Nice friendly staff lovely Air condiaction room.

Stayed 4 days with broke A/C. We complained several times and asked to transfer room. However, they only sent maintenance twice a day but could not fix it. Everyone is sweating most of the time. No free bottled of water either like normal hotels are. We drank the bottled water under the impression that it is a compliment to the guests but end up paying it. If we only knew, we could have bought it from the supermarket right across the building. Totally not recommending the poor service of this hotel.

I liked the hotel! Small, neat, clean. The chef is Russian, cooks deliciously. The staff are helpful, requests are not denied, help in everything. The location of the hotel is very good. Near the subway, shopping malls, a bunch of shops and cafes.

The hotel is on the deuce, due to its scarcity of water, cold water you will not find even in the pool, hot water even from the tap where there should be cold) ) ) for breakfast and lunch boiled water and saves only the ice which is missing at all… In the room there are bottles that cost more than in the store once in 3-4, would put at least one cooler at least in the lobby! Greedy! We stopped by family, I, wife pregnant, and son 3.

Nice hotel and kindly service. Room is nice and clean. The hotel has a pool on the roof, how ever it is nothing special. Location is very good only a few hundred meters from Union metro station giving fast acces to many places.

A sophisticated family hotel located next to Al Rigga or opposite onion station. One night cost 230 AED up-to your budget capacity. Neat and clean place, good ambiance, well mannered staff, I didn't try food. No bar, no club in hotel. Recommended only for families.

Location It's all very often, neatly. Settle is mostly our compatriots. Kitchen pleased, was all that loves Russian soul, (read the stomach) : borsch, cabbage, chicken meatballs, pancakes, toast…, desserts. With drinks-not thick (tea, coffee, orange juice). All! But I'm not stressful. The décor of the rooms is not as old-fashioned as… Oriental (velvet, solid furniture, gold finish, classic fixtures…)
The rooms are large. The lack of balconies, the lack of a beautiful view from the window, the lack of staff speaking Russian (we were warned about this). The room was clean and the breakfast was good. There are safes at the reception. In short: No frills, solid 4!

Nice place to stay. 3 star budget hotel. Have Union metro station at walking distance which has both Red and Green metro line connectivity. Airport is also very close.

Not so comfortable. Well located but little stingy on certain aspects. No complimentary water. No easily accessible power outlet for mobile charging / kettle/ iron box. Had to make tea on floor and iron my dress on flood with a cloth they provided. Comfortable?

Ok hotel. Good location. Union metro station 300 meters to walk. Basic hotel. Rooms are neat old fashioned with carpets wooden beds and furniture. Water in rooms are charged. Food is below average. No good options. There is a 24 hr supermarket opposite. 3 stars only because of accessibility options.

Clean, nice location closed to metro Union Station. In the room anything is chargeable even water. No tea & coffee facility. 32 inches flat TV, refrigerator. The room is wide. It is better to book threw Web site than front desk.

The hotel is very close to the Metro Union. Close to many bus routes, bus to the beach Al Mamzar (S28).
The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly. The restaurant has no special pickles, but we did not stay hungry.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean. In the refrigerator placed only a couple of bottles of water and a pair of jars baby food! We did not get the kettle, our requests were politely ignored!

Good location. Near the metro station Union, from which you can sit on both branches. There is a currency exchange point in the Metro. Across the street from the Metro there is a café where you can eat hearty and inexpensive. One dish on average 12 AED is worth. The beach is only a taxi ride away, from 30 AED. Friendly staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Really comfortable. Polite staff. Very near to union metro station. I stayed here for almost 3 months. Overall good and pocket friendly place to stay. Many Indian and Pakistani restaurants nearby.

Nice hotel I got a good deal on priceline for around $58/night. Good service in the lobby, my room had a good bed, and clean room. It seems to be an old hotel they renovated. It looked high end with the fancy tiles. For the price you can't beat it. Can walk to union metro station or Al Ghurair Centre.

This is very good & beautiful hotel It's location, comfort, staff & everything is very nice. So I recommend everyone to come here & enjoy comfort.

All the good reviews had me fooled completely. They are a bunch of lying devils at this place. Absolutely nothing that came out of their mouths was true, and I had to change rooms twice in three days to get away from all the hammering and the screwdrivers. Would rather have slept on the street.

Good price, very short beds, clean, free toiletries, nice and conscientious cleaning service, room service quickly good and accommodating, room exchange easy possible, 2 minutes to Subway and shopping centre, various shopping facilities In the immediate vicinity, excursions in the hotel bookable.

Friendly and courteous Staff, very convenient price, strategic location compared to market and mall, functional rooms, but a little dated, equipped with bidets, need more maintenance in the bathrooms and more soundproof doors. Sore note: Beds very uncomfortable.

Cheap hotels of small business owners when they visit to Dubai, it is in heart of the city, and having biggest metro station around and connected to whole Dubai.

Liked the hotel. Almost in the Centre. You can go on foot, you can and on the subway, you can take a taxi. Took breakfast-lunch-food home, tasty.

Friendly Hotel I stayed there for five days!

Among the many available hotels, the Comfort Inn was the final choice given its location and accessible price when compared to others in the area. The rooms are clean and your showering needs are included. The AC worked fine in the room, but the door was slightly loose and vibrated every time someone left a nearby room. The walls are somewhat 'thin' and everything can be heard in the hall. Breakfast isn't anything special, but includes your basic cereals, bread and eggs if you like. Free internet in the rooms was a plus. It's an average hotel with the basic needs, and considering the price, was a good find.

The worst hotel I even bee in.

Room service staff stole the money. After the scandal returned. The thief promised to fire, but still works. I do not advise this hotel to anyone, they are there for each other cover.

I spent only a few hours there, because I had to take another flight in the eary morning. Service was great. The guy at the reception during the night was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Plus: I did a mistake while booking (wrong date) and realized it only hours before my flight was going. The management changed the booking to another date though they didn't have to, because I was out of cancellation policy. Thanks for that!

Close to the Metro, which is very convenient when the temperature outside is over 40°C. Otherwise, an average hotel. Sufficient if you just want to spend the night and go to the city or the beach.

All within walking distance, where there are just a walk, do some shopping. Near Metro station.

This is for me the most beautiful three-star hotel. Located in Al Barsha.

A good hotel for a nice stay.

Liked the hotel can get a 4*. Daily cleaning, change of bed linen etc. Breakfasts and Lunches enough, and not as someone wrote that remained hungry. Location good, quiet area, though to the centre of Dubai trade only 15 minutes on foot. Nearby are many shops, supermarkets, cafes. About the safe at the reception should be taken care of as soon as you will be given the keys to your room otherwise may not be enough. If the room is quiet, you bring in the room, just call at the reception. The rooms are air conditioned properly, was not hot. Better to ask than 2 and last floor, the swimming pool is not big, but usually the people there not much happens. Actually go and do not regret it, we loved it.

Friendly atmosphere, good location, staff not caused any complaint, food as food, just specific. In room cleaned often. The hotel is very conveniently located. The only moment in the hotel had a lot of guests from Pakistan, India — not very nice people. The Arabs in contrast, is a very nice people.
