I went there for a beach acess and a brunch. The beach is nice and clean with comfy sunbed. Regarding the brunch which was at the world eatery restaurant I can see it was average, quantity wise it was huge but quality wise it really need improvements as taste of the food is much important than it's quantity.

Wonderful hotel in a prime location on the outer frond of The Palm in Dubai. We were able to get a very good deal for a few nights stay and I can happily report that the staff, rooms, food, beaches and facilities are all top notch. Fantastic! I would definitely visit again.

What an amazing hotel. Amazing suite beautifully designed and set out with more than you need and could imagine. Great service. Great view. Lots to do. One never actually needs to leave the hotel location. Pools, with waterfall and slides, beach front, shops, eating paces, and greenery. Would recommend to all.

Ok. The price/quality ratio would have liked better for the money. There was no hairdryer in the room until we turned to the front desk, the dental care equipment was also not found. Small but unpleasant…

A great hotel overlooking the Arabian sea from one side and the iconic Palm Jumeirahon the other side. The atmosphere, the pool, the beach and restaurants were super great and unforgettable. It is a rare good place to take a vacation along with your family and your kids will certainly love it. All water sports activities are available, and having a glass at night close to the poolit so romantic.

Beautiful hotel, very nice as all of the rest of Dubai, pool with all the necessary amenities and Nice beach with great service, maybe only flaw are beds and umbrellas really too attached to each other, overall great, we ate Excellent meat at the restaurant Porterhouse, one of the 12 of the structure.

Visited this property for several times, and I have to admit this is really worth coming back for. Especially that they have this great offer in all of their dining outlet. What made us wow was the Porterhouse Steaks and Grills which offers the most sumptuous dining experience you can ever have in Dubai in a most affordable price, plus the great service you get from each single staff whom you can see are fervently working in their profession.

Great hotel! Enjoyed our stay. Pools were amazing, plus the view. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the Porterhouse team. They serve delicious steaks as well. Can’t wait to come back in Sofitel! Thank you for the warm hospitality!

First, that to me, as my mother Polutoraletnego child immediately caught in the eye-this is an absolutely polluting number! White socks immediately turned into black, which was then easier to throw away than to wash, in the corners of pieces of dust on the balcony so generally on the floor to draw a finger you can, all in a bird, sorry for straightforwardness, crap. Bath in divorces, for what money then paid such?! The floor so never nobody washed, themselves all, towels.
Secondly terrible sand on the beach. It is not even sand, and congestion of large fragments of shells and some truhi. Going into the sea is wildly unpleasant and places even hurts.
Third, unjustifiably expensive restaurants.
The only place where we did not regret the money left is "Laguna". Here is really very tasty and comfortable.
Lovely Baby Center! My son and I were happy to spend the afternoon there until dinner.
The pool is nice, clean, big, beautiful.
And in the sea especially do not buy, just started to swim-here already and buoys. And in places they are foolishly marked over the water. You swim, you swim, you look straight, buoys like far away… Here when hit hips in a prickly vile fence under water! You look to the right, to the left-one bujok away at this very level is swayed, true… Well, and more often it was impossible to mould them?!
In short, for such money-hotel Nicherta not luxury!

A brilliant resort. We spent the day there, an amazing layout with lots of hidden away pools. The long beach front is great. We only eat from the pool bar but for what it was it was well over priced. As Privillee members we get a discount off F&B which made it okay. We will definitely return.

Spectacular, a hotel 10 points! The rooms are houses! Huge, perfect pools. The beer very expensive, as in all of Dubai.

A beautiful and luxurious hotel! The rooms are spacious with all amenities, kitchen, microwave, washing machine, two bathrooms, etc. With an incredible sea view! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic. This is a beautiful hotel in a Fantastic location. I had a junior suite with a sea view. No noise to disturb me. Room is huge and well appointed. Balcony was great to sit on and watch the sunrise. The executive lounge is fantastic. The service from the staff is off the highest quality. The hotel is at the end of the palm so away from the noise and pollution of down town. Perfect if you need some peace and quite to recharge the batterys. The food is exceptional. The pool is great and the pool side service is fantastic. This is a hotel and would happily live in.

Great hotel with excellent service and food — especially the Chinese restaurant and Porterhouse steak restaurant which was amazing food. Laguna lounge is perfect for chilling out with great tunes by the new DJ! Would definitely recommend and come back again.

A lovely hotel on the Palm. All staff were so helpful and curteous. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Good beach with bars. The hotel is someway from downtown Dubai and although there is a complimentary bus a couple of times a day one has to use a taxi. The only downside.

