Oh very nice hotel, great staff. The sea here is gorgeous, next to the hotel there are all sorts of entertainment for children (for money).
4 stars for fruit, there used to be more of them, but now they are almost not given.

Just a gorgeous view from the window! The room is spacious, furnished perfectly. The service is good enough.

We stayed at the Sofitel Hotel 9 nights. Everything was at the highest level. Thank you to all the staff of this hotel. They cleaned the room 2 times. Drinking water was brought in time. We especially want to thank the officer Ruslan for politeness. Personally, we liked it all.

Great sign! Excellent food, great staff. Excellent location Beautiful rooms… The only downside is the reception of the children that I did not find great in comparison with other hotels in Dubai… At the Sofitel, no kids corner, no pool area suitable for children, and very cold reception at Club Millésime fortunately we found some exceptional staff who compensated in very nice way… To summarize, great hotel in love…

Fantastic hotel, very good location a small downside for the pool which remains small and no more but good if one. Coming to Dubai is not to stay at the hotel. Impeccable service never disappointed with the chain Sofitel.

We ended up making a last minute plan to grab a few drinks and a quick bite at the Hub recently. They have excellent happy hours and a decent range of beers and drinks to choose from till 8 pm. We ended up having a good time with a bucket of beers by the pool and cool breeze hitting us from the beach. What more do you want on a Sunday evening? They had an extensive finger food and main course section for vegetarians. The vegetables in the veg lasagna were cooked to the right consistency. If you are looking for a casual dining place by the beach, The Hub is a place to try.

Beautiful location A few meters from the sea in beautiful 5 star hotel with large rooms and view of the bay… I personally have enjoyed varied buffet breakfast and manicured with proposals from Indian, Arabic and Fusion menus… And in-room capsules of Nespresso free!

Absolutely love this hotel! When you walk in it has The WOW factor, the views from my room (916) as you can see are amazing, the breakfast buffet is nothing short of first class. Not only is there an Infini pool, the beach is right across the street along with many shops and restaurants, the tram is also walking distance. Beautiful location, location, location!

The hotel is very well located in a very lively area. Plenty of bars around a clean public beach and plenty of restaurants. In the hotel the pool is nice although a little cramped considering the number of rooms. The à-la-carte menu restaurant offers very good dishes. The Amsterdam pub is nice to watch sports. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great location by the beach and restaurants. Rooms have a decent amount of space, although furniture and features are a few years behind. Breakfast buffet was ok, although, we kept observing utensils used to grab food at the buffet table repeatedly fall to the floor, due to placement on the counter, and guests picking the utensils up and placing them back for other guests to use for food.

Amazing Hotel. From arrival until depature the hotel was pure luxury. Starting from the breakfast buffet which had a huge variety of foods and specialities. The pool with it's great ocean view as well as it's own Bar; and beanbags to relax. Room was clean and tidy. The beach is just a couple of foot steps away and has a walkway, offering all kind of restaurants. If you want to go to Downtown Dubai, you can simply take a Taxi or the Metro, which is right behind the Hotel. Sightseeing tours can also be booked via the hotel or a 3rd party company with "at the hotel pick up".

An excellent hotel on the JBR the walk. The front sea view rooms provide an excellent view over the Marina and the palm. Very helpful front desk reception staff who respond to every need. Very well furnished rooms with cosy bed and great bathroom. Very clean. Excellent housekeeping. The breakfast is superb with so much variety that it is difficult to choose. The buffet dinner is very good with daily changing themes and very good choice of dishes. Vegetarian dishes though enough are limited. Easy accessibility to the tram, monorail. The walk gets lively during late evenings.

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is superb, staff is very friendly and helpful. Facilities and rooms are very nice. We got a "club" room for a little more money, which included breakfast, club access and free soft drinks from the room minibar. We used all of these extensively and it was well worth the small upcharge. Make use of the club for light lunches! They have sandwiches and juice that are great for a snack before heading out for the afternoon/evening.

Sofitel or they are supposed to understand the French indicated on the sites in general really no zero reception, service no one, as not tired to ask for anything it bothers. Definitely does not recommend especially for the price.

Great hotel. Right on the walk and just a few meters from the beach. Friendly staff. Everything is very very clean. No one from the staff can be German. That's a pity. The breakfast was very good. However, it was also necessary to arrive at 10 o'clock in the morning to get into the breakfast room. The dinner was high quality. However, it is usually inspired by Indian and Japanese. I would also have liked noodles or simple potatoes. But one has always found something. The rooms were very nicely divided. Only the toilet area was a bit cramped. We would definitely come back. Many excursion destinations can be reached quickly by taxi. These are located at any time in front of the hotel.

