Professional staff. If there is a problem they try their best to solve. We were there during world cup 2018 and thanks to Eugen we could watch the football game in the hotel. Special thanks to him! The rooms are big, clean and exactly as described and the breakfast was fastastic. There is a 24h supermarket right in front of hotel and lots of restaurants just round the corner. The pool was awesome. We had a 3 years old child with us and she had lots of fun in the pool. We'll definitely consider that for the next time if we go back to Dubai.

A great place to stay. It was a little expensive but the amenities were well worth it. Plus the location is great, a 5 minutes walk from the mall of Emirates and some fast food chain within the same range.

I would definitely rate 5 stars for this hotel. The location was the best in middle of Dubai and everything is near from you. Mall of emirates is 3 minutes away walking. Metro station is 4 minutes walking. The rooms are clean and well organized Bathrooms and showers are one of the best Rooms are quite and you can easily have a good night sleep. Service is good and staff is welcoming Prices are good and affordable. Swimming pool is available. I really had a nice 4 nights stay in this hotel and I would definitely visit it again.

Hilton Hotel is perfectly placed to discover Dubai and its surroundings you are a few minutes from the metro station and a large shopping centre. We were very pleasantly surprised by the Hilton Garden team. I would particularly like to thank Mr. Edouard the restaurant manager for his professionalism and availability. Bravo.

In the mix of it all! Within walking distance of one of the largest malls! Close to hotels, some restaurants and lounges. Centrally located for tours to pick up. Very nice digs and room… nice pool and bar area as well. The breakfast was extensive and all you can eat. They also have taxis that work for the hotel as well.

Great location, good value for money.

The staff at reception were very polite and rooms were clean. Within walking distance to Mall of Emirates. There's a supermarket close by which opens till late. They also have a laundry room with washing machine and dryer that residents can use free of charge.

Modern and clean hotel that provides value for money. Its location is a big plus as it is just 5-10 minutes away from Mall of the Emirates. Checking-in is a breeze and even the checkout. Housekeeping is the best. We always return to an immaculately made up room.

The hotel is in a good location. Everything you need is, though without ROSKOSHESTV.

The hotel is at a convenient location near the mall of emirates. The facilities and room layout is nice. The breakfast buffet is good and also has some indian vegetarian options. There is a guest laundry in the hotel so good for longer stay without packing too many clothes. There is a travel desk from Rayna tours in the hotel making it easy for booking local sightseeing and attractions.

I spent 8 nights last week from the 9th to 16th Dec 2017 and had a pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly and ready to assist at all times, it's just that I forgot their names, they respond quickly to your requests. My problem was the same breakfast everyday. Maybe if they can add a few things and change a few. Same flavour muffins everyday. Other than that it's very convenient, a few minutes walk to the mall of the Emirates, the free shuttle to and from the beach everyday. I won't mind going back there.

Just next to shopping mall so very convenient and a walk to the metro. Stayed only for a night to send my friend off. Room is cozy. Free internet is always a plus. Breakfast quickly filled up so was glad I came early. The bar next to the main dining area has very delicious fries and live band playing when we were there.

Well located Hotel, very close to Emirates Mall and with restaurants and supermarkets next door. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is good and very varied. Recommended.

Room size is very nice, breakfast excellent (offers few vegetarian options). Not even 5 minute walk from Ski Dubai (Dubai Mall of Emirates). Convenient stores and subway is at 2 minute walk. Value for money.!

Hotel was very comfortable and staffs were friendly especially Mr. Kanan from front office. He was very proffessional and helpful. Always greets us with a charming smile. The room was also neat and tidy. We are looking forward to going back soon.

A decent hotel in its price range. The interior is functional with hints of Scandinavian simplicity. The rooms are very clean in all senses of the word. Another highlight is the comfortable bed. I tried the in-room dining and downstairs breakfast and can attest that both are of high quality. A major draw back is the pool area which is located in the inner courtyard and has very little if any sunlight. Thus the pool is nothing to write home about. However it should also be mentioned that the pool area is very clean and functional, as is the small gym. Naturally there are fancier hotels in Dubai with opulent services and accommodation but this hotel is a new, neat and simple hasslefree option that has everything a normal person might need. And everything they have to offer, they do well.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and easy access to many places. Breakfast was good. Just the right amount choices. Overall, a lovely stay.