Great place… I found an offer on Expedia I had one of the suites… Really beautiful to go there right away, clearly the eating and drinking are dear dear but it is really worth it.

From the moment I arrived I fell in love with this resort. Every member of staff we encountered couldn't do enough for you and couldn't be more friendly. The upgrade to the beach suite blew us away and was incredible. We booked a beach picnic and even in the heat the waiter was fab. I would like to pick a time to come again when there would be less children but we simply moved from the pool to a quiet end of the beach! Every restaurant was great, again my only critique would be that children are allowed at the later sittings as they tend to get quite cranky late at night and a crying child can make or break a romantic evening. That being said the food and service were both superb. The choices on offer from breakfast — lunch a dinner — wine, great! We took part in a few different watersport activities which were great fun, the gym well equipped and clean. I've been a travel agent previously for many years and always had a rule of never returning to the same venue twice however we are already looking at a return trip to Sofitel the palm in the new year as we were blown away! Thank you.

My wife & I stayed here for a couple nights during our short stop over in Dubai. I must commend all the staff at the Sofitel who made our stay there so enjoyable from the bellboys who helped us out from the taxi to the waiters in the restaurants. I don't think I've ever seen such a consistent experience by all their staff in any hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a nice view of the Arabian Sea or the inside of the Palm Island. They also have a great selection of restaurants to eat from so you don't need to travel too far and an excellent pool facilities. I would recommend the Sofitel at Juremiah to anyone.

My wife and I stayed for 3 night to get away from the little one! From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed by the polite and courteous staff. Nothing was too much trouble! The hotel is wonderful and maintained to a very high standard. During our stay, we had half board. We opted for breakfast and dinner each day in each of the three a la carte restaurants. Each of these provided multiple lovely options for each of the three courses available and the food was delicious! My wife and I were so sad to leave (she shed a tier! ) and hope that we can come back one day soon for another treat, in this wonderful luxury hotel resort! hanks so much we really mean it! :-)

Amazing stay at Sofitel Palm Dubai. Upgraded to junior suite in recognition that we were there to celebrate my 40th birthday. Not only did we have the suite but also boxes of chocolates and fruit bowl along with a discount voucher for the spa. Restaurants were amazing and you felt you were "dining out" each night — to the point that we would go out in the evening and return to the hotel for food when booked for a late sitting. Being able to use the half board for either lunch or dinner gave great flexibility to fit around any trips or plans outside the hotel. Staff just couldn't do enough for you, without being in any way pushy. Overall — amazing! Thank you x.

Stayed in August, really nice hotel as you can see from the pictures. Polynesian-style property maintained in excellent condition, large entrance hall with various seats to relax.
Staff trained and friendliest, always with the smile and polite. There's a chance. Press in the room resolved immediately. Welcome from ten and praise.
Accomodation (I state that we were staying in a junior Suite Sea view) wide modern room and equipped with all the comforts even more, products for the body of excellent quality mattresses and pillows comfortable, large terrace equipped. You couldn't ask for more. Only flaw but I think bad luck our The sea view was not there because we had in front of the central conditioning that Occludeva the view.
Swimming pool and beach wonderful always sunbeds available bar service with call directly from the beach umbrella, the hotel has three swimming pools all special and to try.

Eat a treat various restaurants available from fish to Asian meat, we have. Dined at Manami's restaurant with. The BBQ evening very good thousand types of dishes, sweets to not. Finish deserves.
In conclusion a fairytale hotel that I would definitely recommend and to which I return hoping for a room with one. Better view.

Staff always on hand to help answer a query or just smile and say hello! We had a wonderful stay, so much so my partner proposed to me. We are hoping to come back for our first wedding anniversary. Highly recommended.

It was amazing! We were booked in Prestige Suite that comes with the VIP Lounge access, and the lounge is so much worth it! The room is so huge and lovely. All the hotel staff from the lobby, reception and pool & beach sides are so nice and helpful. My boyfriend even received boxes of chocolates as birthday present from Sofitel. We will surely go back there!

Service was exceptional. Food excellent. We could not fault the hotel in any way. The room was beautiful and the pool and beach areas amazing. Shuttle bus to malls was good. Used the spa and that was a totally relaxing experience in beautiful surroundings. Mavana staff were the most helpful we have experienced anywhere in the world. All staff throughout the hotel went out of their way to make our holiday a memorable one. Thank you.

