Modern luxury hotel with spacious suites and spectacular views. Stayed 1 week in a beautiful suite in 23rd floor. Club lounge provides impeccable service. Breakfast has a good choice both in the lounge and in the Anise hotel. From GM to the housekeeping all the staff is at your service. The building itself is elegantly designed with luxury decorations. Hotel is connected to the festival city mall with large number of shops and restaurants. An ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

Food in Anise is great. Tried quite a few 5 star hotels but I can say they have the best food (tastes great and too much options) so far.

With fulfilling and satisfying, relaxing feeling… go to Anise Restaurant and you will have all the varieties. Plus the fact that staff from this hotel are very friendly specially Mr. Shady from the Sales Department. He is the best. Thank you Intercon for making me and my friends happy on our visit.

One of The best hotels I visited ever. Lunch boffet was having more than 50 international dishes.

Cant beat the breakfast. Its worth getting up early for their huge spread of breakfast and variety ranging across the globe. The stay was comfortable true to Intercon traditional comfort and cleanliness. Friendly staff and also the bar served good finger food and great beer.

Very nice and clean, convenient location attached to the mall 5 minutes from DBX and downtown. Nice view on the water. Great customer service. I enjoyed the rest in between flights.

Big deep bath, large shower head, separate toilet. Breakfast was first class: so many options and quality was great. I didn't need lunch… Reception staff very friendly and professional, check-in was quick (at 7am), bar on ground floor nice: but as elsewhere in Dubai it does cost to drink. Walk through to Festival City Mall is handy for other restaurant/fast food options including a supermarket for incidentals. Very close to airport. Only issue is the arrival area (cars) on a busy day where more people seem to use that entry as a car park than pick-up/drop-off, but the hotel does their best to manage this. I could not fault the hotel at all and greatly enjoyed my stay.

Top place to shop & dine… large selection of goods & food types — plus you get free choreographed laser show to watch whilst dining along the waterfront… great ambience.

I had a one day stay and everything was perfect. Check in — fast and efficient Food — the new seafood restaurant prepared the best snapper fillet of all time. The server (Percy) also provided 1st class service. Room — very comfortable with a nice bay view.

Typical business hotel with good accommodations. Only complaint was the bellboy insisted on bringing my single suitcase up to get a tip. They did this by immediately taking my suitcase upon arrival and then coordinating with the front desk to deliver it when I would have been perfectly content on taking it myself. Didn't even ask…

Love be here specially the view! Amazing! Excellent service, specially the ladies at the reception desk. Very very cooperative. Prices are slightly high but as compare to facilities it is justifiable. Highly recommended for booking.

Fabulous place… Variety of yummy delicacies at Anise… Worth trying. Loved it Chef Grinish is quite hospitable and customizes food according to your need. Really appreciate it. One of the best chefs around.

Excellent hotel in festival city. A little out of the way, but great facilities, next to Festival Mall and easy to get to Downtown Dubai and main Dubai attractions. Would recommend to anyone looking to have the Dubai experience but save some money on the hotel. Super space for small exhibitions and meetings.

Good location with mall and restaurants close by. Hotel staff great. Hotel not bad IF you get the right room. Low level overlooking vista bar, not good unless you like to hear their music until 2am. Moved to higher floor to get away so we could sleep. Be careful of rooms ending 15 as these back onto the lift shaft so rumble all day and night, view not good either. I’ve stayed here several times and eventually get the room that meets my needs but it would be great if that was the first one… bit of a gamble I’m afraid.

The Room was Too Good. The Lift to your Room is little confusing. Extra ordinary Rooms. With Bathtub, washbasin set up and separate Restroom. Got Sofas for visitors. Mini Bar was packed. You got to walk 2 blocks for your break fast which is served in Crown Plaza restaurant. Amazing Breakfast. With Indian chefs with Indian food in menu. Wide choice of food and varities. Multiple Juice options. It's was the first time I Had a Green apple Fresh Juice.

Good hotel with a huge breakfast buffet which combines the different cuisines of the world. Very close to the airport and quiet location. You have to take a taxi to the metro station.

The rooms are good, but no balcony. Location is in the middle of nowhere. Biggest problem with the hotel is the really loud music being played at the fountain during the water show every evening. It doesn’t stop until just before midnight, and you hear it loud and clear if you have a room facing the mall. There are so many quality hotels in Dubai, choose one of them.

We had an event, the pre function and catering was really good! The outdoor venue is amazing specially during this time of the year.