Best location ; helpful staff especially Mr. Suraj from front desk amazing beach view from the room balcony except the bath area and sitting of WC which is bit congested everything else is just too good. Taxi service is immediately available at the doorstep of the hotel. Travel desk staff is excellent and genuine. Breakfast spread is amazing and food served was superb All and all one of the best hotels in Jumeirah beach.

We loved this hotel! Absolutely phenomenal service, clean and modern looking (and I am a huge germaphobe, so it takes a lot for me to describe anywhere as clean). Staff were accommodating, pool was gorgeous and absolutely everything about this hotel was top notch. Bathroom was stunning, great amenities and would definitely stay again. Breakfast is an absolute must (so don't miss it) — the choice is incredible and the chef making the omelettes is unreal! Also, the view from our room was pristine. Love, love, love! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

We had a fab time, arrived 9am but couldn't check in which was fine as it stated 3pm check in when I booked. We were able to go to the spa area and have fresh towels and a shower before we went out for the day. Hotel kindly called us to let us know we could check in at 12. Beautiful Hotel and excellent location. The only thing that I would add is more info when we checked in because we got in at midnight on our last night and there was a really good band in the pub in the hotel, if we had of known we would spent most of the night enjoying the entertainment. Breakfast was brilliant, probably one of the best I've had, something for everyone.

We stayed at the Sofitel for 7 nights on our first visit to Dubai. I was impressed with all aspects of the staffing at this property. I have never seen a hotel that has several employees at all times in the lobby just standing there waiting to help or assist you with anything you need. Check in was quick, even though we did have to wait a bit for the room to be ready. It was ready by check in time! The concierge was very efficient in helping us confirm our tour pick up times and the pool staff was friendly and always willing to help. We thought the beds sunk a little in the middle (we had two twin room) but nothing that was horrible. A truly wonderful stay!

Already on arrival we would receive very friendly. The room was very nice with great views. What's a pity is that by the pool it has too few sun loungers in the shade. Otherwise it was perfect.

All staff we're polite and probably mind readers they anticipate your needs even before speaking your mind out. I left my jacket on check out and only remembered it on the day of my flight. Staff considered my request of sending it to my airport hotel via taxi. lastly, I will never forgive myself by not remembering the name of the person who helped me checked in on the morning 1st of september. He knows the hotel like the back of his hand, answered all my queries and gave me choices what fits my needed. He also made sure I liked the room that was given to me. i liked the room but smelt of smoke, so the person who carried our luggage said we can still change our mind. Again, the option was given to me but decided not to. and the bonus part was my surprise pretty macaroon on my birthday waiting in my room when came back. thank you!

My wife and I stayed two nights at the Sofitel JBR in Dubai in August. We were very impressed with the whole property and the location was perfect for us in the marina district. The service and room were excellent. The hotel manager upgraded us to a better room with a full ocean view when our original room wasn't available at check in time. The view was terrific from the 21st floor and it was nice to have a balcony with coffee table and chairs. Our room was well appointed. The bathroom was great with a soaking tub but the room around the toilet was quite cramped. The air conditioning worked great especially since it was 43 deg C outside! The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty of variety of western and local foods. We definitely would recommend and stay at the Sofitel JBR again!

This hotel is the best we have ever been to we came in 2015 and on the basis of the resort and the hotel on this rare occasion we decided to return to the same destination. Since last time when everything was excellent it is even better now. Every member of staff is happy to serve you and have impeccable manners. They all be my over backwards whatever they are being paid is not enough! The hotel and room is spotless and constantly being cleaned. The pool area is great and we have used the gym, steam room and sauna at not extra cost. Towels provided everywhere that actual smell fresh and you are happy to use. We went half board food is fantastic loads of variety and coast effective. If this is the way this hotel looks after people we may have to come next year as well… I didn't mention the beds amazing and so comfortable. This is no 5 star hotel. Far too good for that. Keep it up Sofitel and people will keep coming.

This hotel is wonderful in so many ways. The staff and atmosphere is incredible, someone on every corner to assist. The pool area is incredible in the day then totally comes alive at night. It was the perfect way to start our honeymoon and would definitely like to return. The location was really handy with what we wanted to achieve. Close to good night life of restaurants.

In general, the impression remains great. Cancel service. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Have been settled free of charge before the time. More or less the Wi-Fi (compared to the other hotels). Close to the beach and the pleasure zone. The hotel has no structures or repairs. The view from the window to the Persian Gulf. A balcony. The number is as full as necessary. In club Lounge from 18:00 to 20:00, you can eat and drink alcohol. Good breakfast.
The ventilation is made in such a way that the air flows to the bed. Maybe someone likes to sleep when the cold air blows at you, but we turned overnight and stuffed. There's a claim for repair, and it's not neatly done in bathrooms, for example. Podtekalo of the soul. From the adjoining room, they heard what the neighbors were doing.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the design of the bathroom room in our room. I liked everything.

