Fabulous hotel and location. Great bar called The Chelsea Arms full of Chelsea memorabilia. Will definitely be returning next year. Brian is the very friendly Bar manager who has a great team. Lovely food and cocktails and happy hour. Will see you next year for definite.

Super hotel with good service.

My stay here was pleasant. Lovely, clean and elegantly designed hotel. Very courteous staff and great breakfast buffet. The meal served when ordered in room was a relatively small portion though. Hotel had a plumbing pipe burst during my stay which they didn't manage well by not alerting me until I found out there was no water. The fix took a while and cost me hours while my spouse was traumatized by her experience. For not being pro active I give them a low rating otherwise it's a 5 star hotel.

Great place to stay! Start with staff as soon as you get to the hotel are friendly, hospitable and very helpful. Take your bags and will have them taken to your room. Check in is a breeze. The rooms are clean, comfortable and my view of the creek was pretty nice. There's complimentary water bottles, some snacks and drinks in the minibar which you have to pay for. Breakfast is great have a wide variety and selection of food. I'd get an omelette made right in front of me the way I like. The fresh juices are delicious and refreshing. The 24 hour cafe is great for sandwiches. I didn't have a chance to try any of the restaurants on site. The back of the hotel is right on the creek and is lovely for sunset walks. I had a great time would definitely recommend.

The hotel is situated in a rather calm part of Dubai. You still find loads of restaurants & shopping malls around (walking distance). The hotel itself feels a bit outdated, but the rooms are quiet, clean and cozy. The creek view is fantastic, but only if being on a higher floor. The staff is friendly, but seems not to be trained for the little details, you expect from a five star hotel. Also, we didn't get informed at any time, that the pool was closing down for several days. I had to actively ask myself when we would be able again to use the pool. This is something which should be told upfront before booking a stay or at least inform the guests about it. If I would have known this before, I would have definitely booked another hotel. We've tried all in-house restaurants several times and would rather not recommend them. The food quality is poor, which does not justify the prices. All in all, it was okay to stay there, but I didn't get a wow-feeling.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It's right on the creek & central for most activities. Book a creek view room for a fabulous view from your bed. Rooms are great & beds really comfortable. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel is amazing and is a must visit especially for the buffet. Totally devine food! Also the English pub does great lunches, fish & chips gorgeous & also the curry! I don't recommend the Indian restaurant though. Breakfast is fantastic & they serve lovely coffee in the lobby. We will definitely be going back.

Great place to stay. The creek view is awesome. Good bar and excellent food where they have five restaurants (Italian, Japanese, Indian, American and Frensh) in addition to room service. Hookah bar opens from 830 p. M to 230 a. M. They have a special agent if you want to book tours. The staff is amazing. They also have big events room for events such as weddings or Sunday service. Valet service is offered for no charge. Very amazing lounge and business center. Good place to stay for families, couples, or even singles. The GYM doesn't have a lot of equipment if you want to workout. The massage therapy is average. They have Sauna. The breakfast is great and by the pool. Rooms are very spacious and great. The beds are very comfy.

Very nice location with great view on city.

The lobby is really nice as is the structure and the view on the creek. The room is nice though not great but has so many little details designed to give you the feeling of luxury. The breakfast is superb. A little pricey the pool bar is really absurd the prices of the mini bar. The Chek in is at 3pm, if you arrive first you charge about 15 Euro L hour which brings up the price of the room if you arrive early. The Staff A 5-star hotel also accessible for those who usually choose cheaper accommodations.

Excellent hotel. Pros are the perfect breakfast, the very kind people working at the door and the beautiful room. Cons are the breakfast very strict hour, no breakfast on the room service after 11am (people work at night also) and rooms are a little bit noisy.

I love this place, from the room to the staff everything is nothing less than phenomena. This hotel is the epitome of 5 star service. Everyone wants to help and give you the best experience. And they work well as a team to make it happen. But what would you expect with such a great staff! I will be coming back every time just for the service along.

We chose this hotel for a 3 night stopover based on recommendations by friends and we were not disappointed. A fantastic location overlooking the Creek, extremely comfortable, wonderful staff and our room was simply amazing, with picture windows looking across to the main part of the City and down the Creek towards the Souk. Also very easy access to the airport. Highly recommended.

Staff rooms bar and breakfast excellent and a man speaking French at the reception.
But the man know in yellow supposed to be in the service of the clientele is obnoxious. And two times.! Speaks very badly to you. Refuses to lend you towels. Basically takes himself for the director and worse makes flee the clientele. Unfortunately I am very disappointed I will not renew the experience. And no excuse from this individual! Intolerable!

Great location in the city centre, terrific view of the creek, shuttle bus to the Dubai Mall and the beach, free valet parking, and several amenities of a 5 star hotel.

First stay at this specific SPG hotel. Have driven past it many times. Since it looks nice and is close to the airport (I'm on a 16 hrs layover), I decided to give it a try. Very kind staff upon checkup. Room was fairly priced for its size with a fantastic view of the Creek as a bonus. Great for business travelers looking for a night or two in Dubai without having to drive across SZR to the marina side.

