I stayed in a suite few weeks ago. I have to say it was an amazingly experience. Staff second to none was certainly a treat. I can’t wait to plan my next stay and relax in this beautiful atmosphere.

Loved every minute of our stay. Very friendly staff who really look after you. Rooms are very spacious and everything so clean. Breakfast was very good and every taste catered for with exceptional serving staff. Pool area outstanding too. Cave bar a hidden little gem. We would definitely stay here again if in Dubai. Spacious and modern rooms. Housekeeping great. Pool is gorgeous. We are staying half board — loads of choice at breakfast — the Ballaro restaurant for breakfast and lunch is Fantastic especially the deserts at lunch — best deserts we’ve ever had!

We chose the Conrad for a New Years get away due to it being near to all the must see sights! The service and the people were excellent and the environment was picturesque with palm trees and waterfall. The spa and gym was one of the best I have been too on my travels around the world… Would most definitely stay at the Conrad again.

Really disappointed. Lovely hotel and I have a lovely room with a view of the gulf. What really let’s this hotel down is the service. The staff here do not offer a 5 * service. I’ve been here for 4 days spending my time at the pool and I have not had any member of staff approach me to ask if I need anything. I’ve had to prompt staff to clear the table after lunch and at breakfast chase staff to get me a cup of tea. Yesterday I had to ask 3 times after the first 2 requests were not actioned. I had to ask the concierge for assistance and he couldn’t of been less interested to help me if he tried. I usually stay at The Address Boulevard when in Dubai and the service there is exceptional. Really feel let down. Such a Shame as I’ve stayed at The Conrad in Hong Kong a number of times and that was great. Please train your staff and ask them to be more pro active with guests, and please ask them to smile one in a while, it makes such a difference!

Vary courteous staff! Our flight arrived at 7 am and it was too early for checkin but instead of us waiting in the executive lounge they gave us a room to stay until checkin was available for our sweet.

Beautiful hotel with very good service and spacious rooms. Great bathroom and very friendly staff. Restaurant not only good, but also very flexible. The location in the financial district and close to the Burj Kalifa and the Dubai Mall is very good. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a successful stay.

Amazing staff. People really take care of you when you ask for something. Location is great and the view is definitely not bad. The food is excellent however there tends to be the same type of food every 4 days. Nether the less the food is 5* and tastes amazing. The pool side is fantastic. Absolute one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! Its our honeymoon trip and at check in we recived a very warm welcome! Good hotel. Nice ambience inside, easily accessible through metro… Nice food and service.

Highly recommended. Location on the Metro very useful, view from the 42nd floor dreamlike. Executive Suite has everything you need and more. Breakfast on the 6th floor excellent and better than in the Executive Lounge, v. A. Because you can sit outside and the choice is significantly bigger. The freshly baked pita bread is highly recommended. Pool area beautifully designed, unfortunately completely crowded. Service appropriate to a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, my husband spoiled his stomach in the Executive Lounge (presumably the chicken), but the staff supported him very kindly.
We like to come back (but will be a bit more careful when it comes to meal selection).

Staying at the Conrad the expirence was exceptional from the over accomodating porters to Edmund in executive lounge and Natalie one of many life guards to the General Manager who spoke to their guest. The Conrad was the best place to stay even though it was a short stay it won’t be the last. I would highly recommend thank you for a great experience.

Great location, very good facilities, clean and neat, what you'd expect from a luxury hotel, a bit crowded though when I visited. Seems service lifts weren't working hopefully they fixed that. Nice views from the rooms and the lounges. That's what I can describe from my fast recent visit for a business meeting at the executive lounge.

It's a cozy and posh. The bar behind is so cool especially when there's a horse race. It's just a place you need to visit. The interior is out of this world. The staff are very professional, helpful and they seem happy.

Very accommodating service. View into the desert was the hammer. Breakfast had everything you could possibly want. Simple Perfect.

Had been for a customer experience digital conference and the lunch menu was completely off the mark, never going to have lunch there especially by Conrad Hotel Catering as suppliers for any event! The ambience and connectivity was excellent!

Spacious and tastefully styled wherever you look at it. I touched a room on the 30th floor the window that replaced the window offered a spectacular view of Dubai both day and night. The breadth of it was striking. The compartmentalized bathroom was huge, spacious shower room, separate bathtub, double sink at the counter and Biidet (rare avis in hotels outside Argentina). Its location is privileged, close to the main attractions of an amazing city.

A relaxing oasis in the middle of Dubai busy center. Reception is very cooperative and friendly. Rooms are spacey and we'll configured. Entry is fully digital (wireless card) The bed is remarkably comfortable and air conditioning noise is very low. Wi-Fi is quite fast with strong signal all over the place. It's complementary with room booking. Breakfast is one of the best ones I had in a hotel. Poached eggs are done to perfection. Lunch and dinner are not as good as breakfast! But to be fair, better than others in the business! I loved my stay there… Highly recommended.

