We could take our Dog (big) and comfortably stay at the hotel as spacious place with plenty of space to walk in the beach. Amazing view and clean beach with beautiful fish and turtles! very friendly staff and was an absolutely amazing trip as our dog could also be a part of it. ❤❤❤

We were upgraded to the chalet upon arrival, so happy for that. The rooms were clean although the decor could use a refresh. Super friendly staff. Food is nice but not much selection. Best part is the resort being pet-friendly. Would recommend to friends and family.

Amazingly beautiful place and spaces rooms.

The only positive thing about this property is a very nice beach in front of Dibba rock where you can snorkel with the local turtle population. The turtles love this beach and you definitely gonna see lots of them. It was amazing experience.
But everything else was below average. Definitely not a 4 start level, but more like a roadside dirty motel. Some of the staff is arrogant and seem not to realize they work in hospitality, food is very way below average and
overpriced.
Our breakfast took 55 minutes to be served, with not even water or coffee and on the top we had to hear the general manager shouting at his staff insulting them inside the pantry. Finally when the breakfast arrived, to our surprise it was terrible! We left it and had some cookies and coffee at Starbucks. It's was very disappointing.
All rooms have a nice view to the beach but that's all. Standart rooms are all smoking, rooms so if the previous guests were smokers there will be a smell of smoke in your room for some time.
The rooms have old outdated furniture from 20 years back, also there's a problem with limited sockets to charge your gadgets. In both rooms AC was super noisy, weird smell in the bathrooms and toilet flush not working. Towels were worn out. Rooms moderately clean but there's not impeccable cleanliness and feeling of freshness.
So overall it's a very overpriced old hotel with rude unpolite staff.

We will definitely come back. Very good good resort and accomodating staff.

I didn't like anything I was forced to leave half way through my sleep and drive all the way back to Dubai, as there was constant noise and music playing for a neighbour for which I complained 5 times to security and they did nothing to stop it, in-fact they further increased the tension by informing my neighbours I was complaining and thus creating a violence riot outside my room where I was cursed and sworn at by the neighbours from them for which I had to call the police for my own safety and inform them the hotel is letting in over 15 people to the neighbours room for which they should only have 2 people and these people are not only being violent throwing verbal abuse to me but the hotel is allowing them to continue causing noice and nuisance and allowing them to have 15 people in a small room fit for 2 people only and and ignoring the threat of coronavirus.

A great place to relax! We love everything here. Will definitely come back!

Quiet cozy place … the rooms are isolated from each other … provide a mangal (without anything) very friendly reception staff and others. We were allowed to make a late check out.

Amazing Beach Resort to do Snorkeling and Diving. Also to see Turtles.

This place was somehow unexplored by me for a long time… serene, peaceful, private, beautiful and a real outing is what it means. Hotel is decent most of the rooms are sea facing and well maintained. Staff are extremely friendly food was ok… for those who drink. Dont carry anything… they have a liquor shop in the property which is very cheap. The hotel does not serve alcoholic beverages though. Highly recommended. Dint forget your best camera. For adventurous people. They also have scuba diving lessons and wide list of other water activities to choose from (priced additional)

Very nice quiet hotel. The Marine life is amazing and room are very clean with polite professional helpful staff. Plus it has an amazing Scuba diving center.

On my last visit this place was under construction. Location is great.

A great, peaceful, secluded place to relax couples or people who want to distance themselves from the hustle and bustle. Service at the height. A buffet can be called even dietary. Varied. Clean beach. Beautiful "sunset" in the water-sand. Recommend.

Open beach and coffee shop are amazing.

We spent our new year's Eve here two years ago. This is not a glamorous five star hotel or some fancy resort. It's a smallish establishment with two wings of challets enjoined by a row of rooms. They're usually fully booked by their regular customers. It's a good stay away from the hustle and bustle of Dubai city. We didn't plan to live in the room, a comfy bed and a clean, spacious shower with a bathtub was great. The beach was private and quiet, superb location for bikini shots. We had a wonderful time taking photos and the sunset gives an amazing lighting and backdrop. The beach is just literally in front of your room or chalet. Lulu hypermarket was just a short drive away so you can get pretty much whatever you want to eat. The resort has barbeque sets for use, we bought fish, meat and vegetables — BBQ away for dinner. The rooms come with breakfasts and if you enjoy Arabic spreads of local goats cheese, olives and hummus you're in heaven. We brought our snorkeling gears and there were lots of sea turtles. They came to feed on the moss grown on corals when the tide was in. Such a wonderful experience. You can order shisha to your room, sit at the balcony and enjoy the sound of waves hitting the shores. We didn't want any crazy watersports, or expensive paraglider. So this place is a gem. My kids didn't have access to the internet so they were present with me!

We arrived for one day, to buy. The beach is not bad, but there was low tide and swimming was not comfortable. Seen turtles. Jellyfish were caught in the water. The food was very good. Vacationers in February are few.

The property sells alcohol legally.
The only downside is the toilet room, no soap and toilet paper in the toilet. After the request to the reception to supplement the situation has not changed even after an hour.

After pereuplotnennyh the beaches on the Gulf of ocean beaches are deserted. And it is that in "the Velvet season"!

No service at the beach area. Food in restaurant is over priced, most of the food on the buffet looks frozen. It is not worth, 95 aed. Starbucks opens after 9am with poor service.

Hotel for pure relaxation from the bustle of the city.

We were at the end of October, is considered to be the season. But the water in the ocean of fresh milk, at the same time, there is no exhausting heat. Every morning arrive turtles, very pure water. On the beach just a few people, so feel on a personal coast. Lived in the apartments consisting of 2 large rooms (bedroom and lounge) Cleaned every day, very clean, change of linen every day, and every day added shampoo, soap, shower gel, body cream and even a shower cap, cotton buds, a comb and nail. Very convenient that almost near the veranda beach. Very friendly staff, the food is very tasty, especially fish. The first 3 days at all dined only we, therefore, brought under the order, the portions are huge. In General, there are recreation for body and soul.
