It's a boutique hotel and reasonable in cost. It's surrounded by International Restaurants serving their own native cuisine. Tesco hypermarket is opposite the location of this boutique hotel.

Good hotel with all facilities in affordable price.

The hotel room and it lobby is located at third floor. 2nd is the KTV lounge. A lot of couple will stay here for 1 night. There are not suitable for family group to stay here and the staff attitude is super bad.

The worst ever staff … I do booking via agado for bride n groom who need to get ready for their reception … So around 12pm I went to their hotel to confirm n to make sure can check in at 2pm since make up artist will b coming around that time. I waited at the reception counter almost 20min. I n my bro was calling them here n there looking for anyone could assist us but no one. After 20 min a Myanmar lady came n I ask y no one at the reception. Wat she ans to me is… shocking ' u think wat am I goyang kaki sitting I got so many things to do no staff she said. Then I told her OK give me yr boss number I contact him she gave n I do save. Wat I thought is check the booking first then call the boss. Wat she did is she shout at me n ask me to her boss immefiatly … I said OK OK I call now u better check my booking … She said I tahu semalam pun u datang u buat hal. But yesterday was the first time I am going there again n again she was telling the same story that I came yesterday n shout at her but I dindnt even wen … she shout like to me. Wen I start point my pointing finger to her n said u keep quite don't shout she immediately took a pen n hit me n ask me to get out so bloody rude to me on the spot I call my hubby n after he came wen he ask she again telling the same story that I shout at her the day before. My hubby n my brothers was telling that it was my first time coming there she again n again agueing. Wen we try to cal the boss he din pick up n he switch off the phone.

Very2 bad place… broken lcd tv… no function spa bath… never2 come to this place again…

This hotel is neat and clean and the lady receptionist is so friendly and helpful.

Receptionist not friendly. When we asking question, they talk as we are poor people need places for overnight. Not helpful at all.

Get a triple room… but noticed the bed sheet N blanket is very dirty N the toilet also very smelly … after all my family slp the room… skin all of us start appear red dot N very itchy! The clearness of hotel still need to update.!

We went in a group and a friend left a video camera charging in the room. We didnt notice it till they called us. They helped return it to us at KLIA. Very honest and warm service. Good job to their staff. Thank you, again.

Decent hotel wif good rates.

It's comfortable, clean and I love the Jacuzzi room. Just splendid.