What a lovely place. It's not the nicest hotel in Dubai, check out Armani and Le Meridien for comparison but it is far from the worst. Make sure to speak to the concierge they can make anything happen. The housestaff were very friendly and catered to every need almost instantly. Enjoy the fountain show and a boat ride on the Dubai Creek they are well worth it. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very spacious with amazing views, Hotel staff are really nice and very friendly. The restaurant offers a very delicious buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner with a huge choice of cuisine, the reception staff and waiting staff at the restaurant were very helpful. The hotel has several pools with lots of shade and complimentary towels — there is also a gym. You can also access the Festival City Shopping Mall without going outside.

All countries have a full breakfast, a perfect swimming pool, comfortable rooms, elegant service, impeccable hotel. Next to that is the mall and Ikea. There are many style of the buffet breakfast. And there is a perfect swimming pool. With comfortable room elegant service that ' s the perfect hotle. Neaby is Festival City Mall and IKEA.

Location is great, rooms are nice and clean, staff are lovely. Overall a pleasant experience. Breakfast buffet is of a wide variety.

Beautiful hotel; amazing food and perfect location; the only thing I did not like was the reception (while check in) very few in the desk and slow service.

One of the kind experience with the incredible view of the gulf and Burj Khalifa, not to mention the amazing treatment to the ambassador Platinum guest to the fantastic dining experience, I will never ever doubt intercontinental treatments. Great hotel. Spacious rooms with views on the fountain or the pool. Service is good. Staff are friendly. You can access the Dubai Festival City Mall via Robinsons. Gym and pool are available. Many restaurants and cafes. Great for business meetings or conferences.

The Club Lounge is a relaxed yet refined environment. The view of the Creek is beautiful and subtle as it hasn't been lit up like Christmas which is very much the case for a lot of Dubai. The staff are warm, friendly and natural and converse with you in such a way that they practically entice you to go back! A little bit of heaven, indulgent heaven.

This is the best thing about Dubai. You can have your things back even the tiniest thing — like in my case, its my sunglasses. Kudos to InterContinental Dubai Festival City for a very honest Team! I left my sunglasses during Heriot Watt University graduation last week that was attended by more than a thousand people. Inspite of the crowd, the team managed to keep safe all things that their guests own. No wonder that Dubai remains one of the safest city to live because of the people's culture of honesty that you can't easily get somewhere else. Thank you InterContinental Dubai Festival City!

Very good location, good view. You can walk on the creekside, there is walking road specailly for the creek. And festival city mall is next to the hotel, good place to stay.

Very unsafe Property and specially service. Management provided Limo services stating safe service and secured drivers. Hotel charged for full service but provided unsafe driver who stole my all jewelry and this property refused to further assist stating they don't know who was driver. You may get killed or maybe robbed like me. Please select different location. I am disable person with brain injury. I couldn't do much. Its sad Hotel offering unknown and unsafe drivers. No one will help you, neither hotel, nor limo company. Better try to find local known person who knows about city. I am crying to be a Elite member of IHG Hotel, they put me in unsecured hands during my business trip.

"First rate sightseeing hotel"
City were end of November 2013, during a tour through several Emirates for 2 nights at the lnterContinental Festival"in Dubai. Very modern hotel, with the shape of a sailing boat, is located outside of Dubai near the Airport (2 km) in the business district "Festival City" and has a very nice view on the skyline of Dubai (incl. Burj k) and the Dubai Creek with its Marina. It is thus an ideal starting point for various sightseeing tours.
The huge lnterContinental hotel for guests who want to relax also, has a really exquisite pool area (about 700 m2 Spa area), with several Jacuzzis and unique panoramic views of the surrounding area. The helipad located in the immediate vicinity is just disturbing, which very much served (see picture). In the evening we recommend be sure the outdoor terrace with a bar area and very beautiful views of the Creek and the skyscrapers of Dubai with the "Burj k".
Also, it is interesting that this business hotel on a tour with the not-small "Crowne Plaza Hotel" is connected.
The huge rooms are divided into entrance hall, bathroom with shower and bedroom areas. The modern walk-in shower is also very nice.
As a service "for free" are provided to guests tea, water and coffee. For the high quality breakfast, you should take more time something. It is worthwhile in any case.

Horrible. Tried booking a room over the phone. Was put on hold for 10 minutes and the line eventually cut. Happened a second time and I am currently still on hold. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

The Madeleine Bistro at the promenade level is one of my favorite places in Dubai. The Vista bar and the Aniseed restaurant also deserve a very honorable mention.