A nice hotel I may call the fast way hotel Check in in one minute same as the check out. Room is enough with nice and modern bathroom. A nice Chelsea bar every thinks about this team. The breakfast it's good and could better Not far from the airport or the old dubai places. Nice lobby.

Very nice property, we we're lucky and had the port view which is very pleasant. Customer service could've been better. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel. Everyone that worked there were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. If you asked for something they would do it immediately. The courtesy bus to the mall was great as well. Even the bus driver was lovely and helpful. I would definitely stay there again because we felt good. They certainly give attention to detail. One of the best and most beautiful city hotels we have stayed in. Very nice rooms and a wonderful bathroom.
The staff is very friendly and is immediately on the spot if anything is needed.
The location is also very good to explore the old town.
Always recommend for a short stay in Dubai.

Great Place High level service Unfortunately you do not speak the Italian inside to make you understand you have to speak English but they are always friendly and helpful it is a really well done hotel so much cleanliness you eat very well in each of the locals present Within the hotel the strategic location as you quickly get to the souk.
The rooms are clean as well as all the rest of the hotel and the staff always helpful to give you a hand.
The Wi-Fi is free as well as provided a parking because it comes with your own car.
The hotel also has a swimming pool and spa which unfortunately we did not have time to use.
Highly recommended also because in relation to the luxury hotel the prices are really good.

The breakfast could be more various. compared to Turkey the breakfast is simple. But it's very clean, staff are happy to help. Overall it's great.

Just returned from a 2 and then 3 night stay at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel. There is one work to describe the total experience and that is … "awesome"! The hotel itself is stunning and excellently laid out, pool area is lovely and in the heat having a dip in the pool is lovely. Had booked a Club Creek room and this was excellent (as it was when we stayed there last year) … spacious, well equipped and comfy! My recommendation to anyone considering a stay is to pay the extra to upgrade to a "Club" room. For the extra you get breakfast, access to the club lounge (which is so nice), afternoon tea, all day soft drinks and coffee and lastly evening canapes and alcoholic drinks (for a 2 hour period) … for us it proved excellent value for money. Jocelyn and her team who run the "Club Lounge" are so friendly, professional and make you feel part of the family. Can't praise them enough! For us the perfect hotel and package when staying in Dubai… the views over the creek are fantastic! Thank you to the whole team as you made out stay so perfect!

Very happy with this hotel. Large comfortable room, good breakfasts, tasteful and quiet ambience. Well located for touring the old town and not too far from the new retail hubs.

One of the best Sheraton hotels I've ever stayed in — can't speak highly enough of the staff! They were cheerful, friendly, helpful, kind — very can-do attitude and made us so welcome. Rooms were great, very clean and well-appointed, and I much enjoyed the creek view. Sally in the Italian restaurant looked after us so well. Location is great too — so much more restful than some of the newer areas. Thoroughly recommend and will be back for sure!

Ideally positioned in relation to the subway. View of the marina and Burj Khalifa exceptional (if your room is well oriented). Very friendly staff.

Old hotel but very good restaurants and attentive service. Be careful with the pool as I think there is no sufficient disinfection inside. Spa has potential for improvement. In room service is fast and excellent. Massage provided is professional.

Came for a massage but don't think I would stay. Lots of nicer places in the area. Location not ideal either in my opinion.

Stayed there in November 2014, rooms are amazing views of the dubai Creek and beyond the skyline. The Hotel is quite old but recently everything was renovated. Great dining options as well!

Everything was great! Staff were very professional, hotel location is ideal. Metro station 10 minutes walking, water taxis are also in the hotel on the other side, in this met all the staff were very warm and friendly. We all appreciate this hotel.

Fabulous room equipped with every comfort, king size bed, large bathroom with bath and shower. Perfect cleanliness, great breakfast for everyone and use pool + beach towels included! Free Wi-Fi in room, hole, pool and in every corner of the hotel. We also ate at a restaurant inside the hotel very good (Italian style). Obviously you don't plan to spend under 50 euros 2.

I asked for my free mocktail it never came though I request everyone if you check in there u better nt forget to show them so get free mocktails for check-ins into fb Apart from that I recently hav ben thr and experienced no AC and no power support on my first night thr due to some electricity default plz be cautious abt dis while u go thr fr a room kindly ask in da reception abt dis uncertainities. But I must say I loved their breakfast buffets most.

The staff were amazing — very friendly, helpful and sincere. The room was very well equipped and nice. The bed was perhaps one of the best hotel beds I've stayed in. The location is very good — it's walking distance to all types of transport options and lots of interesting restaurants. I would stay again.

This is a nice Sheraton. Not super high end, but nice enough and has everything you could want. I stayed here for a weekend trip to Dubai and enjoyed the hotel. The location is good enough, but not right in the center.

A sumptuous stay that was charecterised by everything going well. From the efficient pick up at the airport to the checkin. We loved the exotic and well displayed breakfasts and the atmosphere in the outside eating area was marvellous. The Club lounge lived up to expectational and we used this facility with great joy. After a hard days sightseeing to sink into the plush chairs and find tea and snacks instantly was really top notch. Young girl Nilor on reception was outstanding going beyond the call of duty to try to organise an event for us. Yes Sheraton I will stay with your chain again if this is how all your hotels are.