I booked in Conrad Dubai during New Year’s and it was one of the best experiences. I arrived a bit earlier than my check in exhausted and everyone was more than welcoming. I was even upgraded to a Suite for my whole stay. All staff are professional, helpful and super friendly. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for it was such a pleasant experience. Thank you for making my stay amazing!

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Good hotel choice for the exhibition and conference centre. Right by World Trade Centre metro stop. Extensive breakfast buffet. I would not say it quite lives up to a true 5 star mark.

Very nice hotel, just to remark, the windows of the rooms very dirty, so much that you do not appreciate the view.

It is beautifully located in the financial heart of Dubai and opposite the Congress pavilion. Unbeatable communications, chauffeur service, but also Metro stop opposite to live the experience and take you anywhere. Inside you have a pure Beach with outdoor heated pool. The gym is great and open 24h. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were very helpful. It is definitely the best hotel in Dubai so much to do business as to spend a few days. It is also worthwhile to organize events. The halls are spectacular.

Super luxury hotel ideally located, buffets at the top.

This place does not really breathe the hotel feeling as the architecture is more that of an office building with boring hallways and lobby. The breakfast room is too small to accommodate the crowd once the hotel is decently booked by guests. But the personnel is very attentionate, professional and kind. We had the executive lounge offer, meaning that we were away from the crowds. A plus is the swimming pool area and pool bar which are a real retreat inside the busy city.

It's located on the Main Street of the city which is basically close to everything you would want to visit and it has a couple of night clubs and great restaurants. I wouldn't put a feed back on the rooms and the hotel since it's already a 5 star hotel so you would for sure know it's the best thing you can get.

Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at!
We landed in Dubai and our loggage had not been in the plane with us, and was left behind in London. When we arrived at the hotel without it, the hotel said that they would do anything to get it for us. I was really afraid that we would go days before we would get it, but the hotel managed to get it sent to Dubai the same day. So late that evening they brought it up to our room. I am so thankfull for the splendid service they provided for us
Hotelroom is big and very nice. Beds are also very good. We have a room in 35 floor, so there is a lovely view aswell! I can a 100% recomend this hotel.

Conrad Hotel is a five star hotel which is located on main Sheikh Zayed Road. Rooms are comfortable & food is delicious. It is well known place for Pakistanis too. Launching ceremony for PSL was held here too. Famous faces from Pakistan also like to stay here. Being a Pakistani, I am just mentioning the information for my pakistani fellows. Otherwise, definitely, other nationalities stay in this hotel in large numbers. It's a good hotel indeed.

I checked in very late after a hectic day. The receptionist guy was quite friendly and seeing my fatigued looking face, alotted me a very comfortable suite on 23rd floor.
The staff all around was very courteous, smiling and helpful.
I found the service far better than many other 5-7 star hotels on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai.
Will definitely recommend for anyone wishing to stay in Dubai as it’s conveniently located as well.

Overall a pleasant experience (excellent rooms and service). But the whole process of submitting and getting the security deposit left a bad taste. The reception swiped my credit card and on checkout reassured me that the money will be reimbursed. But even after a week (the day I had my flight back) they had not done that. If I had not called them up that day probably they would not have released the security money for which they had reassured me on checkout. Kindly make sure you get your security deposit released when you checkout.

What can I say, firstly the service is absolutely brilliant everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They are so understanding when it comes to asking for an upgraded room or asking to extend our stay for a few more hours. The breakfast is one of the best things about this hotel such a great variety of foods ranging from India. The swimming pool looked amazing especially Nina she is very polite however I was too busy to have a swim. The rooms are large and look fabulous with excellent views of the world trade centre and other skyscrapes. If you like your views you would love the views from the bathroom you can literally see the whole of sheikh Zayed road whilst having a bath. I would definitely stay here again if I do come back to Dubai, I had a delightful time staying here.

Conrad is a relatively new hotel in Dubai. Located in it's financial center, it is quite central with great night life, restaurants, malls and other stuff around. The hotel itself is a pretty standard Hilton with great executive rooms. However, the food is quite sub par.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were wonderful. The concierge was helpful and resolved the minor issue with the room promptly while we were out (the light in the closet would not turn off). The tour operator that is in the lobby was helpful and allowed us to maximize our time in Dubai without leaving the hotel or making a phone call. The hotel is on the subway line going to the airport or to the large mall in Dubai. My only regret is not staying longer!

It was a positive surprise this time in Dubai. After the many bad 5* hotels Conrad was very well managed. The cleanness is really amazing. I had a dinner at The Cave which was not my best culinary experience, the rib eye was really bad quality but the service was compensating the medioca food. Everybody in the stuff is extremely nice and helpful. While I have been here the other guests were really nice as well which is almost as important. The pool area is very nice even though there is no direct see beach I was not missing it. The music by the pool was loud but give a nice party feeling and I really liked it. I can absolutely recommend it!