Good place to stay. Nice courteous staff. Good connectivity. No shuttle service for any place, which is a negative. If you're a vegetarian, you should inform in advance for a slightly different menu for the breakfast.

Good hotel. Nice staff. The location is super, in 3 minutes Emirates Mall, café from 5 minutes walk, public beach 10-15 minutes taxi ride, 15-18 Dirham.
Inside the hotel there is a great bar open from 12 days to 2 nights. A lot of stock, now comes Oktoberfest. Cozy, can smoke. To beer give popcorn.

Very nice hotel with very helpful staff, check in was very quick, rooms are clean n tidy, bar is very good, barmen Andrei and Guzal both are very friendly and very helpful, always keep a pleasant smile while attending the guests, breakfast is also good and have lots of varieties, chef in the live station was very professional, asked few croissant he delivered it on the table, Susan from restaurant is also a very professional staff. Thanks everyone, will be returning soon.

Fabulous concept from Hilton; the rooms are spacious and wonderful; and it is a truly "no frills needed" hotel! Ideal location, great staff, cozy little pub! Highly recommended.

I stayed for 3 nights. Bedroom is proper, the bed itself is comfy. We stay in room number 508. Air conditioner is hot, even when we set to 17°C, the room still feel very hot. Bathroom is ok, there's no bathtub, only shower. The pressure of shower is good. The cleanliness is also good. Minus point is for breakfast, it's always the same everyday so you may get bored. It contains coffee, tea, juices, fruits, yoghurts, omelettes, boiled egg, beans, waffle (this is unique, they will prepare the flour you can pour it yourself for 3 minutes), salad counter, turkey ham, some cheese, baked potatoes, bread counter.

Clean and tidy hotel. Decent room size. Nice 4 star property. Good value for money. 3mins Walking distance from Mall of Emirates. Highly recommended.

Very good hotel and very near to ski dubai (mall of emirates) we stay 4 night having 3 kids overall experience is excellent hardly 2 minutes walk to Mall of emirates staff was also co operatives I recommend to stay …

Nice rooms… super Breakfast… But without knowledge of English, Dubai is no more.

No heated pool and it's in the shade a lot so be aware. Everything else is great! live music on Thursdays in the bar! the staff are great! breakfast was great! the location was great as a nice little supermarket outside to buy water and everything u need, so cheap! you will also be accross the road from mall of emirates and the metro is just within there! beware when using the metro the walking distance to the actual location can be quite far e. G dubai mall, metro station to dubai mall is a 15 mins walk even though the station stops outside the mall etc… otherwise this hotel is great Central location o and the hotel does do shuttle bus to jumeirah beach in the morning once at 9.45 and coming back approx 3pm. You will probably never use this service as a taxi is so cheap anyway.

Stayed for 9 nights in a standard king room. Great location walking distance to Mall of Emirates. Breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly. Will stay again.

Great value, quality and service! The hotel looks very new, nice and comfortable beds, good services and conveniently located next to Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Metro. Also, great Wi-Fi service, which is hard to find!

Nice, new hotel. Weird thing about king/queen bed versus two single beds, seems to be an ongoing issue. Right next door to the mall, which is very convenient. Near metro, beach by taxi.

Has nice ambience, good for family. Comfortable, modern rooms. Good staff and close proximity to mall is a big plus, with a supermarket around the corner asking with some restaurants. Hotel room delivery was nice. Would definitely station again!

Good modern hotel with nice rooms and a good breakfast offer. Conveniently located to the corner within walking distance is the mall of the Emirates.

New hotel therefore very modern and clean rooms. The pool is located in the courtyard without a view. The buffet in the morning is far too small for the many guests, you have to wait a long time and there were often not enough free tables.