We had a vacation in November 2016. Holidays worked for fame. The fans of Turkey and Egypt, please don't worry. The target was to rest in the winter with comfort and it's not an end in itself. Representatives of the tour operator met on arrival. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We have an ambush in English. Now, even if they weren't, the questions on the. Were solved easily-they dialed on the phone and we asked questions. At our request, the bar in the room was cleared, the deposit was agreed and not paid, only the Tursbor. The hotel is very helpful. Even when evicted, he was allowed to stay up to 14 hours-again thanks to a guy in the fraternal republic. Unfortunately, I didn't ask for his name. They asked for a higher number on the 21st floor. Beauty-even with my fear of heights. The restaurant was very nice. The diversity of fresh juices was very good.
Yogurts with fruit and jelly. Well, the baking in the east is something. It's a 2-kg rule. The gym was very nice. There's the Hamami and the sauna-I didn't have enough time for it. The husband went, liked it. You can have dinner in the cafes next to all the tastes and purses. The beach is really near, 3-5 walking distance. Provide mini Lezhachki, towel and water. They've mastered the subway, the tram-they're near. The bank is near, the supermarket is across the street, the ATM at the hotel. Everything was perfect. I'd like to come again, and yet.

Very poor service of everything. I called to remove lunch table 3times but nobody came. Aswell there was no dental kit and the boy who came to clean the room just clean washroom he didnt change bedsheet and dusting blah blah blah.

The hotel is beautifully located. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is lovely. I want to specially thank Prem at the conceirge desk who explained to us the places of interest with our 1 free day left — see the old Dubai town, the musical fountain at Dubai Mall plus many other malls. Also Helal and his co-worker who cleaned our room and Nazarii who finalized our account. All of them were patient and polite. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A fantastic hotel right in the centre of The Walk. Less than 150 metres to the beach, plenty of shops, restaurants and amenities on your doorstep. Rooms are clean, well equipped with deluxe rooms giving a full sea view. Breakfast is plentiful with various options. Staff are all cheerful and polite. Close to the marina mall and metro station for trips into Dubai. Can highly recommended.

Very good service and location.

We were the second time in Dubai and again the right Hotel choice. The location is great. Beach in the vicinity and in the evening to Stroll the Walk. My wife came twice into the Saudi German Hospital that was horrible. It spoke no German doctor. Without Carol, and Alice from the Hotel of the English language, we would be helplessly lost. Only a small incident in the Hotel room was not nice. On the last day of missing my binoculars and appears never to return. Despite the Security, it is just gone. In spite of everything again and again.

Great location. The promenade had totally changed the place. Shops and restaurants to walk around and people with rather than jumping from mall to mall and hotel to hotel. Friendly place. Stunning rooms.

I Enjoyed my stay. Great room (ask for beach view) hence, great view, great breakfast. Most importantly I liked the crowd. Spa and restaurant is pricy, however you can walk to jumeirah beach there are restaurant and cafes out there also. The pool is small yet cute and luxury. Is quit far from downtown and taxis are likely to charge you more by going around the city (not hotel's fault :) overall for the money I paid I'm quit satisfied. Oh make sure to reserve the exact date that you want to stay cause I wanted to extend my stay but the hotel was unfortunately full and I had to go elsewhere.

It was the best sofitel I have ever stay in, I love the french brand, the beds are so soft, the breakfast is brilliant, the staff are so helpful, I will definitely come back here.

The hotel is very good. Some simple things though the hotel failed at. We didn't get body lotion replaced but got shower gels everyday even though we didn't use them. The pool area during the day is hopelessly busy but the hotel provide beach kits to enjoy the beach which is very quiet. On the last day we didn't get replacement teabags and asked for 1, only to get dozens of teabags and coffee. The most negative thing I could ever say is the bedroom door offers no sound protection and you can here hallway traffic very easily.

Hotel is impressive and the service is exceptional. It was regrettable that there were construction appearance on the other hand, that obstructs our view of the beach. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast menu was extensive, as it was the dining room special evenings. Our room was cleaned every day and the bed was very comfortable. She could not hear any noise of construction was happening on the other side of the road. It was very good value for money, we paid.

We had four nights in this hotel. There are very beautiful rooms with sea views. The hotel is located in Dubai Marina — surrounded by lots of skyscrapers. Around the hotel there are tons on construction sites — as everywhere in Dubai. So way not directly to the beach, but always on the fence.
The staff in the hotel is super friendly. On the day of departure we could freely use all facilities in the hotel — even still take a shower. You can have breakfast on the terrace. In Dubai, one driving cab — however, there are only 15 minutes to the very convenient metro.

Super value for money despite a small pool.