Usual Conrad high standards. Rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable. Staff are generally courteous and helpful. Bathroom is enormous and quite practical although the lack of separate door to the lavatory was unusual. Nice to see a bath tub and separate shower. The dual basins make this a good choice for couples. Convenient location next to metro station so easy access to Dubai mall and the airport. Wifi was good and stable but limited connections to set number of devices so it might be worth bringing a travel router if you are needing to share to more devices. Generally, I do like Conrad hotels and this one did not disappoint.

Came here for an event a few days back. The ballroom was beautiful and spacious. The event went well and the staff were extremely kind. I enjoyed my time at Conrad. But, the joy came to an end when I went to collect my car. Took me 45 minutes to take it back. Not sure if it's from the event or if it's usually like that. It creates a huge traffic block on the streets and many hotel customers who were staying there were really annoyed. Not sure if I'll come back with my car again if there is an event here. But the staff and everything else was magnificent.

The hotel was decent. The rooms were comfortable and neat. The staff were really friendly. The breakfast, I feel, could have been laid out differently in terms of menu and location. The executive lounge was not suitable for dining. Overall an ok experience.

Room Excellent bed food.

Big drop off compared to last year. Location is excellent when attending a convention in Dubai — just across the street from the hotel. Close to metro station and several restaurants. Rooms are large and clean. Big problems with keys in elevator. Had to return to reception 4 times in 6 minutes to finally get a key that allowed me access to my floor. Restaurant on pool deck running out of house wine and items from the already limited menu. Owners / management are in cost cutting mode. Fewer staff than last year, towels worn out on pool and in rooms. Staff not as polished as a year ago.

Magnificent office building with convenient Parking!

I stayed here for four nights and it was a really great experience. The staff here are so attentive and sweet and it really enhances the stay. My room was more than spacious and the bed was really comfortable too. Breakfast in the morning was more than plentiful and if it's a nice day you can sit out on the patio and enjoy the sunshine. We ate at the beach bar too which had very tasty food. There is a bar on floor 7… I personally would avoid it as it's a bit strange. On the whole a wonderful hotel with stable internet access which is always appreciated.

Perfectly located directly (you walk less than one minute) at the Metro-Station "World Trade Center". One minute vs. Five minutes makes a very important difference if you visit Dubai in the summer and intend to use public transit, which allows you to get a much better impression of the people working and living in the city. Lovely room (King Deluxe, which is the lowest category as far as I know) with a nice view and huge windows. Bathroom had a large glass-separated extra room with shower, bathtub and a TV. Room is cleaned / prepared for bedtime etc. Several times a day. Wi-Fi was free, stable and fast during our stay. Breakfast is high-quality, but nothing special, just what you'd expect in this kind of hotel. The pool area is really nice (not just "nice for a city hotel"! ), much larger than we expected and perfect to chill out after a few hours of exploring Dubai.

Great Hotel stayed in many around the world and this is up there. Modern, very clean and fantastic location right outside the Dubai metro train system which gets you to anywhere you want to go. Highly recommend.

Hotel is beautiful — room was spectacular. Although Wi-Fi is free — Connection did not allow to FaceTime via video or audio. Checkin was speedy however were directed an incorrect room number. Upon checkout staff could not provide a receipt, computer was 'Frozen'. Hotel location is close enough to airport and 10 min drive from mall of Dubai.

Unprofessional staff asking for assistance instead of assisting guests; the room service waiter asked me to hold the door for him while he clears the room from the previous trays Those fine touches will give you a clue about management of this so called 5 star hotel It's maintenance is so poor. It's less than 4 years old and everything started to become worn out without attention to change of parts or fixing stuff I. E : Toilet flush, curtains and accessories. Noticed the big difference in my 2nd and last stay Last but not least, weird policy about guests' visitors and very shameful Haven't allowed my cousin to visit my suite! It's a suite for god's sake, it's designed to receive guests for a meal and such type of socializing! Bottom line. Dubai has a lot of more worthy hotels.

Conrad Hilton Dubai is a hotel with no manners. I have personally stayed in several five-star hotels with my wife and I have never ever seen nor heard of any hotel treating her so rudely and with such little respect. My wife, who was meeting her lady friends was stopped by reception after she asked for the elevator to go up to meet them at their room. Her friends asked her to meet them in their room. However, the receptionists bullied her away from the elevator and demanded that she wait outside the hotel. She then agreed to wait in the lobby. She was talking with her friends the whole time through her phone, and the receptionists kept hassling her. They continued to demand that she sit down on the sofa instead of stand and wait for her friends. She replied several times that she was not interested in sitting because they already had upset her and made things complicated for her and her friends. This continued for several minutes and they kept demanding that she sit. I am not sure who they think they are, but they have no right to demand someone to sit down. They can ask her to leave, if they really like negative feedback, but to demand that someone sits down is ridiculous. They never bothered to apologize to her and I really hope that the global Hilton group does not encourage such behavior at their establishments. This is rather sickening to be labeled as someone whom you are not.
