Most definitely need to visit maximum twice for amazing view, I dint like the sushi honestly it was cucumber with rice and since, not testy.

My stay this time was just night mare… I normally choose to stay at this property of its good location and hospitality experience and the warmest greetings when they welcome me back however last evening was just horrible. They have accommodated me in the smallest room ever even when the hotel occupancy was very low… the room's balcony was so dirty with sand and this doubts the cleanliness of the hotel during this pandemic, the kettle in the room is not working well and not at its 4 star hotel standard… this is extremely disappointing.

It's also possible to use their high-quality business facilities for meetings. Absolute delight.

Nice hotel, with good views from the room and in walking distance from metro station. Hence getting around Dubai through Metro is really easy from here. Secondly Dubai mall is one station away, so really quick stay for shopping needs.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, near Dubai mall and the metros and plenty of taxis waiting by to take your money (happily). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Quick to cater to our needs. They gave an amazing city view room on the 18th floor and gave us a happy anniversary complimentary cake in our room which was nice. The room size was huge and very clean. The prices are affordable. The only downside is that you need to pay for any items you use from the minibar fridge which is silly really, as this is the first time I encountered this on my travels. Overall great hotel and I would come back again due to the location and service and room size is great.

Located centrally on sheikh zayed road. Very close to a metro station… If you are a tourist looking to enjoy dubai then it's a good hotel. Location is busy always … offers valet service also… have many restaurants near by and place is very lively… Easy to give directions and near to all central shopping malls. Very good for business travellers.

Very clean and modern hotel. The pool on top is fantastic. The view is great. Location of the hotel is ok (Dubai is anyway very spacious and sights are far apart from each other), metro station is very close and can be reached by foot. ATTENTION: in the United Arab Emirates in general: it is common that hotels expect that kids up to the age of 12 sleep in the bed of their parents. Make sure you book an extra bed for your kids!

Well located-Short distance from the airport also for sightseeing to places. Breakfast wasn't included with our room rate so we chose to walk to Starbucks nearby or eat downstairs at the cafe near the reception. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Customer service is on point and staff are very friendly. It was nice we met our fellow swahili speaker Robert who served us very well. Definitely a good stay in Dubai.

Hotel that deserves its stars the rooms are very well equipped. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a swimming pool and a spa on the top floor of the hotel. In the evening the view is beautiful. Small inconvenience the proximity to the fast lane but we get used to. Dubai is a beautiful and safe city no problem of delinquency.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds good service.

We had amazing service the whole week. Staff was always quick to respond to our requests. The room was always cleaned to perfection and our personal belongings were treated with care and respect. My only complaint would be that the breakfast wasn't complimentary with our rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and friendly staff. No more. I stayed two days and changed the hotel because of the noise; The rooms are not soundproof and you can hear the outside traffic. Really basic room that smells of the monthis: with old dusty furniture and old bedding old bath towel. Short. They must have thought of a renovation for the maintenance of their hotel. In the future I would not stay at this hotel because for the price it offers there is much better and especially much cleaner.

Good hotel with spacious rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast is alright. The icing on the cake was the Sky Lounge on Level 43. This has to be THE SPOT in Dubai for evening views of the sunset and watching the city come to life. Stunning views really.

We had dinner here at New Year's. They offer dinner + access to the 43rd floor for 120 euros. The menu was not bad at all and overall we were happy with the choice.

I have been a guest at Four Points Sheikh Zayed Rd since 2011. My family loves this place because it is simply the best upscale family hotel in Dubai! The staff at this hotel is top notch. Breakfast is not only excellent but is exceptional in the varaities that suits everyone. Staff is the main drive to attract my kids to this hotel. They are friendly, polite and do their job with passion. If there is more than five stars I would definitely give the hotel, management and staff.

This is my home in Dubai. Very nicely appointed rooms. Efficient service. Great breakfast. And the roof top Pub offers an awesome view and ambience to relax. Most conveniently located.

As I platinum member, I received the service and amenities I expected. Breakfast each morning was amazing. House cleaning was fantastic. And the rooftop bar and pool was better than I could imagine. Plus being on sheik Zayed road was great for the train and uber rides.

So what's really true is the situation. Hotel is really very central. Also, the hotel is certainly very cheap. €8100€ — €100€ For the price, hotel is fine. Rooms are simple but not very nice.

This is a great hotel, with fantastic staff and clean up to date rooms! Loved Olga and the team at Sky Lounge and all the employees were outstanding! Highly recommend.

Super Hotel centrally located super view of the skyline from the 43 floor.

The staff were great, especially sorting out a tour that never picked us up. Room was exactly as you would expect for the brand. Location was very close to metro — so great for transit — but a bit far if you plan to taxi everywhere though. Their "welcome drink" voucher was redeemable for barely enough to cover a can of coke — disappointing. Overall good experience!

Nice modern hotel in the center of Dubai close to the metro. The hotel has a swimming pool and a lounge bar on the roof. There are also 3 restaurants: pub, Italian, Moroccan on the first floor. The staff are helpful and very present. Business-oriented hotel.

Nice hotel. Well kept and very hospitable staff. Good value for money. My only complaint is there aren't enough elevators to facilitate the traffic and the number of guests they get. Elevator waits and rides can be long.

As I have stay second time, I felt it comfortable and convenient. The Sky Lounge gives perfect view of tall buildings located around this hotel. Sea view is also tremendous. Breakfast is also an option to taste good food.

The hotel is centrally located: 5min to the train, from Da 2min to the Burj Khalifa or 15 minutes by taxi to the Burj Al Arab. The rooms are "simple" but high quality, — stylishly level. Generally, everything is very clean. The hotel has a unique bar on the 43 floor with a great view of the city (prices are fair). The staff were very friendly and helpful. English is generally well understood and spoken. We were at the hotel at 6am due to the early flight and could have actually had a room at 12:00 am. The staff was so nice to offer us next to the directly ready-to-buy room Yet a free upgrade of the room category. Thank you again for that.

This hotel was perfect! Thanks location is perfect to move easily around the city. Metro station nearby! Room was very comfortable, big and always clean. Breakfast was delicious! Everyday had options. A gr at way to start your morning. Parking lot on the back of the hotel very convenient. Staff very friendly and if you had any questions to get around the area they would assist you to make sure you were on your way. Loved Four Points!

Clean and tidy hotel conveniently located close to Financial centre, metro station and Dubai Mall. Not a beach holiday hotel but good pool. Level 43 is a good bar with sights across the city. If SPG member, complimentary drinks between 6-8pm.

Great hotel 10 minutes driving to the biggest mall in the world. Rooms are comfortable and upscale. Ideal situation in the city in one of the main avenue. Apartments at the last floors are high standard and still affordable.

This is my favourite hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road. Having stayed here many times in the past, I always found the service and the hospitality second to none. And you cannot get a better location in my opinion. With its super close proximity to metro stations as well as the main attractions in Dubai, I highly recommend anyone to stay here, or at least check their prices first before booking a room anywhere else in Dubai.
