the the front desk staff informed me during my check in. 3-Bathroom was dirty (W/C) wasn't washed 4-bed mattress was horrible and A/C was too loud. 5 — in room Wi-Fi is poor. all these information been given to hotel manager action was apologize (accepted) and he gave his business card for my next visit thanks for the offer but no thanks there is no next visit to Fujairah Concord.

Good location, in the city center, can walking around, here is the center of fujairah.

Very nice hotel, pleasant personnel, good location to Mosque, shopping and close to the sea. Reasonable prices, the swimming pool has a view of the mosque.

Exorbitant! Rooms were not bad. All around hotel smells Cigarette! Awful! There are low quality cheap foods and there is no difference between Breakfast, Lunche, and Dinner! Waiters were so clumsy and no drinks except worm bottled water! No mini bar! Not recommended at all…

Poor housekeeping. Bad TV. Room colors are awful. Staff not friendly they called me several time to do check out even before my time. Bad meals. I expected more services.

Great spa and massages procedures! Everything in the interior design is done with taste and precision — comfortable and practical.