A very friendly, luxury hotel with amazing and very helpful staff. Level of service was beyond expectation from 5 star hotel. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was included and there was nice and rich selection with unique offers from Chef. There was many different restaurants to enjoy during the day with very high service. Overall, I would like highly recommend the resort, because personally I will definitely come back again soon!

Initially it took me a while to get used to my glasses fogging up, but when I overcame that, the resort was my oyster. The welcome to a weary traveler in the wee small hours, the refreshing glass of lime juice, the attentive staff taking the bags to the suite and sharing tips on the bits and bobs just made it all so comforting. Breakfast rated a 12 out of 10, customer service a 14. Cannot thank the housekeeping enough for the attention to detail. The cabana staff by the pools and beach were awesome. Friendly, attentive and on the ball. A wonderful stay and cannot wait to return.

We had an amazing 5 day stay at the Sofitel, The Palm, Dubai, to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous at all times. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The location of the hotel was ideal to enjoy the beach and swimming pools and close enough to visit the sites around Dubai. If I would be very critical then, the only slight negative comment I would have: we had specified a room with sea view, but as we were on the first floor we could only see the palm trees in front of the hotel, and the Bose system in the room only had an old style Apple connector and no radio reception so was not usable.

It was overall an enjoyable stay. our room was pleasant and the bathroom very nice and laid out well enough. A little disappointing was the view of the sea as it was obscured by a large roof area of the building below that jutted out quite a way. Was not asked if would like to upgrade (for a cost) as may have considered this. Porterhouse Restaurant was most enjoyable in all aspects. Laguna though only open at night was an attractive setting. Buffet was not up to the standard of other resorts have visited. Choices were limited, first seating areas was basic and on an occasion we felt almost unwanted as there appeared to be a private party in operation but no-one had mentioned this in advance. Maui bar looked fine but food was basic and the drinks ridiculously expensive. Would consider coming again but need assurances that some uplift had occurred. Staff however, were delightful and professional and made us feel special.

I was in November and the hotel seemed very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was very complete. However being on Jumeirah Island is far from downtown and you have to take a taxi.

This resort is quite literally an oasis in the dry desert heat. All the facilities and amenities you could possibly need and want on a vacation, including a 24hr mini mart! Palm surrounded pools and a private beach. Attentive staff, hidden most of the time, but when needed seem to magically appear within the blink of an eye. The accommodation was spectacular. We had a beach suite and it exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for a place to relax, find your zen, yet has quick and easy access to Dubai's sites, shopping and entertainment, I'd highly recommend making a booking.

Only the directions to this top hotel is an experience. The reception is spacious and magnificently furnished class rooms or suites. The grounds are impressive, the food in the restaurants very well. Only the wines are understandably as everywhere in an Arab country, very, very expensive. Unfortunately.

Though quite a distance from the centre of Dubai, this Hotel is charming and extremely well presented. The rooms were comfortable and the staff outstanding. Overall, great service and lovely location.

Beautiful property with great pool and beach area. The Polynesian design adds a very welcoming feel to the place. Excellent crab in Moana restaurant.

It's quite a drive but worth it. The lobby is amazing and the service is even better. The hallway is out of this world. I first thought that the walls are fake plants until I got close and touched them. They have planted the walls from top to bottom. What we loved the most was the children's centre. They take care of your kids and do many activities with them with all the attention and care of pros.

Very nice rooms very spacious, I had an apartment overlooking the Sea c. To 70 m2 with kitchen and two bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and doesn't make you miss anything. All perfectly clean, flawless … Nice pools and children's areas. Parking service … Overall it is a beautiful resort located in the peace of the Palm Jumeirah.

My Husband and I stayed here for a week in Feb 2016. Our stay was very pleasant, we were upgraded to the palm view upon booking our package holiday with Emirates, which was brilliant! The room was lovely, we had no complaints! The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. Just be aware that if you are on a half board package drinks are not included! (Emirates fail to tell you this when you book, we couldn't see it anywhere so just assumed soft drinks would be included or at least water — our fault for not asking them before booking I guess! Half board included breakfast and lunch or dinner only. You are provided with half board restaurant vouchers upon arrival, so be sure to carry these with you when you go out for dinner, otherwise you will have to go back to your room to get it! You are provided with the same house water in your rooms, but are not allowed to take this to dinner in any of the restaurants. We thought the prices were far too high even for a bottle of house water and a can of soda. Just be prepared if you are thinking of drinking, especially alcoholic drinks! If you are thinking of getting a taxi from the hotel… we suggest you wait for the cream taxis, we didn't have to wait more than 10 mins really, and there is a free shuttle daily to Atlantis Hotel, Emirates and Dubai Mall.

