Family-friendly and clean, spacious rooms. Reception and restaurant staff are very attentive and makes sure your needs are met.

Have friendly and polite staff from security to reception, lobby, valet to maintenance. And their service quick and awesome.

Improve the way you serve the meal always late. Food serving ok ok lets say ok. Breakfast is a big NO. I always get a bread hard as stone. Staff? Other can handle good customer service other not. Need a change for better service.

Very bad customer service. Meals are not delivered on-time despite the many complaints. Hotel management seemed not to care at all.

Staff not helpful even after complaining 4 5 times about bad Wi-Fi service no one came to rectify the issue.

For a long term stay, this hotel was lovely. The residence side offered a 1 bedroom apartment with fridge and cooktop. The staff were lovely and accommodating. While the breakfast buffet was very good, Fusion is a must-try for dinner! Great spa services and pool and open-area for watching movies and sport matches on a giant TV!

Were only 12 hours in this hotel the food we got was very European and good you should not look in the corners (silicone joints etc) the hotel is very outside.

What an excellent hotel with great and friendly staff, superb rooms and top notch amenities — the swimming pool, SPA, nice restaurant most esp. Red Diamond. Can't wait to visit Dubai and lodge in this hotel again and again.

It was a good stay friendly staff. Clean place and good price. The bathroom was a little bit small to the apartment we had. The bread, juice and French-fries were not fresh and not cheap. The hotel was not fully booked when we stayed. However when we cancelled our last night we got 0 Dhs refund.

The hotel is truly five star with excellent facilities. The apartments have all the facilities to make you feel at home. Very big swimming pools area. Nice gym. The red diamond restaurant serve delicious meals. Their desserts are the best. Free movie night on Wednesdays. Enjoyed every bit of my stay there.

Rooms nice food not so good and the location very different from everything. To get to the beach or to a mall you need shuttle or taxi.

Even if I would really try, I couldn't find an area, where I wouldn't be pleased. The location is great — you are close to everything. You can always take a taxi (which is not expensive) or use the hotel shuttle bus. The Customer Service left me speechless. The staff is so professional, nice and friendly and they help you with everything. If something concerns you, they will find a quick solution. The solution will be very professional — they take care of their customers and make sure that the customers will have a pleasant stay. I would like to say thank you to the whole staff because they were really amazing. Special thanks to Emad, Umar (you guys really are the best and made our stay perfect) and Sayora from travel desk. The food was great, the beds were amazing (best sleep I have had for a while), everything is clean and taken care of. I would definitely go back!

The price is responsible, they have a nice restaurant and amazing spa. The bad part is, it's a bit far from downtown.

I had the most wonderful experience in Dubai. This hotel is really 5 star. Their staff will really make you feel at home. Definitely coming back. The breakfast is really sumptuous. You should try the Mexican cuisine.

We were in Dubai as a family over the Christmas holidays and had chosen the Ghaya Grand Hotel as our accommodation. The staff was very friendly and very helpful in any questions or concerns.
We had a suite where there was enough space for 2 adults and 3 children including extra beds.
Particularly noteworthy was the service power Rosemary, who was responsible for our floor. She was very committed, helpful and could fulfill every wish with a nice smile.
Our children had special fun using the hotel's swimming pool and tennis court. A shuttle bus was available for tours of the sights. Overall, we highly recommend the hotel even if it is a bit off the Zenrum.

Hotel organised trip. Away from it all. The rooms are old and the breakfast is awful; nothing natural. All caloric and of poor quality.

Very nice clean hotel, Was upgraded to the executive suite which was very comfortable and roomy. The colors were very chic. Curtains were airy and clean Everything clean, new, and working well. Adequate toiletries. Housekeeping very attentive. Only disappointing thing about our room was the bed pillows, they were really hard, poor quality. We had to use the pillows from the sofa. Also I love a firm bed but the one in our room was too firm. Another great thing is there is a City Centre close by. I definitely will stay at this hotel again and bring my own pillow.

Now in this hotel, settled in a dirty room, the room is dark, just in shock that there are such hotels 5, especially in Dubai. For those who have lived little and lived crumpled can certainly be normal, but here I am in shock.

Good value for money Hotel Nice staff and many services. Not very comfortable to reach but the hotel provides abundant shuttles to move to and from the places of tourist interest.

Nice hotel, not too expensive, it has great facility for a family stay too. The Red Diamond restaurant serves a buffet morning still night with wide range of food to choice from. The gym is nice and opens 24 hours while the salon gives a great manicure/pedicure. Though it is abit out of town but they have free shuttle bus service to/fro all major malls.

Good place for a weekend, the rooms are clean and comfortable with the outside seating area and a great Gem and swimming pool, but the Internet was not good.

I stayed at the Ghaya Grand Hotel earlier this month for a business trip. The staff were very welcoming and kind, the food was great and the facilities of the hotel were great! The rooms are lovely, large and beds are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be visiting Ghaya Grand again!

Well, I'm staying in the permanent resident building. Everything is great except the housekeeping, they will just come twice a week for full housekeeping and it's only changing the blanket without even looking to the floor. I had spilled coffee onto the floor and it was there for while till I cleaned it myself. Internet is limited to only two devices, and some times it's kinda slow. However the hotel overall is good so far.

The facilities seems to me that you are very well, the bed is comfortable and the spacious room. Everything very clean, and the staff is excellent, especially the girl on reception and the pool guy, that I have turned on the jacuzzi for me, I've prepared the sauna and the steam room. It is called Chinna! Very nice the two. Thank you very much. I give it 4 because it is quite section, and to my surprise did not serve alcohol! Nothing happens, but I wanted a glass of white wine with my dinner of shushi and not water!

Love this hotel! The staff are one of the friendliest, and most accommodating that I have ever come across. Food is great with a ton of variety to please any palate.

I used to live on the perminant side of the hotel and it was not a pleasant time my car in the parking garage downstairs was dripped on with acid twice and I had to pay it myself because the hotel refused to pay it the rooms aren't bad but they could be better I also can't stand the fire alarm going off every second day when I was there.

Newly built property full with all modern amenities having wonderful experience to living in this hotel. Room service is good, cleanliness and security system is great. Impressive hospitality from all staff. I have the best experience to living in this hotel. I strongly recommend to with all positive points.

Great hotel. Went, aware of its location. Took a car, so access was not. On the contrary, close to everything. On detour roads without traffic jams. Deira not in the bill. Near city centre with Carrefour and other shops. The breakfasts are delicious. Everything is new, clean. Definitely will return if will be good price.

Nothing much. Full nesootvestvie by the stars. Service at C grade. The food is terrible, of course when there is nothing to compare.

A dry hotel! No beer here! : (