Stayed at this hotel for a week in May 2015. We were visiting friends who live in Dubai, but managed to get a fantastic deal staying here. The hotel is obviously gorgeous, as are the gardens and pools. The room was something else, with a huge balcony and bath. We booked a standard room,

Me and my family visited sofitel on 28 th october for dinner at their chinese restaurant, the dinner was going well when the main course arrived the rice was served in a small ball, we asked the assistant manager Mr HARRY to bring us a suggestion form but he started arguing that there was nothing wrong with QTY OF rice we just needed the suggestion he never stopped arguing and then we asked to call some senior after 10 mins of arguing and not getting us the suggestion formHE BECAME RACIST and COMENTTED I AM GOING TO THROW U OUT, WE WERE ZAPED HOW HE TALKED, and to our surprised he call the security to throw us out! WE CALLED THE DUTY MANAGER MISS lodres she was apologetic and understood the situation, we demanded an apology from MR. Harry and she went to talk to him and nothing concrete came out as he never applosied miss lodres said the GENERAL MANGER WOULD PERSONALLY CALL The next day TO APOLOGIZE, WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL I HOPE THE GM READS. dear freinds go there if you want to get humilated…

Stay here. We experienced a great holiday, mainly thanks to the luxury of the hotel and the friendliness of the hotel staff who are some of the best we have ever had the luck of meeting. Superb beach, location, weather, people, sea is lovely and warm. Wonderful. Just go and enjoy it.

The Softitel team are extremely friendly, polite and helpful they are always on hand ready to assist with your every request. The resort is flawless and very clean. The food is amazing, highly recommend Porterhouse restaurant for dinner and Bottega for breakfast. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the pool and just a short stroll away from the private beach. There is no better place to be in Dubai :)

Pros: Beautiful hotel, great service, nice rooms. Cons: The sand on The Palm is very corse. Also if you look left and right from the beach you realise that you are bang in the middle of a building site! I would expect the hotel to be cheaper for the period of construction.

Stayed here in march. I came with my 78year old mother and was really tired after travelling all night. Arrived about 10am at reception and was told we couldn't have our room for at least hour and half. We understood and laid on a sunbed for that time then went back and said if it was ready. They then told us it won't be until another hour. It was 2pm until we had our room. I felt they made no effort at all to get our room ready early. We were very disappointed. Room was lovely and breakfast was good but was a bit disappointed with waiting so long for the room.

Hotel is good but not super. I have stayed at many 5star hotels. This is a nice hotel with good people. But you can expect more of a 5star hotel. Big room but all stone floors with no rugs. Lot of echoes.

Beautiful hotel, we had a great time.

This place is the best for families and for those who wants to stay in the hotel and just relax. This is my second time and I have noticed great improvement in customer service and as it was before there are so many activities for kids here. Highly recommended.

Had the most amazing stay here. The room is beautiful and very clean. Staff are very helpful ignore all the bad reviews it's total rubbish. This place is amazing. You can easily walk to your room unless your lazy then u could get the buggy but its a lovely walk back in the evenings. The pools are amazing the beech is perfect. Not busy hotel at all. Its so big that everyone is spaced out. We didnt wait long at all for our drinks and food at the pool area which was lovely. Cold towels and fruit also brought around whilst sunbathing. Like I said an amazing place to stay and would defo come back. Only downside is food expensive but what do you expect being in a 5star hotel on the palm. Pop down to the atlantis hotel and have a starbucks much cheaper :).

Unfortunatly a really bad experience. I've seen many "five" star hotels in my life. The Sofitel "luxury" Palm hotel in Dubai was by far the worst I've every experienced. Why? The hotel has not atmosphere at all. The LOBBY looks like a new fancy train station in Bejing and has a similiar inspiring attitude — simply big, noisy and unfriendly. Same with the main restaurant. The BEACH is way to small for this crowd of people. You can littarly see what other are texting into their mobile phones as you are so close to each and everyone. If you think you can simply order something on the beach, I mean nothing special, just an expresso for example, you will struggel to get a waiter for at least 45 minutes, and of cours, it will also take at least 45 minutes until your expresso will be delivered. In the meantime the expresso will propably have lost some of it's temperatur. And yeah, at that time you haven't received the bill yet, just to keep that in mind. The CONSIERGE isn't very helpfull at all. You can't expect to get any advise from him of a certain kitchen or location to have dinner. If you can tell him exactly where to go, he might be able to book a table for you. But my experience was that he was "told" that its fully booked and when I personally called up they suddenly had a table.
